No problem making my appointment. I was in and out of there in 15-20 minutes. Everything was great.

New to the area this was my first mammogram at this facility. Very disappointed in the entire process.It took weeks to get an appointment . I gave them the name of the last facility where I had my mammogram.I had to cancel that appointment and I rescheduled again giving them the name of the last facility where I had my mammogram.I arrived early and had to wait well past my appointment time.The technician told me that they didn’t have my last mammogram for comparison and had me sign a records release.She was not very friendly.At the end of the mammogram I asked about results and she told me that the radiologist wouldn’t even look at them until my previous mammogram arrived.I asked but what if my mammogram isn’t good. She repeated that they had to have my previous mammogram.This sounds ridiculous as you are depending on another facility who might not ever send them before you even look at my mammogram?!I won’t be back to this facility for a mammogram and will rethink other services here.A follow up from the center and a call with Lisa changed my rating from 1 to 3 stars.Lisa was very kind and helpful.She is going to follow up on my concerns and assured me that my mammogram will be read by a radiologist and won’t be held. Mine will be compared to my previous one when it arrives but would not be held up if there are any concerns.

This was my 1st mammogram & the whole experience was way better than I expected! Mammograms in general have a not-so -positive reputation among women, but it was quick and painless. The technician was very kind and respectful. I loved that the results were reported the same day.

This is the place to go for all your medical care needs, radiology etc. Tracy was amazing. UC HEALTH YOU ROCK AND YOU ARE THE BEST.

Very caring and well aware of social distancing. The technician did her best to make sure that my mammogram was as painless as possible.

Went to this facility for the first time today. My previous exam was in another state. I repeatedly told the technician that I didnt remember the name of the previous facility and that I needed a few minutes to look it up on my phone. She spoke down to me the entire time as if I were a child. She continued to question why I couldnt remember the name of the facility or the town it was in. I only lived in that state for a short amount of time and couldnt remember. Some people have memory issues due to previous injuries, chemo or its age related. No one in health care should be so discourteous to a patient. I will never visit this facility again and make sure my referring Doctor knows about my experience.

Amazing staff. Mentally engaged, hard working, and very caring. They truly engage with every interaction and are devoted to solving issues and making sure you successfully follow up with the recommended actions.
