I was actually with someone who is having an interview. The manager Jackie was really nice. We didnt even have an appointment we just showed up. And although we didnt get a call back I should say yet... She was very accommodating. And friendly. My neighbor said this is a wonderful place to work.

I love walking in to my house after work and see the sparkle and shine, it always looks amazing. I have this aaahhh feeling of relief knowing the house is clean and that’s one less thing for me to do. I have the team come every other Wednesday and it just makes the up keep so much easier for the family. I really do love them all!!

Another amazing cleaning. My house is so clean. The floors look beautiful, no dust, and the bathrooms and kitchen are spic and span. Seriously excellent job. The cleaning staff even took the time to find my floor mop and mop pads and emptied the lint pail in the cabinet where the mop pads are stored. Thank you. 🤗

I called on the day after Mother’s Day, 5/10 and made an appointment for 6/4 at 8:30 AM. Scheduling called me on 6/3 and TOLD me they would be here between noon and 2. They didn’t ask to change the time they TOLD me due to the holidays it is what it is or reschedule for another day.The 2 people that came were nice and friendly enough. Although I wasn’t too happy one of them kept coughing.Ive never paid to get my house cleaned so maybe I don’t fully understand how good it’s supposed to be but surely the dirt and dust left behind isn’t okay on shelves, base boards and dresser tops. I asked for the windows to be cleaned and scheduling said they would, they didn’t. My kitchen cabinets didn’t get wiped down. I had no idea that they were getting ready to leave, when they left.I reached out through email since it was the weekend and asked to speak to someone before they finished billing me. No one emailed or called me. My card was charged, so I called and asked to talk to a manager and nobody has called me back. I just wanted the job finished before I paid.I wish I could load pictures to this review because this isn’t an exaggeration, I’m extremely dissatisfied and disappointed, this was a gift from my kids and I feel bad that my kids are sorry that it wasn’t a quality job. I will never use The Cleaning Authority again.

Wow. Just. Wow. I’m amazed! Not by the ability to clean. But the absolute audacity.Our house was supposed to be fully deep cleaned Thursday May 20th for our move in. They showed up and performed absolutely no cleaning. We showed up as they were leaving and after inspecting a portion of the house and determining that absolutely nothing was done, we called to see what happened. We sent in pictures to their emails so that it could be reviewed and was told a manager would be in touch with us same day. Friday afternoon came around and the manager had finally viewed the pictures and was very apologetic. However, we were informed that they MIGHT be able to have someone come back out and that they MIGHT be able to take 50% off. We informed them that there should be absolutely no payment for work that was never done. They said they’d have someone come out Saturday and we could discuss it then. Well, today is Saturday. We were supposed to be informed of when they were on their way to the house so we could basically babysit and make sure it gets done. We wait for the call and there’s no call. So, we call and we’re informed that they’re already there. So, we head over from our hotel and find that absolutely no one is there and that, once again, nothing had been done AND our house had been left unlocked. We call and we’re informed that their system shows them as still there working. So, now we’re waiting to hear back from a manager that, to be quite honest, we’re probably not going to hear from. After all of this. We’ve still been charged hundreds of dollars for no services performed. The absolute audacity of these people. I babysit soldiers every day of the week. I shouldn’t have to spend my weekend babysitting, too. And, it turns out, there’s no one to babysit.Overall, 0/10 would not recommend.

When something is missed in a cleaning, the response is quick and appropriate. Even when there was a simple miscommunication, TCA remedied the situation quickly. With so many businesses being short staffed, they came through for us.

Two very professional people came to my home with a detailed paper on what they were to do and each visits additional cleaning tasks. They were very respectful and thorough. They asked questions if they were unsure, followed directions perfectly. They did a great job.

The cleaners are always exceedingly professional and thorough. They’re also congenial and pleasant to be around. We’re always excited on the days they’re scheduled to clean our home as they often find items we’ve been looking for.

I had an in person estimate scheduled and confirmed by email. I received a call on the day of the meeting indicating I missed an appointment for a phone estimate. I called the number left and a representative confirmed the in person meeting and told me they would have the technician call me. The appointment time came and went with no call. I called their main number again and the representative was unable to get in touch with anyone in the Springs office but assured me she left messages for both managers to call me, which never occurred. Very unprofessional.

As a former employee, please DO NOT use TCA Colorado Springs as your cleaning service. Over the almost four years I was an employee, the company was a great place to work until we received new owners. The owners themselves expected us to ride in the same vehicle as our partners but eat lunch outside in the freezing cold (during a pandemic). They also informed all of us that we were not aloud to clean already clean items, knowing full and well that there is a company wide policy is of everything gets touched. They brought on the most horrible woman I have ever personally met, as the Regional Manager. She was too good to talk to any of us cleaners. She then started implementing rules that were completely outrageous. We as cleaners were getting punished for doing our jobs correctly, and for giving our customers the best quality possible. The three of them collectively started taking away everything we had worked hard for. They gave a big speech on how they care about their employees, but it is obvious that they do not. These people do not care to deal with customers at all, even when directly asked to be spoken to. They do not care about customers request and needs. They do not care about anything other than money. If it wasnt for them, I would still work for the company today. My managers and coworkers were amazing. We always had a close family feel to our work, and that too was something that was ripped away from us. If you are a current customer reading this review, please dont take any frustrations out on the cleaners or managers. Everything that has changed is due to the new owners and regional manager, even though they refuse to take responsibility. If you are someone who is looking for services, please go somewhere else, because these owners will do everything in their power to fool you. If you are someone looking for a job, please dont go with The Cleaning Authority. You wont be treated well by these people.

I’ve been using The Cleaning Authority for several years. I haven’t experienced any major problems with them, but if there are any concerns, they have always corrected them for me. I’m very happy with their services and if I need extra spaces done, they will accommodate, however, I usually let them know ahead of time, so they can manage their time accurately.

Andrea and Jeremy always do an excellent job of cleaning my home. I have a Golden Retriever, and they have a big job with cleaning up dog hair. They are very professional, hard working and caring. I feel fortunate to have house cleaners like them.

One of our cats even waits for Andrea to come each week, just so he can get extra attention and petting! She even brought our daughter a Christmas bear! They are thorough, professional and pay close attention to detail. The rotational schedule keeps our entire house very clean. With my incredibly busy schedule, its such a load off knowing that each week our house is cleaned and better than what I could do!

Not only did they do a thorough clean, but also focused on the little details we appreciate so much. One thing I appreciate about this company is whenever there is a problem, like a broken item or missed area or damaged spot, the manager always pays to have it replaced, fixed, or re-done. I appreciate that as a homeowner. Ive used this company for years and appreciate the customer service very much. Joe, Mason and Kennedy are a great crew!

UPDATE BELOW: PREVIOUSLY Five Stars! One I got a job my husband allowed me to get cleaners. I interviewed three companies, and I am so glad I went with these guys. Our awesome regular team is Andrea and Jeremy. They don’t mind when I ask them to take special care of an area, or if I have a mess and have them leave stuff alone. I even forgot to tell them that we were having contractor work done and they proficiently just cleaned around it. I love coming home after work to a clean house!**UPDATE** DOWN TO THREE STARS: The service seems to be slipping: we have a new crew every time and they just dont know our house. We have one small additional request, to vaccum the master bedroom, and it only seems to get done every other time. For the amount that we pay, we are considering another service.

We were with The Cleaning Authority for almost 6 months. When we originally met with the owner he promised that the cleaners would perform way more than the cleaners actually did. For example, he promised that they would clean the shutters, the tile in the bathroom (even getting down on their hands and knees with a toothbrush to clean), and the down draft part of our stove. However, the cleaners never did any of these things and my wife and I had to constantly call and get someone to come back out and clean the parts of the house that they cleaners didnt clean. The company was good at sending cleaners to clean the parts of the house the cleaners missed the day before. However, we got tired of having to call and constantly nag the company to do the job they said they would initially do. In addition, the areas that they did clean didnt appear to really be cleaned (food or juice stains still on the kitchen counter), but instead just straightened up. They also do a cleaning rotation system in which they focus on one area of the house each time they come out. That sounds like a great plan except that the area what is supposed to be the primary area for cleaning that week doesnt appear to look any cleaner than the other areas they are just maintaining that week. Finally, they promised to try and use the same cleaners to clean our house, but failed to deliver on that promise as well. Therefore, due to these issues we decided to cancel our service with The Cleaning Authority. If you decide to use them I wish you the best of luck and hope that your experience is more positive than ours.

Weve been using cleaning authority for a while now and well definitely keep using them for the foreseeable future, and its all because of Andrea and Jeremy. They do an excellent job of cleaning all the nooks and crannies, and now all I have to do is pick up clutter before they come. It saves me so much time were never going back.

I have been using The Cleaning Authority bi-weekly for several months now and have been pleased. I was using another company for a while, and there was only 1 person cleaning, and with this service I get 2-3 people cleaning for the same price. For me, its a great value and it goes more quickly. Their attention to detail far surpasses the other company, and thats what I appreciate most. Marissa and her team were great the first several times, and then Lauren and her team have taken over, and I have been pleased with these gals and their friendliness, consideration and promptness. I will probably get more picky now and start inspecting the baseboards and things like that when they are on rotation to make sure its good enough, but so far I cant think of any complaints.

I had a similar experience as John S; please read his review; it is very accurate.We were with The Cleaning Authority for 3 months. They did an okay job of cleaning. However, they did not clean normal things well like the toilets, kitchen counters, and sinks. They rarely did the extra work they said they would do in the cleaning rotation areas (not wiping down the doors, not wiping base boards, not cleaning bathroom floors, not wiping down knickknacks, not wiping down window seals, the list goes on). They were good about coming back and cleaning what was not cleaned or at least doing a better job than the day before. It was a hassle to have them come back each time. The price is not worth the job they do in my opinion. Its a month to month contract so try them out for yourself and you may be happy with their services.

I love coming home to a clean house. The rotation of deep cleaning certain areas each time ensures that my home is not only white glove clean but thoroughly cleaned to my satisfaction. They do a phenomenal job and Im picky!

Scarlett and John S hit the nail on the head. I used Cleaning Authority for about 2-3- months. Lack of attention to detail should be their name. They screwed up baseboards in my home so I let them go (chipped them putting chairs back in numerous places after I asked the ladies not to do it). Then they send emails demanding payment. Hilarious. Cleaners are a dime a dozen. Spend your dimes somewhere else.

Last week we had Jennifer and Allie clean our home and were very pleased overall. The girls were both very friendly and professional. They worked extremely hard and did a thorough job cleaning our home. We really like the rotational deep cleaning system and especially loved the great work of these two girls in particular. Looking forward to future cleanings.

We used Cleaned Authority when moving out of a rental. Amandalynn and Gloria did a terrific job and saved me hours of cleaning on my own! I was very happy with their excellent work.

Waste of money. I could not even tell they had been there to clean. During initial deep kitchen clean they did not even wipe down the counters, the outside of the appliances and there were crumbs all over the floor. Called to cancel service, they asked why, I explained, they said ok and hung up. Did not even offer to rectify the situation. They were also only there for 2 hours during this intensive clean, my house is ~ 3000 sq feet...

Ben always does a great job. Today Nichole and Amanda Lynn were with him and they all left the house neat and clean.

I hired them after I met Melissa and her team. The group are bright, articulate, and very reasonable. I explained that I was injured and needed a big clean first. They came for the walk thru on a Wednesday and made arrangements on Thursday and cleaned on Friday. What service! Team 5 came and they were awesome. So pleasant asked great questions got to it fast. I have two dogs and they were so kind to them - considering they were the ones who caused all the dust and hair cleanup.I have had cleaning services in the past and no one cleans, presents themselves as professionals, and does top notch like them.

We had the Cleaning Authority cleaning our home weekly for about two months. The first week was good, but the second week I had to call them back to do some cleaning they missed. That wasnt the real problem. For some reason, when taking out the trash they would always leave the trash just inside of the side door to the house, so I would have to take it out when I got home. On our original walk through with the owner of the company, we documented that the trash was to be taken out back to our blue dumpster, so on two occasions when I was home I explained to the cleaning staff that they needed to take it out back to the blue dumpster rather than leave it at the door. Twice they did then the last week before I terminated their services they left the trash bag OUTSIDE of the side door. We have a dog in a fenced yard, so you can imagine how that turned out. I called to see what they were going to do about the trash all over my yard and the owner blamed me for not properly documenting my account with directions to put the trash in the dumpsters. She didnt know what else she could say to make it better. FRUSTRATING!

The original team that was sent to my home was phenomenal. They were friendly, trustworthy, hard workers. However, the team that was sent to my house the last month of service only stayed at my 2700sqft house for an hour. It wasnt long before I noticed that, despite being knick knacks hand wiped week, my decor was dusty. The stairs werent vacuumed their last visits, the baseboards not dusted. This is when I decided that I wasnt paying for another week of service. That said, I think it really depends on the team you have. Had I rated them earlier I would have given them 5 stars, so satisfied was I. If it wasnt for my earlier good experience I would have ranked them 1 star. I probably could have talked to the owner of the franchise and Im sure he would have made it right for me. But I really didnt want to tattle and get people in trouble.

We have been using TCA for over 8 years. They clean the main level of our home bi-weekly and for over 8 years I have been delighted (99% of the time) with their cleaning. Only once have I had to call and ask for a different cleaning crew. TCA changed out our crew and we have been very happy ever since. Their cleanings are thorough and consistent.Last week, after hosting an 80th birthday party for my mother, (dinner, games, drinks, out-of-town guests)... We didnt have time to tidy the house before our cleaning. TCA did an incredible job, the cleaning was wonderful. They went above and beyond and tidied the clutter, not just cleaning around it. I was so tired from the weekend, I cried when I saw how nice the house looked.Thank you, TCA.

I have been doing business with The Cleaning Authority now for almost a year and they have proven to be dependable and professional on all levels. I have somewhat of a unique situation, and they have been willing to go the extra mile in working with my schedule. I have seen different cleaning ladies come and go over the year and all have been completely trustworthy. I have read some of the reviews on this site and think that some customers might have unrealistic expectations of what a cleaning crew can do in the allotted time they are given. There may have been a time or two over the year that I felt something did not get done quite up to my standards, but overall they do an excellent job. By the way, if there is the least problem, a simple word to Melissa or Kara will take care of it. I had a situation a few weeks ago at one of my properties that required some serious cleaning, and Rebecca & Jessica got the job done. They cleaned for me again today and did such a fine job that I felt the need to single them out and also to confirm my original review of this fine company.

We hired them about 6 months or so ago and except for our little tweeks that we wanted them to do, the gals have always done a great job and have never had any issues. We have them come bi-weekly and it works great for us. They are generaly early and have never been late. It took us three other services to find one that were consistant and that we were happy with. Overall, we have been very pleased and highly recommend.
