The clinic was fine, receptionist amazing, woman who did my mammogram was amazing. Woman who did my ultrasound should not be able to speak to patients. I asked her how to get scheduled to have my very painful lump removed and she said no doctor will remove my cyst because its healthy tissue. Then told me I should be happy that I dont need another mammogram until Im 40...I had a lump removed 2 years ago from the Briargate clinic. Im always going to have to get a mammogram more often than others. I asked my primary doctor for a follow up at another clinic and a breast surgeon has reached out to me to remove my lump.

Everyone from the front desk to the mammogram tech to the ultrasound tech were so kind, compassionate, patient and explained everything. I did not wait long for any of the appointments and they were all so nice. It made it easier, I really appreciated it

Really dissapointed in my experience here. Prior to scheduling an appointment I had told the scheduler that I would be returning from Mexico a couple of days before I was scheduled to be seen. She told me it was totally fine for my to come in and be seen as I would have had a negative test to enter the United States and as long as I was not having any symptoms or recent exposure I could continue with the same appointment date. When I went to my appointment the receptionist told me I could not be seen until 10 days had passed. When I asked her why the other person had said it was okay she said it was because that person was new and did not know the protocols. I dont understand how it is okay for me to go to work at UC health but not be seen for an important appointment.

The staff, techs, and radiologists are wonderful here!!! I went in for an ultrasound and biopsy, and had an amazing experience! Even after the biopsy and going home, I had a large hematoma forming and they were quick to reach out to me and asked me to come back in. The woman who helped me, named Holly, was compassionate, kind, and caring. She spent 30 minutes of her time in order to help the bleeding stop. Having my breast exposed, bleeding, and in so much pain was a vulnerable moment for me, however, she made me feel super comfortable and we talked about so many different things while she pressed on my chest for a whole 30 minutes. She turned an unpleasant situation to a enjoyable one. Thank you, Holly!

The first time I had an appointment here I waited 2 hours to be seen. I was on time and the receptionist made a mistake checking me inThen I needed a follow up appointment and arrived 5 minutes late and they told me I needed to reschedule or wait a long time. There were already several people in the waiting room that had been waiting over an 30 minutes and it was 8 30amThis is a very unprofessional facility and they are not able to manage the schedulingDo not waste your time!!!

I arrived literally 3-4 min. late for my biopsy f/u mammo and possible U/S. When I went to sign in they told me that it wasnt necessary and Id need to re-schd. I asked if I could just get the mammo on my biopsied breast and they said no even though I was booked out for two procedures. Needless to say, I didnt re-schd. I will be going to another facility. The best interest of the patient is NOT their priority.

I have come here twice for mammograms. First, appointments are not hard to find, and everyone here is so kind. Everyone is professional. I always get the 3D mammogram... well worth the possible inaccurate reg. Mammograms. But thats just my opinion.

ETA: This issue has been corrected. I appreciate UCHealth reaching out to me. Horrible customer service at the front desk. Not respectful of patients time.
