Great experience with staff. Very respectful and accommodating. Got my wife and I in and out with no issues. Kiel was two thumbs up in how efficient he was and Very pleasant to work with. Only thing stopping a 5 star review is signage and phone number for questions.

The waiting room was clean without the demeaning signs. There maybe could have been a sign asking to please wait for a staff member because I wasnt sure if I should walk down the hall to let someone know I had arrived or not. The staff was pleasant and quick with the task at hand. Thanks for everything.

Good luck finding this place. It’s in Suite O 1045 Garden of the Gods Colorado Springs with a little tiny cardboard sign standing out front. When you call customer service they say it’s inside Sylvan learning Center which doesn’t even exist. There’s not even a phone number. Please God would somebody make some effort to make this somewhat easy to find?

3 stars just for the office structure. Well the reviews on here are not kidding, it’s rather difficult to find as there are two Sylvan centers close together and yes it’s basically a card board sign identifying the place. And yes it’s looks like a shower curtain 😂. You can hear the staff asking “...and your Social Security Card Number.” My appointment was for 4:40 PM, I arrived at 4:30, wanting to be early versus late, and there were 11 people seated waiting for various things. A white board with the instructions written by hand in various colors. One of the instructions in red stated, “Violating this WILL end up in immediate removal.” So, don’t go behind the shower curtain unless invited. (Wonder what’s behind the green door😂). No one talks in the waiting room, I think everyone is afraid of being kicked out for talking. It felt like detention. There is no one to ask questions or to welcome you. It’s run very much like a government office, no frills, no cheerful music or TV to entertain you while waiting for 30 - 40 minutes. But if you want it, just be patient and they will eventually get to you. There is a letter on the white board advising to treat the staff with respect but then goes on to say that the staff at the tutoring facility deserve respect. Did they steal their letter and use it as there own? The staff are friendly and helpful and once you are being helped the process goes fairly fast. I completed my finger printing about 5:20. I waited about 30 minutes from my appointment time of 4:40. I would not recommend just walking in, you will be lucky to be served. Not many options for you to choose from on where to get these services so just have to accept this is the way their company culture is and how they like to operate. I doubt the staff are choosing to represent the company In This manner, it’s driven by corporate. But the price was very good for the service.

The employees working here are polite, friendly, and fast. Its a shame they have to work in a furniture storage facility. Chairs in the waiting lounge look fresh out of a pediatricians office and the shower curtain is a nice touch. The office behind the curtain is even worse as there is furniture stacked to the ceiling. This place looks sketchy from the get go and the interior doesnt help. Spend a couple grand paint some walls, find better furniture, and get a desk for someone to greet customers coming in the business. And get a real door instead of a shower curtain.

Location is very difficult to find. Unprofessional staff. Had an appointment for 12:00 and didnt get seen until 12:30. I had to late so long because a random lady came in and the staff let her skip the line. The lady didnt have an appointment but for some reason the employee said that I was okay for her to skip the 4 of us that did...Staff was disrespectful to this one gentleman who didnt speak English that well. He was just trying to get an honest job. A whole lot of attitude for no reason. On top of all this, very overpriced for the service received.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Where to begin. It’s impossible is identify the location there is no sign or anything up.They must be severely understaffed. There is no one in the front to check people in. There is a white board for check ins, multiple people where scheduled for the same appt time. I attempted to call the office but got a call center instead. Nobody had the number to this location. The call center reps were rude and not helpful at all. So finally after waiting for 40 mins my husband is seen only to be turned around because the debit card he is using has my name on it. His wife! But that wasn’t acceptable.This place is the worst. I would recommend going all the way to Denver to get better service.

Went to get my TSAPre taken care of. The staff was friendly and fast and I was in and out within 15 minutes. My only knock is it is hard to see from the street and poorly marked on the outside. The building doesnt have any formal signs on it to identify it other than the address/office number.

Difficult place to find. The sign identifying the office is right at the door. For those trying to find it, its Suite O (the letter O). I had a 10:20 a.m. appt. They were running behind about 40-45 mins. I had to leave because I had an appt at 11:00 a.m. That appt wasnt very far away. I was told by the staff sharing the office with Identogo, I could go back later in the day. I did. They had not caught up, I still waited to be seen. Right before I was seen, inspectors from the TSA were there and went right into the office to ask the Identogo customer service person some questions. I had taken off of work for this appt at 10:20 a.m. When I went back at 1:10 p.m, I waited 30-35 mins. Once I got into the office, it only took about 10 mins. Not an efficient office in my opinion.

Came in, had an appointment, results were uploaded fast, 0 issues.

The appointment times are a little off when you arrive but the staff is very friendly, when looking this up on a GPS it brings you to an insurance company, but having the same building gives them the same address, go around the building to find the store.

This place is horrible. Very disrespectful people, hole in the wall place, long wait times and appointments that don’t mean anything. Have low expectations
