We used Pur Eco Friendly Cleaning for our short-term rental. Typically we handled this ourselves so they were the first company weve had come to clean. Could not be happier with the service. Definitely provided peace of mind for us to know they were taking care of cleaning and turn-over.

Called to set an appointment for a moving clean, checked in every few days as I did not receive the appointment confirmation email. I was assured it was fine. Two days before the “appointment time” for moving clean, I called again and was told I was not on the schedule and everything was booked already. This was after multiple calls trying to confirm that the appointment time was set and being told it was. I asked to speak to the manager and was told she would call back. Never a response or an apology. Incredibly unprofessional and I will never use this service again based on my experience.

While I have used this company in the past, I no longer recommend their services after my most recent experience.   I scheduled a move-out “deep clean”, expecting new tenants to move in the Tuesday following the service.During this visit, they completely missed shampooing the carpet in one of the bedrooms, didn’t finish sweeping out the garage, turned off a freezer (causing ice to melt all over one of the cleaned floors), broke a curtain rod in the kitchen, and left a rear door unlocked.I wasn’t notified of the accident with the curtain rod.In addition to the poor service, I haven’t yet received a response to my requests for help – the company phone goes straight to voicemail, and it seems as if there’s a lack of accountability in resolving issues. The one employee that I was able to reach was unsympathetic and unfriendly when hearing my concerns.Unfortunately, since there was a narrow window between the cleaning service and the new occupants, I ended up finishing the job myself. There was no timely response from the company. It’s been over a week since this occurred, and I still have no closure (the company phone still goes to voicemail and the employee has not followed through on her promised refund.).   Consequently, I no longer recommend Pur Eco Friendly Cleaner’s services.

My carpets have never looked or smelled cleaner! They are the real deal. They came with a truck mounted system and the carpets were dry within about 4 hours. Ill be using them on all my properties. Going to hire them for their window cleaning services too!

I hired them to clean my house after I moved out. I got ALL of my deposit back from my property manager. I was worried because the carpets had some stains from my kids, and they got them out for me! And they cleaned all the items and more that my property management asked to be done. Pur Eco Friendly Cleaning came out yesterday to do a full house cleaning. They were on time, polite, and respectful of my home, my children, and my pets. They got to work quickly after asking me if I had any special requests or instructions. They did an incredibly thorough job. Everything was dusted and or deep cleaned, and there were items that must have fallen under the bed or behind a dresser that were placed on the dresser for me! My bathrooms look and smell amazing. My kitchen was sparkling. They even cleaned up after a very disrespectful guinea pig who likes to throw his hay around, much better than I have ever been able to. I didnt have time to wash my sheets ahead of time, but making my bed was an option offered to me by Pur Cleaning. My kids rooms were not only cleaned top to bottom, but tidied up nicely as well. My sky lights are often overlooked, but were dusted and are now cobweb free.I am incredibly pleased with the work they did and will be a returning customer for sure.

They took their time, they staged our bath products, they went the extra mile to make everything look good. Wasnt perfect, but we were happy. Every time since then, the crews have had two ladies. They rush through the cleaning. Every crew is different so the attention to details is different. We are preparing our home to go on the market, and the last cleaning 2 days ago was so below acceptable that we can not recommend this company.This was our first cleaning, and we feel they did a wonderful job. We work from home, so Im sure being here while they are working makes it a little more difficult. The crew was very courteous and polite.

Pur has been a godsend for our family! I put off finding a cleaning service for years because I had heard from many friends that their cleaners did a subpar job and that I needed to “go in with low expectations.” Who wants to spend money on that?! We are busy parents who both work outside the home and have two young children at home. We just couldn’t keep up! We hired other cleaners before Pur but found that, after an initial cleaning or two, the workmanship would decline substantially. Its a larger house and I felt I couldnt get on top of things quick enough. I sent a request for a move in clean and was promptly contacted in order to set up a walk through for a quote. I have used Pür Eco Cleaning for carpet service at a previous home and was thrilled with how well they were done. I did my walk through and within the week we had a day scheduled.
