This isnt the first time Ive been here but I must say everyone here is super nice and helpful. My first time here was for a loan as I found myself in a hard spot and everything went smooth and easy. This time I got my refund as a check and no one else could help me but Thaman. She was excellent!!! We came across a couple of snags here and there but she got us through it. 100% gonna return, if I ever need to, without hesitation.

This company called me and my fiancé directly in order to confirm a check amount that was issued by an individual who stole our checks. They called to confirm that we wrote a check and to call to make sure we authorize it. We did not write that check to that person and they immediately helped contact authorities, got the individuals name and other helpful information in order to catch this person. We were helped by two wonderful employees and we can’t thank them enough for showing diligence and respect to not only those who come in physically but to those they need to contact to make sure that all transactions are done legally and responsibly. Thank you again!

Awful place been there twice now and called both times before going to make sure they accepted my bank for loans. Got there both times and was told no. This last time the lady at the window was a total smart a** about why they dont accept my bank. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone In need of cash because if they cant help you and you ask why not they will just be rude about why they wont help you and send you out the door with even more anger then you walked in with.

Ive been dealing with Moneytree for a long time. They are penalizing me because Im on a joint account with someone and they had a bad history I think this is bs never had a problem till now

I went to Maria on a day where I was struggling to make ends meet for rent. I had previously worked at a loan company and thought that I would get denied because of how things were done in my experience. I was surprised to find out that I was qualified for a small loan that got me closer to my goal of meeting rent. Maria was extremely understanding and helpful. They Penalize me for inquiring about a fraudulent check that was mailed to me and they said we cannot do business with you anymore. I just asked them to check to see if the check was real. BS!!

Im a new money tree customer. My first visit, I was in and out in a matter of 10 minutes with cash in hand. Advance America doesnt compare. They even do 6-month payment plans. The rep also helped tremendously in making the process quick and painless. Ill never go anywhere else.

Arrived at location before they closed at 6pm on 1/7/17 and as I walking up to the doors the ladies locked it and turned the lights off. I then called and seen the ladies purposely not answer the phone. Way to be helpful

Ive had a great experience here.The review that says dude makes $14k a month and theyd only loan him $130.Well, $14k/month is $168,000 a year. Why in the world would you go to a payday advance place when you could go to any bank and theyd be happy to give you $20k.Connect the dots. Guy is a liar. Place is great. Dont trust all the reviews.

I Like Money tree Better then any other small loan place! There rates are good and I feel like the loans get paid off faster.

Best experience ever with a loan I had called for a loan of 300 the teller explains wat documents I needed and was able to tell me my bi weekly payment and even how much there annual fee was which was helpful but I was nervous because i was turned down for my credit and she informed me that it didnt do a strong check so I figured I would chance it so I stopped by after work and I was treated by so many smiling faces I didnt know who I wanted to go to the lady that helped me was extremely friendly she even offered for me to have a seat why she did my paperwork since I jus got off work which was so appreciated when she was done she called me up by my name with great news I got the loan I would recommend them for anything

Refuse to cash a check for me simply because they didnt like me. I was told they never cashed a USAA check before and didnt trust me. I was lied to and will never return. Customer service is not one of their best qualities. They had no problem cashing a check for a man with an expired id. Completly disrespectful. Embarrased me in front of all thier other customers. Uterly horrible. Need to contact me asap
