Very efficient and helpful. Finger print appointment was quick and easy. It’s the UPS store, they were great 👍🏼 ... Also, if the machine was down, they cannot call you because your info is online and only accessed by the machine. Seems they process many fingerprint appointments successfully and had no problems except for last week. It’s no worries. My appointment was at 9:40 and I was done and headed home by 9:44 with my receipt.

I tell you what this place is amazing I made an appointment to get my fingerprinting done I told the lady I had to bring my kids I had nobody to watch them, and I asked how long is this going to take because I have to bring my kids and the lady told me Ill 10-15 minutes and I was like all right you know they can they can hang that long, I tell you I was not even in there for 5 minutes In and Out done fingerprints done

Three times in a row I have had my finger print appointment scheduled and every time the lady left early for “emergency”. No text, call nothing notifying me. I had to take off early from my work to get to the appointment, this is just bs. I read some of the old reviews and apparently I’m not the only one who had to deal with this.

This place is apparently unreliable based on my experience and other reviews. I drove 1 hour to get there only to find that worker left because of an emergency. You might think this is just bad luck, but the emergency excuse has been used in other reviews too. Warning you will not get a call, text, or email that your appointment has been canceled yet they ask that you give 24 hours notice. The place is in a UPS Store which should probably have been a bad omen to me.

TERRIBLE! I drove 40 miles for an appointment and they said worker had an emergency and another one was off. The customer service staff was rude, unapologetic and apathetic. Considering that there are other reviews of the same type, this is likely their standard practice.
