I absolutely enjoy the staff. They are relating and very friendly. I would give the 5 stars the parking isnt so great if we are being frank. Its a busy place which is good for sure. Just not fond of how cramped it can get. Other than that cleanest facility as far as laundry is concerned. Just saying that alone says a lot.

Always able to get a ton of laundry done in just a couple hours time. Love their monster machines! Im a loyalty member so I just have to use my fascard instead of having to carry quarters around, plus comes in handy when you have no money but need to wash clothes you get bonus $3 for every 300 points which is fantastic!

Great facility. Tons of washers and dryers in different sizes so you can get anything washed with little to no wait times (I personally have never had to wait for a free washer). Staff is always on site and helpful. They even offer clothing services where they take care of it, if youre interested in that. Things are clean and they have policies and procedures in affect for anyone worried about the Covid situation. Customers seem to agree because there are always people there and everyone seems pretty respectful of others. There are snacks and food available and the facility offers multiple ways to pay for your cycles. Ive been coming here for the past 2 years and havent had a single complaint.

I love this laundromat so much I wish I can write a bad review just so people would stop going so I could have it all to myself but that would be extremely selfish and Im not like that. So.. just so everybody knows this is like my go to laundry mat. I will go clear across town to go to this laundry mat the washer dryers are a ginormous. Im a family of 9 and I can get my laundry done in 2 hours to 2 and a 1/2 hours.Even on their busiest days.

I like that they take the time to wash my clothes. But like how you run a business if you losing all your customers clothes and mixing with other customer clothes. We’ve only used the wash and fold/quick drop services, but this place is just amazing. Reasonably priced, always friendly, fast service and we’re so grateful to have found them. Went one day on a whim and now we never hesitate to drop anything off that we don’t have the time or machine capacity to handle. Huge thanks!

Best laundromat in town, for sure!!! they have so many features that make doing laundry much more convenient, even more comfortable than usual/most laundromats.best thing about the place: their monster washer & dryer machines.. can hold up to 77lbs of clothes (4 massive loads) all at once. and its only $7 to use it once! also the staff are very friendly & there are plenty of places to sit and relax & also fold your clothes n whatever else you need to do.special thanks to this place for putting up with family members of mine & others, showing up or coming with me and causing a huge scene and/or fighting with me. everyone is so friendly here, minds their business & doesnt judge. overall just a great place. lol. I feel like any other place would have called the cops on me by now for the altercations !! 😂 also machines are cheaper before noon & there is free laundry detergent for those who need it.

Workers are friendly. But the people that come in are rough. Outside of the building theres razors and stuff that children can easily pick up these things are most likely used to do drugs. Its pretty busy opens early closes late. Washers are decent for big loads which is nice. I wouldnt come again just because of the customers.....

Considering covid it went pretty smooth... Although you can wash most stuff in a single washing machine at the largest size. They dont seem to have a dryer that can handle that much in a single load...

First time using a laundromat, and it was a pretty pleasant experience. The staff is wonderful, informative, and very friendly.Only downside is that some patrons decide not wear a mask during this unprecedented time and thats concerning.

It can be very busy. Its well kept. Ive never felt unsafe. Highly recommend bringing your own basket if you know its gonna be busy.

My roommate and I found this laundromat when we lived 5 minutes away and even though we’ve moved further away we still come here! Tabitha is the BEST! She’s always so friendly and helpful. We always hope she’s working when we come in! One of the cleanest laundromats in the Springs too!

My kids love it they color and I can get my clothes and dirties cleaned! All for cheap:) I believe I spend maybe $2.25 - $2.50 per small load !

Sufficient and they try ha ha works for what we use it for. I wish there were more (or bigger) entrances/exits there are always so many people in and out its a cluster funnel. Even though there are always out of order machines we can usually get into one fast, so there isnt much if a wait. The staff is friendly and helpful. Machines are sually clean, sometimes grimey in the cracks and crevices which Im sure could be fixed with a scrub brush. The floors, community baskets, and tables are always clean. I love that each machine can take a card and we dont have to buy a card with credits in it anymore, so clearly they are always upgrading. Fun for the kids that there are video machines. Their bathrooms are big and there are vending machines too. The parking is always a cluster of craziness too. We are repeat return customers since we live so close. Not perfect, pretry good though.

Best laundromat I have ever been to! I love how they made the option to use a card instead of dealing with quarters and it’s so easy and quick to load money on it which makes the whole doing laundry process much faster. The best thing is there is always someone their just in case you need anything and they are always friendly and helpful which was very hard to find at other laundry mats I have been too. I love how the owner offers special discount days and free soap days. This laundry mat it awesome!

Came here for the first time today and I must say I am extremely impressed. There are more than enough washers and dryers to go around, and a good variety of sizes to choose from. The dryers start at 0.25 cents and you can fit multiple loads in them. There is a very relaxing environment and snacks/drinks you can purchase while you wait. I was confused when I first came in because there are so many options but Tabitha was sooo helpful and gave me all the information I needed on the machines & the app/laundry card. I’ll definitely be doing laundry here from now on.

I have been going here for a few years. I loved the place then moved for a year and it is still just as friendly and CLEAN as the day I started going there. VERRRRYYY RECOMMENDED from me.

Its a great place to go in and do laundry and leave and the employees are very nice, but it does get a little to busy some days. All in all its a great place for shy people and social people.

They keep it clean in there even when they are slammed!! All with a smile!! They offer a quick drop that I have never gone back from! It is so easy and reasonably priced!! Before COVID they offered movies and music games and places to sit and wait. They offer great promotional days! i.e. free soap days, discounted washer days, and a free dryer day!! I am so happy to have found them! It has been almost 2 years now I have been doing my laundry with them! Nobody is perfect so with that being said. Any issue I have had has been addressed immediately! Great job guys! Keep it up!

Its was a clean quiet place to do laundry.They had a sitting section that was closed, they could stand to open that up so you have a place to eat or drink your snacks. The extra 30 seconds it might take to wipe that area down from time to time wouldnt break them of their busy schedule of apparently shooing off their customers. I was asked three times what I was doing there while doing laundry. It got to the point of looking around and having to ask Im in a laundry mat right? If you must wash something I guess it will do if you have no other option, I will be looking for another place next time I go. It was my first time going there and probably will be my last. I understand about peoples concern about corona, however I dont think that is an accuse to treat customers that way.

My boyfriend and I go here all the time. Leanne and tabitha are always there working doing a great job. They always show above and beyond customer service every time we go in. Thanks Leanne and Tabitha y’all are noticeably the back bone of this operation!

I have used the pickup and delivery service and it is absolutely phenomenal! Tabitha is very up beat and super helpful. She has great customer service and the ladies do a fantastic job. Everything comes back very clean, folded nicely and organized nicely. My dog sheds A LOT.....I mean A LOT and I wear a lot of black they take special care to get rid of all the abundance of fur. Job well done ladies. Im extremely impressed and its well worth it!

Very clean laundromat. They also have excellent customer service. I hadnt been to a laundromat in a really long time, but I decided to go and wash some king size comforters. I had no clue what I was doing and was embarrassed because I was clueless. But the ladies behind the counter showed me step by step how to use the machines. They even helped me save money by telling me that I could put more laundry in the machines then I had thought. Theyre so nice. Plus their machines worked great. The best laundromat that Ive ever been too.

I shouldnt give them a 5 star, they have plenty of business. Safe, comfortable laundromat. The clothes come out damp instead of wet, so they dont take forever to dry, like other places. There is always an employee on hand to help. Clean, games, seating. You have the option of using change or putting money on a card that will give you extras.Need to open another one, take a little of the load off this location.

This best staff ever. Always cleaning even before all this chaos started. So helpful when you ask. I go to do my wash here to have some time to myself without being disturbed lol because I guarantee no one offers to come help at my house. Lol a real time saver. 8 loads done folded and hung within 2 hours. Try doing that at home!

Love everything about this place except one thing. I will start with the good. Awesome customer service, fun coin game you can blow your extra quarters on, free coffee, free wifi, usually a fun atmosphere. I am actually leaving this for all the staff as well, when I say good customer service, I mean, they are super friendly and do what they can to help you. Now for the bad, the only four large load washing machines are usually full. Most of the time there is someone not pulling their washer load out and making it a nuisance for others to use them. If the owner reads this, PLEASE put a reminder to be considerate or acquire more. I did have one of the employees finally stand up to one of these customers. Never will I ever go to another laundromat. To see a employee do the right thing and actually stand up to someone being rude made me feel like she was looking out for other customers. I have never seen this type of courage from a employee. You should be proud to have a excellent staff, all of them are just grand. Thank you all for making my family and I clothes washing expierence fantastic. 2/29/20 is the employee of the leap year.

Always love this place, the staff is always friendly, and knows our family by name. They have some kind of special every day of the week, from free dryers on Wednesday to free soap days. They have a cute little kid area with books and a tiny table, which out 2 yo loves! Think we may always do laundry here!

We absolutely love going to this laundromat! With the size of our family we always use the monster sized machines and the ladys that work here are awesome. They fix the broken dryers asap and always make sure the place is as clean as possible, machines all work great and the clothes get ultra clean. Also on Wednesdays dryers are free with purchase of a wash so every other Wednesday you will find us here. The parking is a little crazy so try to get there before five if you can.

When we moved to Colorado Springs, we tried several different laundromats to try to find one that was both affordable and efficient.. Lots of machines at a great cost. Spring Clean Laundry checked all of our boxes, and has really awesome staff who are always willing to help. I would highly recommend this place to anyone needing a GOOD laundromat.

Of the several times Ive come, Ive always been happy with the quality of this place. Its washers are always clean, the tables and surfaces are kept clean, and the workers are really nice and will go the extra mile at times for customers, even when they dont have to. One of them Ive seen in particular is Tabitha, whos let people come in when theyve had nowhere else to go late in the evening, Shes super-nice, an awesome worker, and even stayed past the closing time at times for customers. They do still close at 10 though, and they ask for you to get your last loads in by 9, so keep that in mind next time you go. :)Awesome place, and awesome staff, and lots of ketchup all around in cans (Youll see why when you go, they have signs posted up about why they have em. ;D)

It was very clean and well-lit. Theres quite a few options for paying for your laundry as well as nice well working machines. Definitely one of the nicest places to go in the area and the prices are not super high. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Giving this place 5 stars shows how low peoples standards are with total lack of observation. I have seen cockroaches in this facility. The employees dont excuse themselves they just walk wherever they want and bump u or your laundry. One of the women that works there is very rude. She kept knocking on the bathroom door when I was in there changing my two daughters even after I said it was occupied, when I came out I gave her a look and after that she has been rude to me. She deserved a dirty look after banging on the bathroom like she did! A couple weeks later I went back again. I bought a cold coffee $2.25 and two juice boxes at $.50 each which would come up to $3.25... but I guess she cant do math cause she charged me $4! I let it slide but I think that is messed up. I guess she needed that 75¢ more than I did. Really sad when u have an establishment with rude and dishonest employees.

Staff is friendly. Place is clean. Free laundry soap Fridays. Saturday morning if you go early get a surprise perk but you got to go in order to find out. Loved this one definitely will miss going here when I move. Recommend

Ive washed at a couple different places and hands down this is the best one. Clean, affordable and Wednesday is free drying. They have a rewards card that you load money and after reaching 3oo points you get 3 dollars. If you wash before 9 am you get a discount on the washers. I love this place.

I have to say that I drive across town just to come to this business. They have great specials and a laundry card that will help you save by adding points for free washes. Even though the tables with chairs get claimed fast there is always a table to fold my clothes on.I love that this location is always staffed with someone to assist you if needed.The only thing that would make me choose a different location is if they opened a second.

The owner is super cool. He will come and advise you on what machine to use for your size load. He will also help you in terms of knowing the right amount of detergent to use etc.. place could use another TV or two and the candy claw machine my kid likes is full of over stale candy but thats small stuff. Cloths where clean, staff was great, and facility was well kept.
