I called before I arrived to see what was needed to take out a small loan. I had everything I needed before arriving. When I arrived I was informed I didn’t have what was needed. She was very aggressive in her tone and barely let me speak. The whole process took 45 mins and made me very late for my appointment. Once I found out I was qualified for more money than I wanted, she tried to force me to borrow more . I will never borrow from them again

If u want checks cashed? DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!! Not only will they NOT cash ur checks for you, they wont even tell u why!! I will never EVER go back to this place!!!! If i could rate 0 stars, I would, because they dont deserve even 1!!!!

My husband and I have used them when we just need extra cash. As long as you pay them back fast, you wont get charged an arm or leg but if you take your time it will cost you more than twice as much than the original amount you borrowed. Lol.

All the other places like this spare you of high interest rates if you pay them early, the earlier you pay it off, the more you save. This is NOT the case with these people on Austin Bluffs Parkway. They charge you FULL interest, regardless if you pay it off a few months early. Go elsewhere ( theres so many places to choose from in town ) who actually SAVE you money for paying it off early.

First of all, I did a application online to make sure I was approved beforeI went into their loan place so I wouldnt waste any of my time. I got a call back from check into cash saying I was approved up to $500.00. Then they told me all the documents I needed to bring in order to get the loan. So Monday morning I went into check into cash to get the loan and I brought everything that they told me to bring I spent 40 minutes doing all the paper work only for them to tell me I was denied for insufficient credit score. Since when do payday places base loans on credit scores? They are a waste of time!!!! DO NOT GO TO CHECK INTO CASH. Theres a lot of payday loan places that treat you better!!!!
