Would love to give negative stars! Still waiting on package. Updated to I think delivery today, but not real sure as tracking info is not real clear. Guess well see if it shows up today.

This company has lost my package and has made zero effort to find it. Tracking has two different delivery dates. Driver refuses to come out and show where he delivered package. My package has been missing for over a week! I’m truly disgusted with the service and run around I’ve been receiving. I’m starting to believe the driver stole my package because I have NEVER had this issue until Ontrac “delivered” my package. I don’t have these issues with USPS, Amazon, UPS or FedEx. I’ve gone out of town and returned to my packages waiting at the door. My neighbors don’t steal packages, so this leaves me to believe your worker is a thief. I want my package by the end of the week or I will be filing a police report.I also filed a complaint with the BBB!

Have never had a good experience with on trac. If I can catch that something will be delivered through them, I’ll go out of my way to buy from somewhere else.Location of package will be “Delayed” but not updated for days, packages are always significantly late. I ordered a crib through Walmart and now have no idea where it is and am due any day. Very frustrated.

Ontrac has a thief working for them. It can’t be a coincidence that most people things go missing when it when they claim it was put on the porch. I checked with neighbors and no one will steal this package, check the cameras and no one came to deliver anything. I don’t even know if I will get my money back from fashion nova. I’m so disgusted!

Never recieved my package from this company. It said delivered at 9:50pm at front door, but nothing not a package was there. I was home all day waiting on my package today 5/25/21 Tuesday. I have my app Shop, my email and it texts my phone, so yes Im very serious about keeping eyes on my package. Someone needs to get back with me. I also contacted fashion Nova immediately when they said delivered, so you will be hearing from them as well 😡

They said my package was delivered to my front porch but I was home all day and have video surveillance showing nothing was delivered. When I tried to get help they said it was dropped off and to contact the shipper for more help (again clearly was not delivered). When I told them I had video proving my point they have since ignored my emails. 0/10 would not recommend.

So I ordered something through Wal-Mart.com and they use this company! They havent updated where my package is and it isnt cheap! They better update! If I get my package on time without any incident I will change my review!

My son ordered boots from Timberland, got the free shipping & patiently waited for them to arrive. We noticed they traveled from CA, to Denver CO (1 hour north of us) to Chandler AZ & supposedly back to Denver where it got lost. Called customer service & was advised due to weather (it was 70° the whole week) it couldn’t be delivered, but he would research & call us back. That was a joke. I finally got an email response (I emailed everyday because at approx. 6:02 pm everyday they would extend the delivery date by a day) advising me to get a refund from Timberland. This company is worthless, it seems as though it’s an easy way to keep packages & leave it to the customer to get a refund or replacement. Someone got a really nice pair of black leather boots. Ridiculous.

My package has been out for delivery for two days says attempted to deliver when I was home all day need my package for work still waiting smh The worst service ever!!

Just when you thought there is nothing worse than USPS, OnTrac comes to the scene to take the crown. Forget about late packages by USPS, my package never arrived although it says “Delivered Front Door”.Security cameras showed no delivery attempt to my address. I don’t see this business lasting long, had the retail company I ordered from to use UPS this time to deliver my replacement package 📦

I’m highly mad with this company! How do I get my money back? The lady on the phone asked for my email just in case the package is “lost”She lied! At this point I don’t know what else to say. Said package arrived on a Monday. Three days later still no trace of it. Called Ontrac 800 number and unable to talk to anyone. Customer service also never arrived. Would shy away from using them.

The only reason I gave a one star is because its the lowest number I can give. They claimed to have delivered my package but never showed up. Couldnt get any help from them afterwards.

OnTrac Driver blatantly lied that they tried to deliver. We have a Ring camera and after FINALLY getting to someone at customer service, the driver ran up, dropped the boxes, and then rang our Ring doorbell saying theyve been here the whole time. Gottem! Driver attempted to steal several thousand dollars in power tools we had ordered from Home Depot online and we know for a fact he was because the seal of the tape from Home Depot shows it was tampered with.They also bounced a package repeatedly to and from Fort Collins when it was supposed to be delivered locally here to Fort Carson. I understand the mistake can happen, but to do it for 2 weeks straight and nearly 9 times? Whats wrong with you?!

Never arrives by promised date, if at all! Even if you paid extra for faster shipping, and the vendor somehow uses OnTrac, good luck getting your package in the first place. Customer service, tracking, all a joke. Literally feel the web site is just a front to make them look legit.

If I could give a zero I would. Have been waiting on an important package. Driver puts he delivered to my front door and then says he couldnt get into my building and didnt deliver to the office. I call and the lady pages the driver to see about attempting same night. He of course doesnt try. Come home today and still no package that I was guaranteed today. Call again and get told it was never put on the truck and they can try again Monday. No other option except to drive over an hour and a half away to pick up. This is not the first time theyve screwed up a delivery. I wish companies wouldnt use this delivery service because they are horrible and dont care about people.

I told the delivery driver that our office could not accept packages on behalf of other individuals. He left the package anyway and walked away while I was speaking to him.

On Trac doesnt seem to be an actual delivery company. I ordered an item from Google Store and the item was initially delayed. Then the online tracking info stated the shipper requested a warehouse hold more than 100 miles from the delivery address. I contacted Google Store and they said that was untrue. Strange thing is, though, why would Google Store partner with such an unreliable shipper?

What type of company drops a package off in a driveway at 9pm without informing the recipient? Guess what happens when a package is left in a driveway overnight. This time I contacted the company right away and informed them that I would like my package left inside my fence. I received a quick response which was nice (minutes). My package was delivered on the day it was supposed to and it was left inside my fence. So, first experience was bad; second was smooth.Edit 3/29/2018 - Screw this company. Had another Amazon package shipped with Ontrac. It was THROWN over my wall into my yard at 7pm while it was snowing. My girlfriend noticed it in a muddy puddle at 8:30pm. Worst company ever.

Worst delivery company. Customer service doesnt know the difference between CA or CO. Thought my package was at their own facility in Colorado when it was actually at their own facility in California. Any experience Ive had with this company has always been poor.

On 31 Oct, I ordered gas filler necks for two vehicles that I am working on. I was guaranteed delivery by 3 Nov no later than 8pm. My package was not delivered. Ontrac then tried to deliver my package at 1am on 5 Nov. Now the parts that I needed on 4 Nov wont get here until 6 or 7 Nov.They as a company obviously have no consideration for their customers. I would definitely try to avoid using Ontrac if you have any choice.

After reading all of the 1 star reviews, I was skeptical about my package arriving on time, getting my package at all, having it show delivered but never receiving it, or having it delivered but hidden somewhere else. The package did come at 804pm. It was nicely placed on my front door. I have to say that I am very relieved that my box came on time, was physically at my front door, and the delivery agent wasnt rude about ringing my front door. Thank you on trac for delivering my package on time.

We ordered a package from Amazon and it wasnt here by the date promised so we looked it up and it says it was delivered. Well we have security cameras at our place and guess what, nobody ever came to the door. Not sure why Amazon would use this company with all the negative reviews.

Absolute worst shipping company in the country. Package not delivered, no signature needed. No knock or ring of the doorbell, no note on the door. 2 day shipping is a lie since I’m having to wait until Tuesday, probably for the same horrible costumer service.

I dont know how this place is still open and shame on Target for using them. My package should have been delivered on the 2nd but it never showed up. I got on their website to track my package and it showed comments from the 2nd to the 7th saying it will be delivered the following day. My package is 5 days late and it just keeps saying it will be delivered tomorrow. Yesterday I called the listed customer service number and got an out of service message. No package, no way to contact somebody to obtain more information. I finally found a contact number to a different department with this company and spoke to a woman who said they were having phone troubles but that she would give the appropriate department my message. No call back. I sent an email under their contact us tab and that hasnt been answered. I called the customer service line again this morning to see if the phones were working and they are but nobody will pick up, Ive been on hold for 38 minutes now. Im pretty sure the package is lost but not getting an answer is more infuriating than it being lost.

I was bracing myself after reading all the negative reviews, but the Ontrac driver delivered my packages at 5:00 pm (not at 11:30 pm like some people have experienced). He also, knocked on my front door and left the packages on my front porch. Oh, the power of prayer! But, I do remember an incident when I lived in Commerce City, CO and the Ontrac driver left my packages (overnight) under my mailbox which was 20 feet away from my front door! Needless to say, I was livid and it was a miracle that my packages weren’t stolen! I do more praying than usual when Ontrac is the carrier. lol.

Ontrac has delivered a few of our packages, usually Joel is delivering them and he has always gotten them to us on time and unharmed. Our front door is on the second story, and our packages have never been thrown up here, so we are positive that he is not a shotput thrower and is a decent delivery man.

If I could I would give them a zero. They claim to deliver your package when they didn’t and claim it is not their fault. Never use this company they are garbage and lose way to many peoples packages.

Horrible company. Was supposed to have a package delivered by Thursday. It didnt come Thursday, or Friday, but Saturday I called and talked to them. The lady assured me it would be delivered Saturday and she called the driver to see when he would be in that area. I went into work (where I had the packaged shipped to) and waited around all day until 4pm. Still hadnt received the package. Tried calling and theyre closed after 4pm. Waited around until 6pm and still nothing. Wasted a whole Saturday. This company should be avoided. Its now Monday.... I wonder if Ill finally get it.

I was given the run around with my package. I finally got to the place and it was closed with no stored information. So I call the after hours and contacted and Spoke with Ms. Karen and told her my situation. She said let me call you back and took my # and return my call back right away. This lady went above and beyond to come back and open the place up so I can get my package (My Outfit) for my sister 40th birthday. She made great happen. Great Customer Service! She put a smile on my Face. Kudos and Thank you Ms. Karen. The little things count the most to ME. You guys have a great person and is a asset to this business. Thanks a Million!

So upset with OnTrac..I have had to use them for work because the company we order products through uses them. This is the 3rd time they lost our package!! Theres no one to call or talk to to figure things out. Our business is never closed so there is no reason why it wasnt delivered on time.

Absolutely pathetic. My package was supposed to arrive today. Imagine my dismay when I go to check tracking to see a redelivery attempt will be made when I was here the entire evening. No one rang my doorbell. No one knocked on the door. Ive contacted customer sevice twice now, to no avail. I will shop somewhere else if a business uses these clowns as their delivery vendor.

Worst... delivery service..... EVER. The package got here on at 8:40pm on the evening it was supposed to be delivered. Package was slightly damaged. Never had a package delivered this late at night before. Driver was awesome and offered to help, thus the 3 star rating. Otherwise Id avoid this company. If they had been any later my package wouldnt have been delivered for 3 more days.

Ive unfortunately had three indirect experiences with this shipment company over the past few weeks. I placed three different orders, with three different companies, and they all ended up in the hands of Ontrac -- much to my dismay. One package was lost (was home all day, without distraction, on the day it was ***marked as delivered***), the second package was marked as delivered two days before their delivery employee dropped it off (physically met the employee by chance the day it it was delivered, employee said she was dropping the package off for a friend and that their company is understaffed), and the third was three days later than expected (even though it was marked as being in the city on day one). Terrible reliability, terrible service and I cringe whenever I see that I have a parcel in their hands. I wish there was a way to opt out of their service.

Not sure why they bother putting a delivery date. It should be a dont get too excited, it aint coming until a few days after date.

The delivery guy threw my package against my house. I only know this happened because I was halfway across my house, in the laundry room with the washer and dryer on and I heard a loud thump. Believe me or not, I have never heard something that loud, so I started searching the house for an intruder. I noticed the delivery guy walking to his truck and saw my box up against the house. I like to order from Amazon a lot, and I have never heard a thump from a package even with dead silence in the house (via UPS or USPS). Package was ok, and luckily it wasnt fragile. But, come on, guy. Its someones mail. Dont throw it around.

If I could give this company ZERO Stars I would. I hope that Companies and Vendors are reading these reviews and would quit using Ontrac, opting for Fedex or UPS. Three times in the past 7 months drivers have reported a delivery to my door, but no product there. I live in a safe community and there has been no theft. These guys just STINK!!!! And their customer service is some of the worst I have ever dealt with.

Horrible! Packages were delivered two separate times by setting them under a tree at the end of the driveway, nowhere near the house or even the mailbox. My wife spoke to a manager and was told the driver was reprimanded and it would not be an issue in the future. Now we had a package that was supposed to be delivered and was not because they were not able to access the driveway. Funny, considering we had two Amazon packages delivered TO OUR DOORSTEP the same day. Since it was not delivered it was sent back to Denver and subsequently lost. We will no longer buy anything from anyone who uses this company to ship and I recommend everyone else do the same.

I ordered a package for work; I am a teacher and I work at a school. They attempted to deliver it AFTER the school closed, and therefore they had an unsuccessful delivery. Apparently they are going to retry, but this far I do not have my items.I have never had this issue with any other shipping company used by Amazon. I am still waiting for it and really needed it yesterday, hence ordering it with two day shipping.

Went out of their way to fix it! ........They INSIST it was left at the front door. NO Package. I was able to get ahold of the local office. They are going to run GPS and scanner to find it (they hope). It was a new driver. Local office located package, called and driver brought it over.

I ordered from REI and the package was supposed to be delivered today. I have been waiting the entire day for delivery and they never came. I look up the tracking number and it state that the package is scheduled for redelivery. How is that possible if they never arrived to my house. I contacted REI and informed them that I would of paid more for better delivery through any of the reliable national delivery services.

Worst shipper out there! Two failed attempts to find my house for a delivery, AND my home is easy to find because all streets and houses are well marked. Of course they say it was delivered, and yet my surveillance camera says NOPE! Customer service is a complete and total waste, at complaint two about non-delivery they say they can do no more... I wouldnt be surprised if this company has deals with sellers to steal packages for resale. And worst of all, I cant file a claim because the vendor I purchased from has to do it, and THEY are staying silent on this whole thing. What a bunch of bull$hit! One star is TOO MUCH. Minus one would be more accurate. I have a trial membership with Amazon Prime, and the very first order was mishandled by OnTrac, as well as the most recent--today. The drivers are lazy, incompetent, and liars. With the first delivery, the driver left my package at the management office, insisting I was not home, even though office personnel--who know me quite well--told her I had to be home because I do not travel in inclement weather. I was sitting inches away from the door, on my computer, monitoring tracking. LIAR. Then the most recent delivery fiasco... my package was scheduled for delivery yesterday and I sat here ALL DAY monitoring and waiting, only to learn there was an issue with my address, so they rescheduled for today but only AFTER I confirmed my address with OnTrac. They refused to accept Amazons information. THIS time, the only way I even suspected my package may have been delivered is after hearing someone run up and then back down our outside metal stairs, and thats when I decided Id better check tracking again. VOILA! It said my package was delivered, but at my front door. It was NOT. The driver placed it against the wall next to my door. Oh, and of course, they NEVER answer their phones, but do say you can call(?) Really??? I have asked Amazon to cancel my Prime membership if they cannot use a better carrier. Too old for this nonsense.

I saw a ton of very negative reviews here, so I was scared senseless when Amazon sent a package through them with Prime. Despite starting about 50 miles from my house on the day it was expected to be delivered, it was dropped off on time (about 4:30pm) and without any fuss. Very positive experience. I cant speak for anyone else, but I had no trouble with them at all.

Have had them as shippers 3 times now from Amazon. First time delivered on the day promised, but at 10:30 p.m. Second time same thing, only 11:30 p.m. Still waiting on the 3rd time, which was supposed to be delivered yesterday, and says its out for delivery. Terrible untrustworthy delivery service. Delivery driver blatantly lied, stating that they attempted to deliver. They did not. Nest camera footage shows the driver parking in front of the house, waiting a few minutes, and then driving off. The delivery driver never got out of the car.

This company sucks. The only reason I even deal with them is because my supplier uses them and I’m seriously thinking of switching supplier due to the fact they can’t deliver anything on time. OnTrac is an awful company and I dont know how its still in business. This is going to be wordy because its been a long 3 weeks dealing with them. I was expecting a package on 11/27, it was delayed twice. They said it was delivered on 11/30 on my front porch. It never was. I was home all day, my doorbell never rang. My security cameras show that nobody came to my house that day... I have proof showing nobody delivered a package to my house. I contacted OnTrac but their phone support is completely useless, so I emailed them. They emailed me back saying someone would come conduct an investigation for the missing package on 12/8. I wasnt too confident that a quick search of my front porch would resolve the issue when nobody even delivered it in the first place. Anyway, nobody came to my house to conduct an investigation (Again, security cameras) They emailed me again today to say, Please be advised, that our driver returned to conduct a thorough search at the delivery location. However we were unable to locate your package. Thank you for your patience and we apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you.I have never had such a poor experience with a company before. They have blantantly lied about delivering my package and investigating it, and Im completely blown away that any company can get away with it. Fortunately, the shipper refunded me, but this is obviously a recurring issue with several others and it needs to be addressed. Where are all of these missing packages going and how has this problem with OnTrac not been resolved after several reviews with the same problem?

Had this company send the stuff I bought on Amazon. Delivery was supposed to be made by Thursday (according to ontrac) but now I have to wait until Monday because it is delayed. Also, Amazon tracking told me delivery was supposed to made Wednesday. They cant even make one simple delivery and simply had a whole week to do it....

Hate, despise, loathe OnTrac! I honestly do not understand how they stay in business. If they do deliver on day they say they will, they DONT deliver to your door. I have had so many problems with this company since moving here, its ridiculous! Ive repeatedly asked for them to leave at my door. They refuse. And refuse to leave notice. Driver went so far as to lie to my leasing office. If you get thru to customer service, that is a misnomer--there is no service. Most are rude. And none of them do what they say they will. Just absolutely awful!

Amazon chose this shipper for a small Prime package. I Googled the company because I had never heard of them. I decided to post a review because of all the negative reviews I see here. In my case, the packaged arrived in good condition on the day promised at a reasonable hour. The only odd thing was the delivery vehicle appeared to be a private car with no obvious corporate markings. My first thought was this must be some new Uber style delivery service. No complaints, no reason to contact the company. The package was delivered to the door, the delivery person rang the bell and the tracking information was updated immediately when delivery was complete.

Customer service is garbage. They failed to deliver to my apartment three times. Never left a note or tried to leave it at the leasing office. So I went to their office to pick up my package and they had the gull to give me attitude about picking it up when I was forced to do so due to their incompetence.

I have no idea why amazon even works with this company. I was supposed to receive a package on the 6th of January and its now the 9th and I still havent received it. However they have marked it down as delivered. Amazon is making pathetic excuses for them stating that carriers will at times mark items as delivered even though they are in transit. Amazon needs to do a better job on researching the companies that they allow to deliver their packages.

Three different orders from amazon using OnTrac. The first order came one day later than the listed delivery date. The second order via OnTrac came 4 days late and was dropped off at 1015pm. The third delivery showed as delivered however there was no package and my security cameras never showed anyone coming to the house.Amazon should be ashamed to use this company.

Ontrac said weather delay yet it wasnt raining or snowing. My food is going bad waiting for a re delivery the next day.

I have ordered many thing from a vendor and never had any problems until just this last week. An email said the package was delivered at 6:27pm at 6:30 I checked the front porch and found nothing. I called the vendor and expressed my issue, no problem they said and a claim was put in place. I then called the Ontrac # hoping that they could let the driver know of his mistake but never got through. I sent an email, it was answered 36hrs later saying that it was not their problem and that I should contact the vendor. 5 days later I have a replacement coming but the crappy thing is it is coming via, you quest it OnTrac. If I had seen this list of complaints I would have requested a different carrier. Time will tell, I may have to update this post.

Ironic that they are located on Reliable Circle ha! They must be ninjas, because my package hasnt been delivered, yet it keeps showing that it was delivered and then not delivered. I ordered a phone from Google on April 6th. It was shipped on April 9th via OnTrac ground with a guaranteed delivery date of April 11th. I contacted onTrac on the morning of the 12th and they apologized and said it would definitely arrive on that day. Here we are on the 13th and I have still yet to receive my package. This is absurd! If it wont be delivered on that day, dont guarantee it. Boycott this company if you can, they are terrible!

Said it was delivered but nowhere to be found. They say they started an investigation and I would hear from a manager but nothing was actually done . I had to dispute the charge with HD and they would send a new one but with ontrac again!?? No more HD for me!

Paid for 1 day delivery on something I NEEDED before I left town. Took three days to deliver. Costumer service is horrible. Had to wait 30 minutes to talk to someone. If you can see your package is coming through them. Cancel and go with someone else.

I hate this company. I understand that some people who read this have had a good expirence, but mine was... Ugh. I was expecting a Sphero BB8 from Amazon. The package tracker labeled it as delivered, and when I checked the doorstep, nothing was there. It had been expected by eight, but it was delivered at 1:42. Now another is on its way, hopefully itll make it soon. My warning: If you can, avoid OnTrac at ALL COSTS!!!

I have ordered item through multiple companies and when I see this is the shipping company I cringe. Every time the shipping is delayed and blamed on some error. I will never use this company and I hope companies like amazon and meal delivery services will stop using them too.

I didnt get my package until 7pm and was told it may even be 8 or 9pm. Not everyone wants a delivery that late. But more than that, even though the package clearly had my apartment number on the label, it was delivered to an apartment down the hall. The delivery people need to pay attention more to where they leave a package. They either didnt look at the address label very closely or just didnt care.

If I could rate a zero I would worst delivery company ever if the company I ordered from didnt use them I would be so happy.

The tracking on my almost $200 item still has not updated Since the 26 of nov and their number for customer service hasn’t been working the one time I actually got through it hung up on me it’s a garbage service

If I could do 0 stars I would. Tracking shows delivery attempts during our regular business hours when our business is open. Dishonest and the drivers act like its an inconvenience to do their job and deliver packages.If you have a choice, choose Fedex, Ups or USPS!!!!!!!

Amazon ships though them for many products - my “guaranteed” 2-day shipping turns into 3 or 4 every time

This company is hands down the worst. My package is supposed to be delivered by 8 oclock my business closes at 7 oclock I sit here waiting a whole extra hour and hope that it would show up

They scan packages as delivered when it wasnt in order to say that they met their guaranteed delivery window. I filed a ticket with the seller, who received this information honestly from OnTrac, and they said it would be delivered by end of day the next. Except it wasnt. Its in limbo somewhere.

I dont know why anyone uses this company because they never deliver on time.

I ordered some items from a motorcycle shop online they sent one by FedEx which was freaking awesome tracking information updated twice a day delivered when they said they were going to deliver, on the other hand this one was sent by intrac, estimated delivery time they have no idea, updated tracking nonexistent, customer service on the other hand was quite friendly very apologetic yet they blamed everything on their systems

They are always late on their deliveries and for some reason its always because of a wreck
