When Paul was running the business I enjoyed 20+ years of great quality service. But now that he retired the service has fallen off the map and the quality is horrendous. Find a new CPA and save yourself the grief.

Been using this firm for the last four years. In the past Ive used private accountants, Biggs Kofford and even H&R block, they all left much to be desired. Moving forward, I will only bring my taxes to Katie and Allie at Nelson and Co. Their absolutely wonderful to work with. Quick and attentive whenever I may have questions. Their work has been accurate and consistent the last four years. And their entire staff is extremely friendly. For me, the value of this firm is unparalleled in Colorado Springs. Directions unclear due to confusing traffic signage. Company should have a sign on W Colorado Avenue indicating a more concise and clear route. Also, company should update technology.
