The instructors, fellow students and community built around this sports are some of the most hardworking, dedicated and friendly people I’ve ever met. Love the work ethic and attitude of the people who attend and the instructors do an excellent job explaining and demonstrating. Very highly recommend.

I have only been training at Renzo Gracie Jiu Jitsu for about a month, but already feel like I have grown by leaps and bounds under Professor Avi’s instruction! As a service member, combat techniques are a constant. Through instruction at this school I went from barely knowing anything to having numerous weapons in my arsenal to compete with others efficiently. I’m sure that as time goes on, this will only continue to grow. Amazing school with amazing instructors and lessons that build on themselves to really perfect the fundamentals.

This BJJ school is more than a school, its a family. Such an awesome group of people. Professor Avi is extremely technical and detail-oriented which was very helpful for me as a beginner with no grappling experience. He teaches concepts that are built on one another in a series, which really helps retention. I wish I started BJJ sooner, its never too late!

Amazing place, extremely clean, and a family atmosphere for learning. Professor Avi is a skilled instructor who makes learning fun and easy for all ages. Everyone wants to help one another. Less focus on rank, more focus on technique. Great for kids! Both of my young daughters come here as well and have a great time while learning valuable skills that will continue to evolve.

Avi is a great instructor. I take my 8 year old there. Classes are laid back and fun. Kids get a good workout, plus the benefit of learning self defense.

My husband and I started coming to this gym after we got stationed in Colorado. It is hands down the best gym around, and the best instruction I have EVER received. I have been training for 20 years and I can tell you that Avi is one of the most technical black belts I have had the pleasure of training with.I own an academy in Florida and he has taught many of my classes. I was one of the original students of master Renzo Gracie. Stared Jiu Jitsu in 1995, got my purple belt from Renzo Gracie and my black belt from Pablo Popovitch. Absolutely best training you can get in the area. Professor Avi is a great guy and truly cares about all of his students. Plus, he gives a good military discount and takes extra pride in training 10th SFG guys who actually use his material. The only people who dont return just couldnt handle it, the rest just become better warriors. Avi makes you work, but you learn a lot while he pushes you and theres no better way to build discipline while also improving PT. Strongly recommend.
