We have used Donaldsons exclusively for 5 years and our lawn is the nicest looking in the neighborhood. We routinely have people stop as they walk by and ask who does our lawn maintenance. Called to see if they can trim some shrubs and low hanging tree limbs and they could not do it at this time of the year. Too busy, could not take on new work. Very unprofessional I thought.
