Purchased my 14 year old sons puppy today. Of course, next step is supplying all of the needs for taking him to his new home. There are more selections than I can shake a stick @. Associates were helpful, enjoyable atmosphere with other dogs mingling. Will return in the near future.

Great staff, very knowledgeable. Saturday is dog training classes, so the store was packed. Thankfully they opened up another register. Got in and out pretty quickly.

Went in for dog food and left with a harness and a fish, everything was decently priced.

Store has always ben fine, but go there because of banfield inside of it. Today the banfield staff was very accommodating to me and my pets needs.

Parrot toys has really went down to next to nothing these days! And they didnt have silver change (or cashier was to lazy/busy) and I got back $0.67 cents back in pennies! This was the worst trip I have ever had in this store! Staff was friendly!

We were in for a follow up service. Our puppy had a UTI. Our first visit they sent her home with an antibiotic. The treatment didn’t work. We called, as directed, and were instructed to bring her in. We had to leave our puppy for a grooming appointment so we stopped to set an appointment for her. The associate at first indicated she would need a culture and that there would also be a follow up charge. After explaining the situation she agreed we would not pay for another visit. When we arrived for the visit that associate indicated there would be a follow up charge. We informed her we were told there would not be. Associate was inflexible and insistent that we would have to pay the, charge. I informed her had we know that this might not work and we might need to do a culture to find out specifically what was causing the UTI, we would have had them proceed with the culture. We were informed that the antibiotic they gave her usually works. In other words they guessed she had a UTI and gave her a common antibiotic in the hope it would work, it did not. We feel we should not have to pay for something they should have done the first time. Not at all satisfied with this level of disrespect and service. I might as well have gone to a vet in Walmart. Also why do I set an appointment for a drop off, who wants to leave their puppy locked up in a kennel at some strange place until they get around to her. I made the appointment to see the vet not drop her off to accommodate their overbooked schedule. After being berated by some disrespectful, unwavering associate we opted for taking our business elsewhere. We will no longer utilize their service nor the groomers or the store itself. Banfield and Pet Co, lost our business over 39 dollars. I’m sure our few dollars won’t impact their business but perhaps this review will.

Marc worked magic on our Bernese Mountain Dog. She has mobility issues and her hind legs were extra scruffy. Marc and I discussed the possibility of having to spot shave any areas that would not comb out and to my delight that was not done. My dog is super soft and fluffy. Marc delivered a very professional service. I had a great experience with the staff, I will go back.

Very difficult to pay for an online order to pick up in store with cash! If not completely impossible to pay with cash for online order! But they were very nice to me! Which was a bonus! Thank you Petco I will be back!

I took my Pom for a full groom and it was the worst experience weve ever had with a groomer. Now mind you we have been going to a groomer every 6-8 weeks since she was 6 mo. old and shes now 5 so we have plenty of experience. After 2 phone calls about my dog, the first being she had fleas (I immediately called my vet and she did not have fleas) but i bought medicine for prevention. The second call came about 10 minutes later along me to pick up my dog because she was throwing up uncontrollably and they cant have her on the table. I live 2 minutes away. When i arrived my dog was not throwing up, her nose eased cold and she did not throw up with me. But the condition of her coat was horrifying. I wish she had told me she didnt know how to shave a Pom. You dont just jump in with the razor. At any rate i pray her coat grows back, she got almost to the skin in about 5 spots. Nothing but Master Groomers from now on. Definitely worth the extra money.

I love Pets mart and go there for all my pets needs. They carry Authority which is what my bulldogs eat and is sometimes hard to find. But Pets mart keeps ups with all things new when it comes to pets!!!

If you have a dog with disabilities your groom services will be denied, cut & will be charged in full! You can’t even look at your dog before you pay! I was told that 4+ people would be needed for a 15lb disabled dog. 58$ for an uneven trim, his tail is cut horribly, the underside is uneven. I should have been denied on the spot if you didn’t want to do it.

Best customer experience. Purchased a aquarium stand online and it was ready to be picked up in 10 minutes. When I got to store the cleanliness of the fish tanks and not seeing dead fish made it easy for me get some fish and other tank decor. Staff was friendly and I did not wait long to get help.

I just want to express my heartfelt appreciation for Melissa and the gal that helped me in the store today (I am so sorry I did not get her name). I bought my 6-year-old a kitten about 2 weeks ago, and in all of the excitement bought a ton of items for our new addition on Black Friday. Sadly, the kitten passed away last night from unknown causes. I called to discuss the return policy on some items and Melissa was not only helpful, but also expressed her sincere sympathy for our loss. The store clerk was just and kind and sympathetic. These are stellar employees that exhibit a true passion for helping ALL customers. Thank you!

Sometimes getting help is a little difficult but this place has been my go to every time. They have friendly workers!

Seth helped me with my fish. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and considerate. He helped me get all the supplies I needed to start my tank. He also took the time to help me plan out how I wanted to decorate my Tank. I really appreciate all the pointers and tips he gave me. I would say he went above and beyond any other experience I had with a staff member.

We take both of our dogs there to Banfield pet hospital. The employees are great. Right now they are doing drop offs then you come back to pick them up. We had a little hiccup on the pickup but otherwise, wonderful people.

Great, their was an error in the system where I went to my first apointment and they immediately rescheduled for the next day at a preferred time. Than the actual exam went well they answered all my questions promptly and concisely.

Went into buy some pet food, it was twice as much then was online, so we had to go outside sit in the car order it then come in and pick it up. Thats just crazy.

It’s New Year’s Eve and I came to pick up dog food and when I get there I come to see the manager with the doors closed 10 minutes before actual closing time and she opens the doors back up to ask me what I need and I explained to her I just needed to get dog food real fast and that I still have 10 minutes left but as I was talking and trying to explain to her she closed the doors on me and walked away rudely. I shop at that petsmart often for my corgis and this is the first and only bad experience I’ve had shopping at petsmart here in Colorado, California and Texas.

Waited for 20 min for someone to help with fish only to be told they cant sell any fish with bags in the tank. Well ok... I wanted a different fish in a different tank and was talked out of it because she didnt think a filtered tank for 24 hrs was enough time to sell a fish. ... so is there an application or adoption records for fish now? Ridiculous I left and PETCO actually wanted to do business

Very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. We went in to get a small pet for our daughter, but the selection was limited. Most of the cages/ enclosures were empty (possibly due to COVID). Ended up getting a pair of fancy mice. The young lady that helped us provided a great deal of information on care and helped pick out an enclosure and the proper food and treats.

I take pups for doggie training classes. Tarrah is an awesome and knowledgeable trainer. I waited to be able to take second pup to her classes.

Great professional service. Their love of animals is so obvious.. Recommend to all.

Took my puppy here for his first professional grooming and was very appreciative of the care shown for my pets wellbeing.

Ive shopped here for years but never left a review because it was always mediocre at best to be honest, which is probably why the service tonight stands out so much. Sean went out of his way to help me find the litter i needed over the phone, even though I forgot the name of it.. he even let me run in and get it right at closing time and then loaded it into my car for me.I really appreciated it. Especially since I had just learned I was out of litter and hadnt scooped yet.. I go though a 20 lb bag per week of Exquisicat paper pellet litter. At that rate, you know it would get ugly for me to skip a night.. not healthy for my ferrets and definitely not a situation I want to wake up to! Thankfully I wont have to because the people at PetSmart were so helpful and understanding.

This PetSmart location is the only one I will go to!!! The other location is so rude cluttered and uninformed the stuff is rude and pushy at the other location.At this location however they are amazing kind informative and very very helpful they go above and beyond to answer your questions and if they cant answer your questions they point you in the right direction.

Jordan was amazing! My significant other was gifted some Chinese Water Dragons with a tiny little terrarium which obviously wasnt going to work - she walked us through everything we were going to need and even helped us be as cost effective as possible in the process. She is the absolute perfect example for the case for brick and mortar stores.

I love Petsmart. They normally have what I need. Banfield pet hospital is excellent. I would be careful dealing with the grooming station. 2 of the male workers there did not cover their noses with their masks. Ask many questions about what exactly they require to work on your pet.

I stopped by petsmart to pick up flea treatment for my dog and her puppies. They were very helpful when I called to see if the product I was looking for was in stock. Once I got to the store the product I bought was more expensive than advertised online. They honored the price as advertised online for me. Great customer service!

Friendly staff, fun place for my dogs, and they do curbside pickup of your dogs if they have an appointment. Im fine with walking in regardless, but thought that was a nice option if you really didnt want to go in.

I love the things they got like food, clothes, bowls, toys but honestly I hate the grooming not for the service just that I got a bad experience with a employee there. She was very mad and treat me very disrespectful.

Love Petco. They are so friendly and almost always have exactly what we need. I was very frustrated after shopping for 45 minutes and not being able to make a purchase because their system was down and they were only accepting cash. I went back today because after a visit over the hill to the other pet store and not finding half of what we needed, I wanted to give Petco another chance. I asked before I shopped and they were glad to be accepting credit/ debit cards again. I wish they had notified customers on entry to the store the other day about the cash only problem. These things happen. Technology is great when it works, a nightmare when it doesnt. I still give Petco 5 stars and my loyalty. It is a great place to shop for my furry friend. Today I got to see a picture of another customers Shar Pei/Lab mix boy. Now how cool is that!

Started going to this petsmart when I moved here back in 2014, it has steadily declined in all aspects of customer service, supplies, quality, and overall all aspects of what a retail pet store should be. I spend the extra 20 min driving up north because any of them are far better in customer service a lone than this location.

My 18 yr old cat just got diagnosed with kidney disease and the staff was great with helping find special food for him and even took back some of his old food to save me some money. Love this store and the staff. Thank you for being there for our babies!!!
