Rxpress Employment is a Horrible Company to Work for! Unprofessional, No Class,and rude!!

I sent my resume in to work directly for this company, I am more than qualified and have even done this kind of work before. It is like pulling teeth to even talk to Suzanne who im guessing runs the branch. When I finally did talk to her she would constantly make appointments to talk to me and broke them, she did not call to reschedule one time.She made it sound like I would have the job, so I moved 4 and a half hours to be closer. After 2 days of trying to get a hold of her she called me in for a 3rd interview. I assumed it went great because she told me she wanted to schedule a working interview, only she never sets times and dates.After a week of me just missing her or shes in a meeting, I kept calling her because I keep my appointments. Another week of her dodging calls and I receive an email stating I would not be moving forward, we never even got to the working interview part.Im guessing she decided not to hire me because I called everyday, which I wouldnt of had to if she was a professional and would actually keep an appointment. If this company can not stay organized enough or professional enough to even handle hiring within, how will they find others jobs?Judging by all the reviews they cant, I recommend using other means to find work other than express.

Applied for a job on indeed, followed their instructions for 3 days with nothing to show for except lazy emails. Lol even 1 email telling me to contact the employer directly. Uh, yeah so what do I need yall for? Not 1 phone call. Classic bait and switch posing as a smiling face. Dont waste your time.

Two months ago when I quit my job, they all said, “We will help you find a job fast!” Days, weeks, months go by, and all I get every morning is an automatic response saying, “Please let us know your availability for work.” So I call, update, and that’s that. I get messages all the time for random jobs that I didn’t even want, nor have experience for. Very unprofessional company for someone who said they would “expressly” find you a job. This isn’t my first time I’ve had this experience with this company. One year ago, they gave me the “run-around” experience, too. Never again. I’ve had better luck applying to jobs myself! Don’t rely on these recruiters to “help you find a job.” I guarantee— you will find one faster yourself.

Its unbelievable to me that a recruiter there would leave a voicemail stating that s job opportunity is available and to contact her but days later doesnt return your calls. I tried three times to speak with this individual, each time Im told shes not available but will get messages to her to call back. Still waiting for that call nearly a week later. This behavior is not exclusive to Express.

I really enjoy working with the staff at Express Employment. They are kind, aggressive, professional, and have a really great optimistic attitude regarding hiring during this crazy pandemic! Britni and Suzanne are both invaluable assets to their team.

They really support anyone who is willing to work. Also, giving options in every way. Great company.

Catherine Gonzalez is extremely helpful, and the manager of this location is absolutely incredible! Ask questions anytime youre unsure, and know that this is a premier location within the city of Colorado Springs itself. These people genuinely care, and they absolutely want to properly place you with a company you will be proud of, happily work with and for, decently contribute, but most of all - prosper! In fact, this is the only employment agency I will recommend. They not only care about their employees, but they want rock solid outcomes for everyone involved! Approach them with a jovial attitude and right-minded work ethic, and you will fare extremely well.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I am a single mom who just moved to the area and desperately needed work. I went to the North Colorado Springs location and met with Britni Snow - she did not explain things well to me and seemed as though she was trying to rush through the process. She did not notate any of my criteria for employment in my profile and it caused a lot of confusion for the other people who work there when they would call me. I reached out to her on multiple occasions because she was my assigned specialist - I received no response from her on my emails. She came up with nothing to help me in two months and never got back with me about anything. Every time I called, she said she had nothing for me. I do not recommend this location. This person did not try to help me whatsoever and when I tried to reach the manager to let them know the poor quality of service I was getting, they always said she was away from her desk. Complete waist of time and giving out my personal information.

I’ve been to multiple staffing agencies and this was the best one by far. Professional, called me back quick, interviewed quick, hired on right away. They care about your work preferences, they communicate with your employers for you, all around fantastic place. Great, friendly staff. Highly recommend.

They are very nice there, but when they said they had a job for me and asked me which one I wanted they turned around and said the position was closed. So why would you offer that position to someone and then turn around and say the position is closed? It makes absolutely no sense. Make sure its available and then offer it. Commen sense.

My boyfriend and I have worked with multiple employment agencies over the years, including an Express located in another state, and no other agency has ever worked with us as diligently and quickly as this location. They truly try to find you work that relates to your interests and are very understanding in the process of trial and error when finding what is right for you. Mozella and Katherine stuck out with their dedication to employees needs and made picking up our checks every week something extra to look forward to with their great service.

Amazing staff with a heart that do everything possible to ensure you succeed. Highly recommend this service.

I called on a Monday to set up an interview and they gave me an appointment the following day. I felt very comfortable during the process. When I called the office to be marked available for work I received a call back that same day for my first temp job! I received several jobs and finally landed one that turned into a long-term job. I found that there were many opportunities for me because I was open-minded and willing to learn. Glad my friend recommend Express to me.

I had a great experience with Express and landed employment immediately! I went in on about a Wednesday or Thursday and ended up employed with what I asked for only a few days later. My agent, Amanda, was very eager and friendly to help get me employed. She offered much advice to help me find something that was preferred. I absolutely appreciate her! Clean and tidy office, very black & white process. I was referred here by a gentlemen who was happy because they found him a job quickly as well. I would definitely give it a shot if youre looking! As someone who moves a lot, Ive been to temp agencies all over America. This one is a waste of time. And with an economy as good as Colorado Springs they are more or less useless anyway. Just hit up a web board youll find something better in less time.The one and only job they had when I got there was shoveling snow. Where I come from regular folks work that type of labor out on their own, not through a job service. Thats a side job not a job. They smile in your face though and act civil and let you waste your time even though they know they wont be finding you a thing. So I gave them two stars. One mandatory, one for bare minimal public manners. Better than a few, worse than most.Do yourself a favor, check those web boards out.

I had an appt. I showed up with 3-5 min to spare. Time comes for appt not a person was out front to assist or came to counter! 10 min I stood there as 2 other gentleman filled out some hiring paperwork and another guy came in and stood behind me 5 min! No one even attempted to acknowledge customers. I heard at least 3 individuals in back joking & asking random questions and yet not anytime a employee had peaked to see or even a voice to call out wed be with you SOMETIME! There was no phones ringing or employees using them to assisting anyone..I was attempting to sign up but after the display of unprofessional behavior in the time I attempted to be helped didnt work out with them due to no action! Didnt work out for me there left me unhappy and no further came of this oppurtunity...

As an employer, working with Express has been a huge benefit for our company. When you call for requirements and the person who answer the phone dont know how to speak in a sentence it is very unprofessional. If you can answer the phone then how the hell you going find people jobs?

I would highly recommend Express Employment and especially Mozella Newson. Mozella was friendly, personable and professional! She was extremely helpful and found the jobs that were perfect matches for me. If I am ever in need of a job again, Mozella will be the first person I call!

There was never an issue with receiving the payment from this company on top of the fact that they communicated quite well and frequently throughout the process. I am a very hardworking and dedicated employee who always is looking to improve on previous outcomes and Express was perfect for me!I am very good at multitasking so I enjoyed the challenge.

This company was extremely unprofessional and because I chose to turn down a position they became very disrespectful and made me out to seem like a liar. If you chose not to accept the position they feel you are “making them look bad” if they don’t get what they want they get ugly. Stay away from this company you are better off finding your own job and making more money might I add! I will definitely be contacting corporate for the way I was treated and it doesnt hurt that my brother is an attorney : )

They are typical of other staffing places. They dont seem to know more than the job title they send you on. Theres much more but heres a few things I found disturbing. They never follow up with you without your initiation first. They sent me to the Clerk and recorders office as my assignment. I was never late yet docked my pay as 1 minute late when I was 1 minute early from 1 lunch hour. Math isnt a strong point there. Then the Clerk and recorder office spent NO minutes training. They could careless. Most of the people there are miserable people. One in particular came outside to tell me I made a mistake the previous day but I had shown this person the document in question and did what he said. He decided to do this in front of a gentleman struggling with the Kiosk I was sent outside to help the public with. This supervisor walked right past the other 2 greeters who are also new there and were looking at documents but decided I was the target that day as most days and didnt tell them the information just me OUTSIDE in 34 degree weather looking at no documents. Then this MALE supervisor decides to also say theres a few other things I need training on. They never trained me for 1 single minute. None of them. Express doesnt seem to request signed training forms from their clients to ensure their temps are even TRAINED!!! I was given 1 thing to sign as the supervisor stood over me. I have no idea what I signed because he stood over me until I signed it. Theres absolutely no training, support from Express or the job they put me on. As an abuse survivor, I was very traumatized by that guys behavior outside. I would not recommend Express to anyone.

I have been with express off and on for 5 years now. As a temp employee, Express really cares about you and takes their employee safety and quality of work very seriously. When I had an incident on a job assignment involving a client creating an unsafe work environment, Express was immediate and deliberate in taking care of my situation, getting me a ride home from the job and making sure I was safe. They also followed up with me and made it clear how bad this incident was, and that now that they were aware of the unsafe conditions created, they would not be sending temps to that client in the future. They also worked to find me replacement hours in the days following. As an employee, it was clear to me that they actually cared about me and the standards of their clients and how things went on my assignments. Sometimes the availability of assignments can be pretty slim, and some clients will lay you off without giving you or Express any warning. But as a temp agency, this is a team that cares about its employees and wants to help them out as much as they can.

Express has helped us find professional candidates to work in our office. We strive to provide the best client experience for our customers and Express gives us that ability through the experienced staff they provide.

Colorado Springs only Day Labor location... If youre looking for work just a couple times a week at minimum wage, this is the only temp agency in Colorado Springs that offers low paying temporary work.

Met with their business developer Devante, he was incredibly professional and thorough as to what exactly Express offered. I never thought I would need that type of service but believe I will now.

They do a good job. Im with this company. The only thing I would change is the pickieness over jobs. If I knew someone has been out of work for over months time and would bend over backwards for my company they would be at the tip of my list. They are amazing when it comes to working with you .

They descriminate people. They fired me because some trailer trash from Oklahoma said I touch her. I was asking her if shes using the chair cause I need it to inspect the parts in the microscope but she have her head phone on and that she cant hear me so I have to touch her hand to get her attention. She called Jennifer ( she descriminate people). and told her I touch her. They fired me right away. Never have a chance to depend myself. I cried for 3 nights. Im an American Citizen I have the right to depend myself. But no....I wasnt given a chance. I should report them to Better Business Bureau.

They were wrost.They told me they can only ofter me bell ringer job and that it would be full time and could make my owen schuald and what part town I want and they that was lie.They send me on the other side town and had no car or were to get that fair.I would stay away from them all they do is lie to you and under pay you on top that

Their website says theyre looking to fill plenty of temp positions, and that theyll keep their eyes peeled. I just reinstated my profile, yet the staff has still yet to find ANYTHING for me. NEVER do what they promise as far as job placement!

They had me go to multiple interviews and each interview I went to had no clue who I was or why I was there and then they refuse to pay me for it worst temp agency I have ever worked for.

I got up early and drove all the way over to be there by 7 because that a when your website says you open, I get there and sign on door says open at 8.
