Very clean facilities. Large washers & dryers that appear to be brand new, most accepting coins & cards. Prices are great. Weve been spending $20-30 to wash & dry 3 - 5 loads at other laundromats, that are not this clean, around Castle Rock area. Today we spent less than $11 to wash & dry 3 loads of clothes. And the bathrooms are spotless. They deserve 5 stars for the bathroom alone. We will return!!

I love the atmosphere of this place, its really clean, and staff is very friendly. Wednesdays are 1$ washes on 20lb machines which is super cheap. Even at $2.75 per wash on 20lb machines aside from Wednesday the machines are in great condition and it takes only 25 minutes for a wash. (P.S. No mildew smell on clothes from these machines).

From Franny to Shandra, service has been beyond anything one would expect from your run of the mill laundromat. I have had the pleasure of meeting some amazing folks willing to go an extra mile to help me out. I could tell you all about it, but youd be best to make a visit and have your own wonderful laundry experience. Thanks for such great individuals and amazing systems.

An amazing place to go clean your clothes. It’s super clean at all the times and with great deals. But what makes it feel like home is the wonderful staff there. Franny and Brandy are always so attentive and helpful. They’re both so extremely friendly. I recommend it to whoever is looking for a great to clean their clothes. I love this place😊

Super clean with a ton of the biggest washers Ive never seen, staff is very nice and attentive. They have water fountains& complimentary coffee, large vending machines for any laundry needs, arcade games, even an ATM inside and the bill changers accept $50s. The carts have bar racks for hanging also. There are alot of businesses in the plaza plus they have some of the lot closed off right now for construction so not much parking right by either separate front entrance during the day- not sure if they have parking in the back though

Great place but current employee Cheryl, was extremely catty and rude along with her entire three friends at the register. My wife lost her wallet there and upon my arrival I was met with immediately rude I need your I’d cause I’m not just give it to any one. She is not the police. The matching bank card with matching last name should have sufficed. Also her friends shouldn’t have been part of the transaction and oh yet they said so much. Hopefully she isn’t there much longer.

Let me be Frank this place deserves a negative rating. Please be aware this place lacks a mgmt. structure. They lost 3 of our 4 clothing bags and it took a week to track 2 of the 3 lost bags down but in the meanwhile we couldn’t get a Manager to return a call because as helpful as the front desk attendant tried to be she absolutely did not know what to do in this situation and unfortunately, only a Mgr could resolve our issue. It’s been over 3 weeks now and we have yet to receive a call from anyone to replace or find out 3rd laundry bag. This bag contained all my wife’s expensive undergarments and brand new dresses which she purchased for our vacation. At this point this is theft because they charged us and kept our clothing. DO NOT GO TO THESE PEOPLE because they don’t care if they lose your clothing nor do they do the right thing and to compensate you for your lost clothing. They are THIEVES!

75 lbs worth of clothing, they folded it sorted it, hung it and made sure it smelled amazing unlike other places. It was also done in 24 hours, I seriously can’t explain how good this place is

I will be using this laundromat for awhile, prices were reasonable, they had 8 loaders and with a family of 5 those sold me. The lady working there was so nice and she kept it so freaking clean I didnt wince when the clothes fell to the floor as they always do coming out the dryer. I love this place💜

To the owners of Laundry Lounge. This is the 3rd Wednesday in a row that the Laundry lounge opens late. Today it opened at 7:45 am. Change your businesses hours if the times you have posted on the door (7am-10pm) are not true. So customers could know the real time of your business hours and not be waiting outside from 7:00am to 7:45am. The owners only respond to 5 star reviews not 1 star. Ill start taking my money elsewhere.

Very clean and many different size washers and dryers to choose from. Staff was courteous and helpful. I found Laundry Lounge after many trips and $70 each time to have a king size comforter cleaned. Used largest capacity washer, had room to spare....all for $8.75 a load. $1.00 gets you 28 minutes in the dryer. So for a couple of hours of my time and $11.75 I had a beautifully clean and almost wrinkle free comforter. They will definitely have my business from now on.

This is 1 of the cleaness laundromat I ever been in. The staff Ms. Fanny is fantastic very very helpful and super friendly. She help assist me with my granddaughter so, I can bring my laundry in. This place is very warm and friendly. Fanny makes you feel like a family member.

This laundromat is very clean and the equipment is new. Its fully loaded with amenities, to include wifi, ATM, change machine, video games, laundry items/snack machine, tables, seats, and folding tables. They have security cameras throughout. The staff, Gerri, was extremely friendly and helpful. She ensure fresh coffee was available and available for assistance.

I have been here multiple times prior to our home having a washer & dryer. This place is convenient and they have lots of clean, working machines. They also have the option of using an app to load $ and use that to pay and start the machine. The place is clean and instructions are well written out on how to use their machines. They have a wash and folding service but I haven’t used that service so I can’t say how good it is. I will say though, that the receptionist/s there doesn’t just sit around, they work hard to clean the machines in between use and I’ve seen them doing their loads for the wash and fold service. They are easy to talk to and the place feels safe. They have lots of tables to do your folding there and some rolling carts to transfer clothes from washer to dryer. They have a vending machine to grab laundry items as well in case you forget yours. Overall I like this place a lot. Especially on days when they have discounts for washing clothes!edit: as per covid restrictions they do not allow folding of clothes inside the facility, so I had to fold my clothes outside by my car earlier. But if you have easy to fold items, like blankets and such, Im sure you can fold it while taking it out of the dryer and then wheel it out to your car. This may be a nuisance for others, but honestly it wasnt for me as this allowed me to still fold everything and I was able to place it properly inside my car.

In my past experience of going to a laundry facility this place exceeded my expectations. VERY clean inside, machines sparkle and were done quicker than expected. Free hot coffee and the vending machines are well stocked with snacks, drinks AND any cleaning supplies you could possibly need. A staff member is always on duty. When the attendant asked if we were visiting or new to the neighborhood I was surprised. Then she returned and apologized for bugging us again and gave us a free very large laundry 🎒 bag! It fit all three of my king size comforters perfectly. Thank you Laundry Lounge we will be back!!!

As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted. The staff (sorry Im not good w/ names) - FABULOUS! - helped me get ALL my laundry out of the car. Showed me how to use the machines. This is BIG for me since my brain injury... setting up new routines can be difficult to process. I can be messy w/ measuring soaps if my coordination isnt great that day (like today). Staff came cleaning up behind me... they didnt know WHY Im messy... no comments were made (alot of people can be mean). TODAY was so easy... machines SUPER clean & love how I can pay w/ my phone.

Had too much laundry, not enough time, so I came here to work and get the laundry done; this place is so nice! Fanny, the lady that was working here, is super friendly and welcoming. Let me know that Tuesdays and Wednesdays their are sales and cheaper prices on the machines, even provided a laundry bag for me (mine broke..whomp). Super clean, all the machines work and its well organized.

Laundry Lounge is beyond the cleanest laundry mat I have ever been too! Fanny is the staff and she is so sweet and helpful and literally constantly cleaning the place top to bottom! After each costumer she cleans the washers and dryers and greets everyone when we come and go! Fanny always has info on the deals of the laundry mat and constantly attends to any of our needs or concerns. Not to mention Fanny is super nice and friendly to everyone! Best laundromat Ive ever been to, and Ive been to A LOT of them. Having the option to pay with the app or use cash is fantastic. Every thing is clean and in working order, and the prices are super low. The woman that works there, T, was extremely nice even though I, a full grown adult, was too stupid to figure out how to close the washer. Definitely found my new spot, highly recommend.

I just recently move to Colorado Springs and a friend of mine suggested the laundry lounge so i decided to go in today and my first experience was with super nice and friendly lady that came out with a cart to help me. I just thought she was a customer but in fact she was the attendant (Fanny) this lady helped me get all my bags from my car which it was parked super far even though it was freezing cold, she then helped me download the app which it was awesome, offer me a fresh cup of coffee and kept checking how each amd every one of her customers were doing while constantly cleaning every machine and sanitizing everything. The place was spotless and the prices and machines were great but what really made my day was seeing this young lady help a homeless lady that came in asking if it was ok to stay inside 5 minutes because she was cold instead of saying no she gave her a cup of coffee and took the money she had in her tip jar and handed to the lady. That simply touch my heart i think this world should have more people like her. I want to congratulate the owner for having such a beautiful establishment but specially for having such a wonderful human being working there and helping the customers. Used to go to the southern location and miss the gal with short hair because she is super sweet but now this location is 2 blocks away from my house. I will only go to the laundry lounge because how clean and nice the place is. If your laundry happens to fall on the floor you dont have to worry about it getting dirty again. Lynette is awesome shes always super friendly and I love chatting while I am waiting. If I could give more stars I would!

Fanny has been helping me out alot more recently and her customer service is outstanding. She is very considerate of my special instructions when I drop off my laundry. She keeps me up to date with the drop off laundry rules and gives me tips. Sometimes I get different information from different employees but Fanny clears things up for me. I really appreciate how she went out of her way to see if I qualify for a referral discount since I referred a friend to Laundry Lounge.

I went to a laundry mat on Austin bluffs and academy yesterday and it was so packed and nothing was available, which Im glad cause I had dog hair all over my stuff the last time I used it. So, I googled laundry mats and found laundry lounge and when I went there, there were only 2 other people there and I was greeted at my truck with the woman who worked there with a cart to help me inside, I really wish I had gotten her name. She works so hard keeping that place clean. If I could give this place more stars I would. They also have multiple big washers. The location on N Academy is definitely the best laundry mat in the Colorado springs area. UPDATE: When I went there this last time, the same woman gave me a very large, durable laundry bag that said laundry lounge on it for giving them a 5 star review, which they definitely deserve it many times over. Thank you for all your hard work.

The new location looks great! The amenities are great from the seating bar in the window w outlets all across the top, the kiddie section is very neat w seating and a magnetic alphabet wall! Plenty of room for washing and drying w plenty of sizes! I love the dollar wash and quarter/15 min dry to kick off opening! I look forward to this being my new laundry mat and the young lady working is very sweet.

This place was great. Clean, bright, safe. You can pay with coins and they have coin dispensers or an app or a card. There is an on site attendent that is very friendly and very helpfull. It is climate controlled. An overall great experience !!

This place is awesome! We walked in and were immediately greeted with a warm smile from Jerry, who went out of her way to turn on a game machine for my son. It’s very clean with lots of space and a lounge area with coffee to make laundry a little less tedious. Plus they have a special going on right now $1 per load! We will definitely be back!

This is THE premiere place to do your laundry! The staff is always helpful, the building is always clean, and the prices are fair. They also have a few arcade games and movies playing for you to enjoy while you clean your clothes :)
