Ive called multiple times to file complaints against their delivery drivers, who absolutely love to claim that they attempted to deliver my packages when I sat outside for hours MULTIPLE TIMES and never once saw Fedex drive by. Furthermore, I put the code to the apartment complex door ON THE FRONT OF THE PACKAGE as well as in the delivery instructions, yet they are still too incompetent to deliver. Nowadays, I call companies before purchasing their products to determine their package carriers, and if they use Fedex, I find my items elsewhere. I have never had any issues with this company other than in Colorado Springs.
Very unprofessional just got a call about an interview. I asked what the pay rate for the position would be. And was told we will go over that in the interview. I proceeded to say I didn’t want to waste anyone’s time by setting up an interview. Then be told at the interview the pay rate is well below what I’m looking for. But this unprofessional woman cuts me off after 4 words and proceeded to pretty much be rude and hang up on me. If this is the type of people that fedex hires in the office I hate to see how the management operates and treat their employees. Very very disappointed in the unprofessionalism of Figueroa Inc.

Do not use for shipping! Ive been fighting with fedex fright over my billing since November 2020. October 2020 I had been quoted a shipping cost of $299.11 for a custom vanity. Agreed to the $299.11 price and shipped. Well when our bill came it was for $1,589.61! Thats more than 5 times my agreed upon quote. The dispute department was only willing to drop the price to $982.52 and completely stopped all communications with me when they found out my calls are recorded for my protection. As of February 12, 2021 fedex thought they would do me a favor and give me a 60% discount bringing my bill to $393.01, which feels like they are spitting in my face since it was supposed to be $299.11. Seeing as its been months of getting nowhere Ill be reporting to BBB as well.

I am in the last 20 minutes of my last shift working as contract security guard for FedEx Frieght . I have never had a client company treat me as poorly as these people do. I have no idea what their service is like but if they treat their customers as poorly as they do their contractors it cant be good. I hope I never see these people again.

Driver stated that he tried to deliver my package. This is absolutely not true since i was home all day each day. Driver is falsifyingbreports and refusing to deliver my package. Stay far away from FedEx
IF you do not have 7 years of address history or 10 years of job history dont bother applying. Even if you have a resume and/or a cover letter, according to them its not considered legal documentation but manually entering in your information into their website somehow is. All of this back dated history is required even for a part time position. Absolutely ridiculous and unnecessary!
Came to the wrong door at our building and wasnt able to deliver our package. Didnt try the main entrance or where he saw traffic moving in and out of the building. Then he leaves and were charged an absurd redelivery fee. I try negotiating with them and explaining that he pretty much came to our back door but they wouldnt accommodate for their mistake. Huge headache and completely unnecessary.
First shipment 1 week late due to FedEx next shipment they came when my store was closed ( store closes at five) in my notes for shipment.. didnt even call I was inside wait! Then they try to charge me $140.00 to re deliver. Because Im in Pueblo and they took it back to springs! So now I have to pay because thier driver cant pick up a phone or come when Im open? NOPE I will pick it up myself on Monday and have my seller choose a different carrier get it together FedEx
This office received my shipment and never called to schedule delivery. When I called to find out what was going on, I was told that another employee had tried to call the previous day and was unable to leave a message. Bald face lie. My caller ID shows no one called. AND I was home all day. Then since the trucks had all gone out I would have to wait until next Tuesday for delivery. And they wont give me the option to pick it up because its already on a trailer and they dont want to take it off. So bottom line.... lazy liars.

I have had many pieces of equipment delivered to my shop. Generally, the freight company is Old Dominion. They are awesome and I never had a problem. Well, today the driver from Fed Ex said that his pallet jack couldnt go over the doorstep. This is complete bull. Or maybe not only is Old Dominions service better but so are their pallet jacks! Fed Ex Freight is horrible.
Saved on shipping going here. Took quite awhile (almost 30 min) to dig out my package though.
The staff are not friendly and difficult to work with.They should stick to shipping small packages.
Absolutely the best place to be.
I have now had delayed and complicated experiences each time I have used fedex freight.
