This is my first time going here and the girl that did my nails was very nice she talk to me the whole time she kept asking me do they look OK she did a good job on my nails then I got a pedicure the deluxe pedicure the wax felt nice she even assisted pulling up my pant legs for me over I had a pretty good experience

Love the staff n they alwaysdeliver the best n give me exactly what i want...

I have never had nails stay on like this. I am rough and must of the time use them for tools. These nails dont budge they never lift. I say if you want nails that stay on go here. They really are the best of the best.

Best pedicure I have ever had in my life but the nails not so much. I have never had a nail break but I had one crack in half an hour after leaving there. I think the reason their acrylic prices are so low is bc they use a cheaper product. He had to fan my nail between each finger application and constantly wet his drill to file. I have never seen that in all my 32 years. On a better note the guy who did my nails and toes was super friendly! But when I came back to get my nail fixed no one even looked at me so I had to interrupt someones service to be seen. Customer service is terrible product quality is terrible. Ill just say u get what u pay for! The picture below is an idea of how crusty my fingers looked afterward the thumb nail she fixed on the left looks totally different than the right.

If I could give 0 stars I would, I will never go here again or recommend this place. Start off I went and got a full set about 2 weeks ago and they are starting to lift already. I made an appointment days in advance to get it fixed for Saturday @ 1p. The lady calls me at about a quarter till to make sure I’m coming I tell her yes and I live by so I’m on my way. When I get they they are starting 2 new people. This place is very unprofessional and I would bit even recommend this place to an enemy.

Got a fill and it looks grown out still. He charged me $30 for a simple fill and the look horrible. Not friendly at all and didn’t talk to me. Do not go here.

Needs to be cleaned and practice social distancing I had strangers standing over my shoulder -the women tried to rip my nails off before I stopped her and told her the way my salon removes my gel tip 💅... And I got a lovely Infection on my cuticle.... All the bottles they use are crusty and nasty looking GO TO VILLA salon instead

One of my gel polish nail chipped less than 24 hrs after getting them done. I call to see if I can make an appt to fix it they said no. I go in sat wait for 25 min before leaving. I go during my lunch break today wait 20 min and leave again. I go in after work. This time Im helped withing 5 min. The repair itself took 6 min . However, they used the wrong color. I clearly told him thats not the color. He said yes it is I remember. I didnt say anything before I left because I was furious and tired from work. Not happy at all!

I love Mai, she does an amazing job every time. I recommend her, Im picky with my nails and she gets it right the 1st time every time. I never have to ask her to fix anything.

I do not recommend this place. They use poor quality products for your nails. In less than a week my nails broke and they refused to fix them.

The gentleman that I trust with my nails is Tim. Hes very sweet and soft spoken, and very patient.Hes very detailed. Watching him work, I know that he honestly cares about how they look and what I think about them.Also hes gentle, which is nice in my opinion.

This place is beyond fantastic!! I have been to multiple nail salons in the springs and I will say I will NOT go ANYWHERE ELSE now that I have found this place! The staff is incredible, they do an immaculate job and treat you so kindly. I am absolutely obsessed with my eyebrows and nails always come out so good! Make time to come here because you certainly will not be disappointed! :)

I went in for a full set. They guy I had was super rough with my hands. They were not what I was expecting for the price I paid. And they started lifting from the bottom three days later. Do not recommend !

Mai is so awesome! She does a great job and pays very close attention to detail.

The best place, i love everything about them. She did my eyebrows and we just talked about her son. They really treat you like family and I love the atmosphere.

Overpriced, as all get out last time I went in. Have been in several times, for almost the exact same thing, (stilettos and toes) and it’s not even done the correct way. I have multiple pictures of their service, being totally uneven, unprofessional, (some dude also left right next to me and didn’t even say he was leaving to the client next to me? She actually made multiple comments) will not come back and would definitely not recommend this place

Awful. Theyre quick to charge you money and do a horrible job. Far from perfect. And very rude. Very aggressive and rude when it comes to doing nails and getting what you want. Ice. Gotten my nails done for years. Have never had such a bad experience and the guy though the did awesome. Will never be going back.

Its been over 6 years since Ive had my nails done and my best friend was getting married so I was so excited to be her maid of honor and therefore I was told to go to Hawaii Nails. My experience was fine but as soon as I left town for the Wedding the next day I noticed almost all my nails started lifting. I feel its very unacceptable considering how much they charge you!! I came back into town the next morning for my surgery. I was resting my first day but I did leave a voicemail but I never received a call back. I had to call back again this morning only to hear its been too late and she cant do anything. I have pictures of my horrible nails and I will never go there again!!! Please dont go there if you want your nails to last more than 3 days, theyre completely unprofessional and shouldnt be doing business if they cant fix their customers concerns!

Asked for a simple design and she had to do it over about 10x and still didnt do it right. I sat there for hours. Over chargr for gel nails. False advertisement

I love it just got my nails done by Lan an she is awesome my nails stays long for 3 weeks. Great atmosphere to be in. Peaceful and comforting.

They dont even desevre one star..... My 16yr. Old daughter get her nails done and 2 days later the nails were lifting horribly and the day after that 3 nails came off. The process was done fast and sloppy, he cut her cuticle a couple time to where she bled. Im very disgusted and upset she will never go here again.

Went there for a fill in. The environment was very dirty. As they were doing my nails they put too much pressure on it and cracked my real nail. Which lead to my nail bed getting an infection, and the Er removed my entire nail. Please do not go here. They are very unsanitary.
