This place is incredible. Their well thought out method of teaching ensures that anyone, of any skill or current ability can learn and participate. The entire staff is extremely friendly and the instructors knowledgeable but just as importantly approachable. They seem to genuinely care about their students. I cant say enough great things and I definitely highly recommend that anyone thinking about martial arts consider giving this place at least a test drive (which they actually have)

Capoeira is more than a martial art. I started training in more traditional martial arts when I was younger. Im hooked! The people make the difference.

After training here for some years I notice this Capoeira studio lacks the teaching of the Afro Brazilian culture, considering the owners despise Brazilians in the first place but have a business appropriating the culture baffles me. The cost is absolutely not worth it, if you want the actual teachings of Capoeira by a Brazilian Mestre I recommend Capoeira Ventre Livre instructed by Contra Mestre Bethino. Dont waste your time and money...
