Its a beautiful place to visit and very comfortable. Every person I ever met was nice and smiled and I think the actual property location is a hidden gem too. On certain days, in the winter, if you are lucky... youll see wild Deer and Buck in the backyard (which is only a few hundred feet from the street).A nice gem in Colorado Springs no doubt, with nice people.... good people no doubt.

Love this building & the team that makes it look/run so smoothly! Conference rooms are amazing as well as the office space! Bathrooms are outstanding...including showers after a workout! Highly recommend space here if any is available.

Beautiful Office space, immaculate, and very convenient to the highway access. It was great having an on-site property manager to assist with deliveries, clients, and keeping everything in the building running smooth. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for an executive office suite.

I have been a tenant at the Muhr Professional Building for over 10 years and have been very pleased with how well we are treated. The offices are 1st class, and the amenities are very nice. The Property Manager, Tyler Gebhard is very knowledgeable and has always been very helpful with any questions or issues that may arise.

Wonderful building with happy and pleasant manager and staff. Nice lighting, very clean, quiet and comfortable. Very spacious backyard for sitting outside and enjoying the outdoors on a quick break.

I absolutely LOVE this place. I go here for food addiction therapy and my therapist, Janice has been my saving grace! I am so blessed that I found her!
