Actual tenant: This building is not HIPAA compliant! I am a therapist in town and had to cancel my clients for the entire weekend so that I could find a new office and move my entire business into a new location. There are children that are constantly running around on the second floor screaming, crying, and stomping! When I brought it to the managers attention she told me 3 hours later that it was not happening. People treat the waiting room like their personal daycare. Construction has been going on for a year straight and is extremely loud. They shut down the elevators and entrances at least once a month and the elevator is very shaky. The womens bathroom door on the second floor doesnt close completely. People literally stand outside of the exits and entrances smoking all throughout the day and you have to walk through a plume of smoke in order to get into the office. Not to mention, there is a smoking section that is set up right outside of office windows and if you have patients that need to be protected by HIPAA then you will definitely not be in compliance because they will look in at your clients through your office windows and make direct eye contact. When I told the building manager she told me that she would move the smoking receptacles the day after Memorial Day and she never did. Instead, she decided to ignore the entire situation because it only affected one person. She told me that I needed to take pictures in the middle of my sessions and send the pictures to her so that she could identify the people. Im not sure if this was ever done because those individuals decided that they were going to park their vehicle in front of my office and smoke there anyways while leaning on their vehicle and still looking in my window. And parking, forget about parking. There are a minimum of 10 construction vehicles that park where tenants and customers are supposed to be parking and they double park. And you want to talk about parking lot safety? My license plate was taken off of my vehicle and had to purchase a taser, mace, and a personal alarm and the police officers essentially harass people that are driving up North academy which does not seem to be helping because 10 people were shot down the street. Housekeeping has walked in on therapy sessions without knocking. Nothing inside the offices is being disinfected, vacuumed, arrange or anything like the contract stated. The cost is roughly double what you can find elsewhere in town. I have had other tenants come to my office and knock on my door while I had clients in my office. Other tenants eat their meals outside of the designated meal eating area. The lobby during lunch time smells like every single type of food you can imagine. People are having business meetings with their doors wide open while scream speaking. Interviews are being conducted with their doors wide open. There are people allowed to have two and three person meetings at the white tables directly outside of peoples offices and nobody is stopping them. I have gone out and asked people on numerous occasions if they could please take their business into their offices because they are causing distress to my clients and unfortunately nothing has been done. If you have asthma I can assure you that you are probably going to have breathing concerns because people burn candles and spray room sprays constantly which is very aggravating to the respiratory system. One time I was locked out of my office and I was told that I would have to contact a locksmith in order to get my car keys out of my office. When I called corporate they told me that that was not standard procedure and that it was up to management to assist me especially because it was at approximately 7:00 p.m. in the evening. One time the heating duct in my office was messed up and the property manager told me that I would have to pay a certain amount of money per degree to cool down the entire building if I wanted it to be changed. It turns out it was a building issue. No apology no acknowledgement of being wrong.
The clean water company location great products awesome customer service. Best water filtration system at the best price
I was searching everywhere in the Springs for a workplace style office space. There are many available, but they were either not as nice as 2020 Academy, they had amenities that I did not need (like a receptionist), or they were way too expensive. This place is beautiful, modern, has the important amenities like wifi and meeting space. Heidi, the leasing agent, is great to work with, and she will help you find the right space that will fit your budget.
I want to thank Boxer Property Management, Administrative Services to include Housekeeping for all the due diligence in keeping us connected and informed with all pertinent information about this virus.
