Priscilla did a fantastic job at cleaning out house for our move out. The next day Penny called and checked up to make sure we were satisfied with the service. Absolutely recommend to anyone in need of their services.

The Merry Maids were not merry at all. Were suppose to have cleaned my sons home before moving in. First of all was not clean before they moved in. They were sent back out and with the very poor attitude from the person in charge in scene didnt not take care of any of the items that werent cleaned! The helpers with her did their best and were very nice. But when management doesnt want to work it is sad. Consumer beware of this cleaning company!

They should’ve sent two people to clean the entire house, the cleaning lasted over 6 hours with one merry maid. The results wasn’t a thorough deep clean but several spots were missed or wasn’t wipe down thoroughly. I also requested my master shower cleaned thoroughly and it wasn’t. There was no finally walk through on two of the floors. I called to schedule a next day cleaning but no one called or came by to complete the job. We’re probably won’t be using merry maid in the future.

We have a usual housekeeper who does an excellent job but when she can’t come or she has a helper that comes with her we find we have a less than excellent job. I’m always home and I observe the other girls do a so-so job and I sometimes ask them to do something they missed but I don’t like doing that. I wish they were as consistent as our usual housekeeper.

Merry Maids have been cleaning our home for awhile and we always have fantastic and professional services done!!!!

They do not clean underneath the couches for a regular clean and do not include oven and refrigerator clean on move out clean unless it is asked, because they did not offer it to me apparently but I asked for it and its an additional $50 per appliance. Wont hire them again.

I had a cross country move and depended on MM to handle the clean up after I left. They kept in constant contact regarding issues that popped up during their clean out. They did a great job!

This was my second clean with Merry Maids and given the price the clean was sub par. The hardwood floors were mopped with a mop that was spritzed with a few spays and kind of a swished around. Dogs paw prints and crumbs left. Cleaner arrived 5 minutes after latest arrival time. Arrival window was between 10-12 and she arrived at 12:05. No call or text. Cleaner was very rough on house. Came in with vacuum backpack on her back with hose flopping around which scratched my front door. Items were just dropped on floor with no care whether the wall was hit.mainly relied on a cinnamon spray.

Victoria was excellent. She was busy the entire time she was here. I feel like I got my moneys worth. She can come back any time if it works out scheduling wise.

The deep clean was done beautifully without much fuss. Im so glad I called them.

This was going to be a negative review. But the issue was resolved and Im very happy with the cleaning results. The beginning of my experience was pleasant, then it quickly turned sour. My old complex didnt take care of the apartments and we had water damage in basically every single room, which lead to a roach issue. I let the manager know about this right up front. She said as long as theyre dead, they can clean. I sprayed the day before we moved and the day after we moved just to make sure they were dead so they could clean. One of their maids tried to claim one climbed into her cleaning supplies, so she left. She also left a HUGE puddle of oven cleaner in our oven, and left half of her supplies inside. I got a phone call like an hour into the maid cleaning and they told me they cannot clean the apartment because they arent trained for roach removal. While the lady on the phone was very nice, she failed to let me know what had happened, just that the maid refused to clean. I told her that this is unacceptable because I was very honest with the manager who saw my apartment first hand. I let her know of the issue and she told me it would be fine. I was very upset because I felt like I was being screwed over at the last minute. I spoke with the manager, let her know my frustrations and the condition the apartment was left in after the maid abandoned ship and she came right over, looked at it, and she and another maid cleaned the apartment instead. They did AMAZING work. If it werent for her righting the wrong, this wouldve been a VERY different rating.

Penny has been great in organizing and even though our first cleaner wasnt amazing the other employees they have sent have been so perfect in their attention to detail and wonderful, and careful to wear masks the whole time which we appreciate greatly - we love Nicole and Nadia!

Thank you for giving us this peace of mind.Update: 6/2020 - still happy with the service but there has been a parade of different cleaners rotating thru our house, which is slightly disconcerting. We were told wed get there same person....not so. We also have to remind the to vac the sofas (pet hair). Any dissatisfaction and they send out a supervisor/inspector. Again, good service but you must be vigilant.

They do an amazing job! We first tried them when we were getting ready to put our house on the market 2 years ago and I was having a hard time and stressing about trying to find time to get it looking perfect between working and having a toddler and 3 giant dogs, it can be stressful. This was a move-out clean and they did an excellent job. The price was a little higher than I expected for a one bedroom apartment, but thats my only issue. Service and communication were great.

The team has only been in a few times so far, and a couple of those have required a revisit to address missed or incomplete areas. Excellent response by the team to send someone out each time to correct the issue(s), and overall a positive experience.

Its so nice to come home to the fresh clean smell and everything is so shiny and clean!! Love it! I havent met the person(s) doing my home yet but they always leave a little note, a candy or something special! Her name is Ashley however, and she did a great job! This was the first clean of my contract, although I had tried them a few months ago and was very pleased with that experience as well! Not only did the cleaning lady meet all my expectations and thoroughly clean what I needed., but since she was so fast in doing so that she had alot of time left over in my 3hr session where she went around and looked for things that needed to be wiped down or cleaned. I have used a couple other cleaning companies since moving into my new home a couple months ago and though merry maids where priced a little higher it was worth every penny!

They were absolutely fabulous. My house has never looked so clean. They delivered everything they promised and more.

We contracted Merry Maids on our realtor’s suggestion to to make the house shine before listing and pictures. The carpets had already been cleaned so all that was left was to clean baths, kitchen, and dust. We thought the price of this for a 2500 sq ft house was high at $500 but decided to allow them to complete the job. Their job once completed was a sorry one at the least. The stove was not touched at all and other areas were missed as well. We will never use them again nor would we recommend them to anyone. When confronted they stated they would come back and finish but we had already cleaned it ourselves. The very least they could have offered was a partial refund but it was not offered. Terrible customer service and bad business practice.

Friendly staff. Products smelled great. What was done was done well. Floors were not cleaned in any bathroom and the baseboards were not wiped down either.Please be sure to clean all the counters and don’t just dust in front of the TV. Please reach and get as far as you can under it.

I love Merry Maids, but it really depends on who you get. I had a girl just clean this week and she didnt clean two places (counter top and a table top) that seemed so easy to me as I never leave my house messy. I think it could easily have been forgotten or over looked, but should have been cleaned either way. I still think its worth it for bathrooms and floors. Oh and she forgot a liner in my upstairs bathroom and my daughter said she forgot the sinks completely. I think she is new tho as I have never seen her before.

We moved to a large house and usually have our team of 2 favorites clean for us. Our team was on vacation and only 1 person came to clean, Sydney. She was amazing!! I cant believe she tackled our house all by herself. Many kudos to Sydney! Our house is sparkling.

Terrible services, they are in and out as fast as they think they can. Floors are never clean, things like toothpaste in my children’s bathroom always remains on sink, dust on lamp shades, or dog hair on couch. I’ve complained and complained and still nothing has changed. We where under contract and paying them 195 to cancel felt amazing. If that tells you anything. I usually never complain, but these services are terrible, and I wouldn’t want anyone else go through this, until they get there business straightened out. Also they never showed up at agreed time.

Charged us $375 for a “move out” deep cleaning. There was still dog hair in every corner and the forgot to mop. I called to tell them about it and they didn’t even offer a partial refund. DO NOT HIRE

My merry maid (for the life of me I cant remember her name) did an exceptional job. My big house was absolutely filthy due to the fact that Ive been having back problems since April. She came in, worked her tail off, asked if it was ok for her to take 20 minutes to eat a bite, came back before her time was up and threw herself back into work. She was here for 6 hours. It would have taken me at least a month to do everything she did in one day. Good hard worker and very friendly. I am so glad I FINALLY called you. Thank you, again, for such an excellent job done.

Ive been using Mary Maids for a few months now and for the first couple of months I was happy with their service. It was nice to come home to a clean apartment while I was working a lot of hours and didnt have time to keep up as much as I would like.Then one day I came home and there was a note on the counter that apologized for breaking a knob on my stove. I assumed they would be bringing a replacement knob on their next visit.I was wrong.Then a month or so later I came home and noticed something wasnt right in my kitchen. Then it hit me: another knob had been broken but this time it was on my oven.This time the knob has been hidden behind a box next to my stove. No note. No acknowledgement of the incident whatsoever.I then noticed that the person who cleaned my apartment had also thrown away a bag of fish food.When I called and talked to the office manager, I was told that they would replace both knobs and would have a talk with the person who cleaned my apartment about throwing away the fish food as they arent allowed to throw things away. I was also assured that the person who had been cleaning my apartment would be replaced.It took them a full 2 weeks to bring back the knobs for my stove and oven. Pretty frustrating to not be able to use my oven for that long because of someone elses clumsiness.Two days ago I came home and noticed that the person who cleaned my apartment had a lot of the same bad habits about rearranging things as the last person who cleaned it. The same stuff was moved to the same places that they were always moved to after a cleaning.When I came home a couple days ago I noted that the person who cleaned that day had taken the liberty of taking a box from under a counter and putting it outside as though it was garbage.Earlier this evening I noticed that the person who cleaned decided to throw out a small collection of liquor bottles that I had collected while on vacation in Scotland a couple years ago.I thought they werent allowed to throw things away!Fine, I get it. The box could have been garbage. It was old and banged up. But what right was it of (presumably) hers to throw away a sentimental collection of a vacation I took?Im furious about the inability of anyone at this company to do a good job. I will not ever refer Merry Maids to anyone and will take it upon myself to make everyone aware that I can of the poor job that has been done over the duration of the contract that I signed.Ive left a voicemail for whoever handled matters like this and I expect a solution on Monday morning. I will be calling back if I dont receive a response by 9am.

Twice I had to remind someone to remake my bed, and ask, IF she sees an empty feeding bowl on the floor to please bring it to the kitchen, where I will clean. I do not take photos, therefore, you do not post?

To accomplish a top to bottom clean to house I believe windows and carpets are a big deal however with having to subcontract everything they have made their prices jump astronomically and they also limit themselves by saying they are recommended by their boss to not do windows. Would never use this service :) cool people though.

Horrible Job-First, the estimator was 30 minutes late. We went over the details. I point blank asked her if her cleaners would clean the tops of the shelves. She guaranteed they would do those with their extendable dusters. They would also do the floors, bathrooms, baseboards, window sills and runners, walls and kitchen, to include the sink. I was with them for a while and didnt like how their vacuum spit more dirt out than it was picking up. When I got back they were both gone, after 4 hours. I walked in and was assaulted with a very strong and offensive chemical odor. There was dirt all along the baseboards and corners of the floors probably because their vacuum spit out a lot of dirt. The baseboards were still dusty. Nothing was dusted, none of the furniture. The shower in the master bath was not done. The light above the sink was broke. There was dirt in the window runners. None of the shelves had been cleaned, as estimator promised. I called and they sent one of the cleaners back. I showed her what I was talking about and she set to work. She said she was done after 15 minutes. These pictures show how they left the house after two attempts. Also, we had just had our carpets cleaned and told the estimator. She promised the cleaners would change their shoes upon arrival. That did happen the first time. But the second time the cleaner wore her dirty shoes in the house. I would not recommend this business to anyone. An absolute pathetic and horrible job and a complete waste of money.

I was anxious to come home after the first cleaning to see what I would find. When I entered my house I couldnt stop smiling. The house had been cleaned top to bottom, basement, kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms; I was very pleased. The next day I had to brag about it at work and several co-workers became interested in your service. Im looking forward to my next cleaning.

Absolutely outstanding service! They picked up the slack when another company let me down.I had driven hours to prepare a property for rental, and had scheduled a different cleaning company to service the property. That company walked-out on the job and I desperately needed a cleaner on short notice to get the property squared away before I had to return home. Their phone representative was very nice and professional. She said she thought she had cleaners available and that she would confirm their availability and call me right back. She called back very soon and said the cleaners would be by in an hour to start work. The first cleaner arrived and, after discussing expectations, got right to work. The cleaner was friendly, clean-cut, uniformed, and professional. She accomplished more in 10 min. than the other cleaning company did in an hour. Her co-cleaner arrived about a half hour later and likewise got right to work cleaning. I never saw either of them on a phone or standing about - they were constantly engaged in work. Despite the property having no running water or electricity, they were able to work with extention cords and a hose from the neighbor to clean the property very quickly, even calling in an extra cleaner at no additional charge for a troublesome refridgerator. I couldnt be more pleased with the service I received.Professional, friendly, and hard-working! I would hire again!

Penny is a bad person to talk to. Shes very friendly at first but after that the true colors come through.Employees are treated very bad. Huge over turn. Employees need you to tip them due to very poor pay and no benefits.Had my house cleaned and it was done half way done.I will never be a customer again!

Absolutely the worst cleaning service Ive ever used. First off we had a appointment for 8:30-9:00am. I waited until about 9:15am until I called them to see where they were. The attendant over the phone then informed me that the maids had another appointment at the same time as mine and were not coming to my apartment until 1:00 pm. Why was I not informed of this until now. Strike one. Then at 1 they still didnt show up. I called again now they werent coming until 3:30pm. Mind you that Im not living in this apartment now Im just trying to get it cleaned for my move. They finally show up and I come into apartment and the maids are just sitting on the floor. Im like whats the problem and they say they cant vacuum my living room because trash is on the floor. Ok well why arent you cleaning my bedroom, kitchen or bathroom? I picked up the trash that took all of one minute smh. Then I left because Im taking stuff to my other place. I come back and everything is clean except the kitchen. Crumbs on the counter and floor. Do not use this company they charge way too much for there below average service and not to mention charge extra to clean ovens and refigurators. What am I paying you to clean if this is extra!?
