Worst Service! I would give them zero stars if I could. Do not use them. One of the water lines snapped off while I was not at home and flooded my bathroom. I called them for the fixes and they were very rude over the call. They said they dont cover it WITHOUT even coming over and inspect and I have to call Roto Rooter for the fixes. They may be a bit cheaper as compared to other plumbing services but dont expect any good customer service if anything fails.

We remodeled our kitchen and needed to have our sink, water supply lines and drains plumbed. We couldnt be happier with B&L Plumbing and Jeremy; he worked hard and was quick to get this part of our project completed. The cost was very reasonable as well. We had a small leak in a valve in our basement. I was able to send a picture when I made the appointment. Kevin was our plumber. He was polite, very knowledgeable, and communicated very well. The plumbing from the extractor pump did not meet code due to the lack of a cut off valve above the check valve. This made the job much nastier than it should have been for Kevin, but no complaints. Kevin installed the new shutoff valve and replaced the check valve fast and efficient. In the end everything was fixed and you would never be able to tell Kevin was even there (except for the nice new valves). Very pleased. I would definitely use again, (of course we are praying for no more plumbing problems...)

I have called on B&L Plumbing in the past and have never been disappointed in their service. Today, Kevin arrived on time to locate and repair a water leak in the ceiling of my basement. He was so professional, caring and explained the entire process needed for repair. Before he left, he cleaned up the area and gave me the name/number to Executive Pro-Dry water removal to further assist me. Kevin then called them for me and they arrived 45 mins. later. While running a load of laundry during my work shift at home at night, our washing machine flooded our basement due to a clog in the standing pipe; we were able to get a morning appointment for the next day. We received very prompt, professional and courteous service from Kevin, he came out and was able to remedy the situation within an hour. Im glad he called earlier than expected with an ETA before our scheduled time as this allowed us to start to work on making sure our belongings werent damaged as well as finish the laundry. Had a mystery leak in the wall, Jeremy came out and was able to diagnose where exactly the leak wall. It was as if he had X-ray vision to find it, very minimal drywall removal and was able to seal the leak in under an hour. Extremely pleased with his professionalism and work. Yesterday we woke up with our drain near our heat pump backed up in our basement. It was funny because my husband and I were trying to think of our local plumbers and we started saying 6-3-8-7-3-4-1! B&L came out and fixed a leak in our sink, it started leaking 2 days later in the same location. When asked to come out and fix there work they said it was temporary. So if you want a temporary two day fix this is company, would not recommend.

Appreciated the diligent work that Jeremy from B&L did to unclog the main sewer line. He was efficient and determined to fix to our satisfaction.

I had a clog in my main drain going out to my septic. I called B&L Plumbing and they sent Kevin out. I told him all the things I had tried and by process of elimination I was sure the clog was in the main drain pipe. Kevin agreed and I opted for a camera view/clear the clog so I could make sure the drain got completely cleared. Kevin was great and I would recommend both B&L Plumbing and Kevin if you ever have a plumbing problem. Very professional and reasonable.

I have worked with B & L for two residential jobs - a water heater repair and a garbage disposal replacement. B & L was able to get both jobs scheduled and executed within a short time frame, and the technicians (Jeremy and Nick) were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

The workers are amazing but this company does not value their employess. My husband worked her for a little under a year and if you see this and your looking for a job please do not look at this company for employment. We should have sued them because they were taking money out of my husbands checks and one time they took $200 out of his paycheck and I noticed so they had to write him a check. I wonder how much they stole in total from us and the other employees there who dont notice.

B&L Plumbing: They tried to up sale me from a leaking $20 ball valve to a whole assembly (2 ball valves, back pressure valve and bleeder valves) for $470 (after the military discount). I called B&L Plumbing thinking the tech was just trying to make money for the company. I talked to the owner Larry. He stated its his companys policy to up sale customers, as it is in the customers best interests. To prevent leaks within the system!! I explained it was not in my best interest to pay $470 (after discount) for a $20 job! Do Not give them your business. They will take advantage of you (as the owner says), because it is in your best interest. Incredible. This from the owner. Take your money to someone more ethical.

A classic plumbing situation, sudden failure of a pressure attenuation valve, a spraying jet of water....naturally on a Sunday afternoon. We did a total house replumb with pex 5yrs ago. No issue until it gets below zero:( they neglected to use pex on my washing machine and instead just connected it to copper in the crawl space :( the copper split open and soaked my crawlspace. Cost me close to$600 to fix

Unfortunately, We have had the need for plumbing A LOT, since we bought our home. We have always relied on B&L for our repairs. Every single plumber that they have sent has been extremely knowledgeable, efficient, well mannered, clean, and given exceptional service. Another plus, they always give a fair price. They let you know what options, if any, and what the most cost effective repair would be without cutting corners to save. They have never tried to upsale or push unnecessary repairs. Actually, they have cautioned me away from unneeded purchases and repair. The last time, I had them check out one of our toilets. Another repair man had told me it needed replaced. When B&L looked at it, he made simple adjustments and the toilet is 100% working now. I recommend them to anyone who is in need of plumbing services.

We have a leak filling the crawl space that we found out about on a Sunday night, the dispatcher was great to talk to, patient and direct. Making sure we knew about what to expect. Jeremy, who showed up at the house about 9:30pm or so, was bright-eyed and ready to work! He was knowledgeable, And showed us exactly what was going on through the whole process. We were very stressed about the cost and damage, and everyone we talked to and worked with were understanding and so helpful! I will definitely be making B&L my plumbers for any future needs!

Called on a Sunday to have someone out the next day and snake the drain in my kitchen. Lady on the phone was courteous and set me up for am 8-10AM window. Kevin called around 7:50 that he was en route, quoted me, and got the job done by 9. All told, the road fee, drain snake, and $25 first time discount brought the total to $246. I would consider this a tad pricey, however Kevin was professional, left my house exactly the way he found it, and showed up at the beginning of my window which I always appreciate. I am very pleased, and have never been more happy to be able to wash my dishes.

Were selling our home and the inspector found a leak in our crawlspace and under our bathroom sink. The tech who came out was on time, very courteous, respectful, and professional. During this time of Corvid-19, he arrived masked and gloved, and was VERY aware and careful of keeping distance. He thoroughly inspected these areas and found nothing leaking. He was kind enough to write a detailed receipt (which was emailed, no paper or devices being passed) that assured my buyers and helped to sell my home. Charged me $730 for a two and a half hour job replacing a refrigerator supply line. The plumber left two large, sloppy holes in my basement ceiling. I feel that for the price, he could have taken better care to leave me with something more easily patchable. When I called to voice my disappointment, the woman at the office was very kind and said she would look into getting me a reimbursement for the damage to my ceiling. Never heard back from them. The one positive is that the supply line works. I have worked around the trades for 10 years and I would recommend shopping around for a better value.

Arrived at 4:55 PM to replace outside spigot. The repair took less than 20 minutes and it was literally 30 minutes between the time he arrived and the time that he departed. Total cost $304.00I dont typically complain but B&L Plumbings fee structure is outrageously expensive and I will never use B&L again. I was told that theyd charge a $75 trip fee which was not a problem. What I was not told was that THEY DO NOT bill by the hour beyond that.... they have some sort of hidden fee structure that they do not tell customers about until after they arrive... a very deceptive practice.I could have declined the repair after given the estimate to repair but I would have been stuck with a leaking faucet over the weekend and was already on the hook for them to tell me exactly what I told them on the phone I need to have an outside spigot replaced. Kind of stuck between a rock and a hard place. All of this after, they missed my morning appointment time and had to call for them to come seven hours late.When I made the appointment I told them EXACTLY what was needed to do the job and they could have told me of the estimated price before ever dispatching but they did not. They could have also shared the fact that they do not bill for actual time spent doing the repair but rather a set amount... whatever that means. The technician told me at completion that some job take much longer to complete... so in other words, I paid a higher amount so that other customers could pay less???? That seems to be their model.BUYER BEWARE... The technician was nice and did a good job - am not finding fault with him. This job basically cost us $608.00 per hour. They are EXPENSIVE beyond belief.

I had a leak under my kitchen sink this morning. I called at 0630 this morning to see when someone could come out to repair the leak. B&L plumbing gave me a window of 1000-1200. The plumber (nick) called at 1005 and said he would be at house in 15 minutes. He was able to repair my leak and was out by 1115. This has been the fastest and best experience I have have with any plumbing company. They had great customer service and were very knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone. Awesome job.

Our water heater stopped working on a Friday afternoon. I called A & A Plumbing and left three messages on their after hours emergency number. NO response. Monday, I called B & L Plumbing. They sent a truly decent and honest rep who told me there was no gas going to my appliances and referred me to the gas company. Black Hills. Maintenance and upgrade of my meter was responsible for the outage but they had failed to advise me. Black Hills called me back immediately and send me a refund for the service call from B & L Plumbing. I just email them the receipt. I got the check in 3 days. Integrity and honesty, along with willingness to own their mistake has earned my trust in Black Hills...and B & Ls honesty was refreshing. I would recommend both. However, A & A will never get my business.

This place is extremely unprofessional and rude. I was told that a plumber would arrive between 2pm and 4pm to help find out where my shower is leaking from. I had to take off work in the afternoon to accommodate this. I was called after 3pm, stating the plumber will be an 1hr plus before he can come to my house. Which pushes outside the window I was told to be available. I am unable to take off a lot of work and asked if there is anyone else available to arrive during my window. I was told no immediately and that my plumber is the only one available and that they can reschedule. (Can’t reschedule due to work). I said no and that I would need it done today and I was told that I would just have to wait and if I don’t want to wait they’ll just cancel me. I asked to speak to a manager and was told there is no manager and said I am being recorded, the plumber will get there when he gets there, and hung up the phone one me. Garbage customer service and needs to reevaluate staff.

Professional and extremely fast. I called in the morning because our residential water pressure had gone berserk. They scheduled me for that same afternoon. Jeremy arrived on time, went to the faucet to turn it on, and knew what the issue was immediately. After a consultation and upfront pricing, he knocked out the problem in less than an hour.

John called ahead to alert us that he was on his way, he was courteous on arrival, he went quickly to the problem area, assessed the situation, tried a remedy twice, and let us make the decision on the next step (replacement of the piece of equipment). He had to leave to get the new device, was not gone long, quickly made the switch, demonstrated its features, and was done. He created no mess, showed competence throughout, and was done. Just the kind of experience we like and expect when we need help.

My shower cartridge went out and I had gotten a quote from another company that wanted to complete a super complex job, take out all my plumbing and do all this extra work for $1400. I called B&L Plumbing to get a second opinion, they came out immediately and gave me a kuch better quote. Both of the technicians that came out (Samantha and Keith) were super helpful and extremely professional. They completed the task quickly and efficiently. I was extremely suprised and delighted in the job they both did both with the consultation and the actual fix. I will definitely be using this team in the future.

I have used B&L before and was very pleased with their service so I went with them again. I was NOT disappointed. A bathtub drain was leaking into my basement and access to fix it was beyond what I could handle myself. A handyman I contacted actually suggested I would have to cut through the drywall in an adjacent room in order to have adequate access. I wasnt ready to do that and contacted B&L instead. The friendly staff quickly got me scheduled. On the scheduled day Kevin contacted me to see if they could come early which worked well for me. Kevin and Rob were able to access the pipes through the basement utility area without cutting through walls or floors. They thoroughly explained to me the source of the leak, how they would fix it, how long it would take and gave me a firm price cost. They were very professional as well as expert at their work. The first time I used my new clothes washer in the house I had just purchased, the kitchen and laundry flooded! This caused my downstairs bathroom sewer to back up too! It was a disheartening nightmare, but David arrived promptly, cleaned my outside sewer line, and stayed for a couple more hours to unclog the internal line between the kitchen and laundry room. He was awesome! His courteous and competent service made a bad situation seem less stressful. After the water restoration team set up blowers for the entire weekend, my pilot light went out on my water heater. I requested David and once again he worked for a couple hours, attempting to restore hot water to me, to no avail. The next day he replaced my water heater. David answered my many questions and kept the level of stress down with his calm and helpful nature. Again, he worked diligently to restore hot water to my home, and the past two days it felt wonderful to take a hot bath and shower. I asked David to give my inspection report to Dan, who took the time to come over and explain the most efficient way to insure no further problems with the sewer in my home. After receiving two other estimates, Im going to schedule with Dan to replace my sewer line in June. I would gladly recommend B and L Plumbing, David, and Dan to anyone who has sewer/flooding issues in their home. Id offer more than 5 stars if that were possible! It was our first time to use B&L Plumbing. They were not booked up like everyone else and came to the house quickly. Was told they have plumbers that handle just emergencies. Love that they can take care of immediate problems quickly rather than focusing only on large jobs leaving us to handle emergencies at their convenience. Jeremy came out and was very knowledgeable and the repair done quickly and best of all, B&L did not overcharged....Yeah!!!! Love these guys. Will call them from now on.

Worked with John Speiser. We had issues with our water heater pilot light not staying on. John worked with us to offer multiple alternatives to help fix things, which ultimately culminated in our doing a complete water heater replacement for an 8-yr old unit. John was great. Talkative, nice, and professional - and explained things to me in a way where I understood. As a company, B&L was great. They came out quickly, offered alternatives, and the work was done within 3 hours from start to finish for a full replacement. Price was very competitive vs. some of the larger competitors. Highly recommend B&L!

May 21I think $230 is too high a price for a 5 min relight of a pilot light. I was out of town and couldnt do it myself. Make sure you ask about the price up front.Oct 18B&L took great care of me. The work was fast and high quality. They were super responsive making sure that no one had to take cold showers any longer than necessary. They solved some new code issues quickly.Their staff went out of their way to give me a military discount even when I forgot to mention it right off. These guys will take care of you!

Couldnt find what gas parts I needed.

I wish Id called B&L much sooner. B&L resolved in a single day what the leading national plumbing company couldnt fix in 4 months of service calls. John showed me exactly what was wrong with my hot water tank and backed it up with proof. I felt well-informed when we agreed that replacing the tank was the best option. He completed the installation quickly and correctly. Six months later, and Im still extremely satisfied with the work and my purchase.

I called late on a Saturday morning because my water heater was leaking. B&L had David at my house by 3:30 pm to install a new water heater. David did a super job of removing the old leaking heater and installing a new one including adding some upgrades to bring my system in compliance with some new codes. I was very happy with the timeliness and quality of the work. I will definitely use B&L again if needed.

We had a leak in a bathroom running into our basement. Called and had someone to my house within about 2 hrs. Jeremey was easy to work with, found the leak quickly and did the repairs. We had a back up in our basement floor drain. The technician David ran the rooter out to the street and then check with a camera. We had a root clog that was really restricting the pipe. He wasnt satisfied until he had cleaned the drain three times and rechecked with the camera. We really appreciate the extra effort he made.

We had a holiday weekend emergency. B&L was the only company concerned enough to re-arrange their schedule to get someone to a neighbors home as quickly as possible. John, our service tech, called first thing next morning (this morning) to make sure he knew where we were located. He arrived, got to work, and quickly identified that a brand new hot water heater (only a week old) had been improperly installed and was ruined. He made arrangements to immediately replace the water heater. After a parts run and some lunch, John spent all afternoon getting things right. And as I type this, we have HOT water for the first time in 14 days. Way to go John, the support staff and B&L Plumbing in general. A top rate company and a top rate experience.

Our garbage disposal wasnt working. B & L Plumbing came the same day we called and took care of the problem. Good service. Reasonable rate. And their technician Jeremy was very pleasant and efficient!

Our water heater busted. I called to see if someone could come out and give me an estimate. Kevin was here with in the hour. He gave us an estimate and went back to the office to get the parts. I had a drain backup over the weekend and B&L came out and cleaned almost a full bucket of roots. It was cold and they still made several passes until the water flowed freely. My experience with B&L Plumbing, Inc. from the time I initiated the phone call to the completion of the job was excellent. Office staff was excellent, communicative and re-assuring. Chelsea has a calming effect on me when I spoke to her about was occurring in our home. Tom G & Kevin that came out to our home were courteous, respectful and considerate with the unique dynamics of our home life. They explained everything in a manner we could understand and kept us updated each step of the way. This was a referral from another family member and we couldnt be happier with the end result. We had a broken shower valve stem in a rental home. They wanted 400 to replace the valve stem or 1200 to replace the whole valve, shower and tub assembly and install a chrome wall plate where they needed to cut the tile out. We agreed to the more expensive repair. Well, when they put on the tub spout they didnt properly secure it, resulting in a broken o ring, that caused minor water damage in our finished basement. When we called for them to come repair and assess the damage they were very rude. They said it surely wasnt their fault and when they come investigate they will charge us a service fee. So what may have been a simple oversight by an installer turned into a big deal because instead of being stand up people and making it right they blame the customer. We will see how it pays out. We communicated that under no conditions would we pay a service fee for them to protect their liability. Right now I am here from Dallas to ensure the plumber doesnt get away with what the office people communicated. Oh, and btw, Ive asked for a supervisor to call me and still no call. Pictures coming.

Great service from B&L. Had a water heater go out. John (service technician) was fantastic and answered all of our questions. He even worked into the evening hours in order to install a new water heater. Highly recommended company. They also always show up on time.

Had an exterior faucet water leak that was going into my basement wall/ ceiling. Shane came by was fast and got the repairs made quickly. He was courteous and they even had shoe covers so they dont track stuff into the house. Wonderful customer service. Recommend to everyone
