Ive been to quite a few temp agencies, and Add Staff were the best. Being 61 I wanted away from manufacturing, Add Staff was the only ones who would listen. They found me something I was used to doing and I swear the best, stress free job I could ever ask for. My job just asked for me to be extended 6 mos to a year. I recommend Add Staff, they keep in touch and are very helpful.

I worked primarily with Diane, but everyone I interacted with at ADD STAFF was fantastic. They were all personable, professional & responsive. They listened well. And I received good advice. I would definitely work with them again.

This place is nefarious and unprofessional. They offered a job to me without an interview then when I asked to speak to the client to ask a few questions about the job, they suddenly said they were no longer hiring at this time. There was zero communication from Karen regarding this and it took a call from myself to call to do her job. Then I was sent absolutely ridiculous job descriptions that were way off in pay and skills. When I inquired, they kept lying and saying they hadn’t heard back from the employer but would let me know. Then out of the blue said the client chose another candidate after I told them I had vacation and they stated it wouldn’t be a problem. For a company that makes a living off of talent acquisition and employee relations, they do a horrific job within the field. I wouldn’t recommend this poorly operated agency to anyone. They somehow feel they are entitled above others. As an HR professional, it’s easy to see with just a brief experience that Add Staff is clueless.

This is the second time I have contacted Add Staff Inc for help finding a job and the second time they have successfully found me a long-term position. Had to reach out to them again because of COVID layoff and they had me working within a week of me submitting my application. Rebecca and Amanda were responsive, supportive, and helpful. They worked so hard to find me a great fit and this will always be my go-to recommendation for friends.

As an HR guy you sort of know what is going on in the recruiting world; with that said the people at Add Staff were amazing. The care they had for me individually was out of this world. Add Staff is spectacular - I honestly do not write many reviews, but this company is unique. I have used many different head hunters in the past and Add Staff is at the top. They are truly a great group of people that work hard and provide awesome opportunities for job seekers and employers. If you are a job seeker, check them out! They were (by far) the most responsive company out of the agencies I was working with. If you are an employer, feel confident that they are vetting and picking top candidates. I interviewed with them more than just with my resume, but had several discussions with their staff to make sure I was the correct fit. There is a reason they have been around for so long!

This place does not help you and they are incompetent. They fail to help you find anything even though you are degreed and experienced. They are a waste of time. They even verbally said I had a job offer and I told my family and friends, and then the company decided to hire internally and not hire anyone. How upsetting and embarrassing. It never should have happened in the first place! You are better off finding a job yourself the normal way, which is what I did and got a great job on my own in fact!

I absolutely love these people. They found the perfect position for me. It was a job I could not have found on my own. I have tried several other staffing agencies in Colorado Springs. Some dont even return phone calls! AddStaff goes above and beyond the call of duty and makes sure the right people get fit with the right job. 100% satisfied. Thank-you, AddStaff!!! Clear job description and genuine interest in finding a good fit for both parties. By far the best agency Ive worked with for quality and speed. Got an offer from both interviews they set for me; they actually match you to a job rather than send you out to vaguely possible spots. Also had immediate placements, not three weeks out till the start date.

Overall, very professional and friendly company. I was very impressed with the way Add Staff handled my hiring process. I particularly would like to appreciate Amanda Stahnke, she helped me to land on my dream job. She was completely honest and professional through the entire process. I was contacted by Trina at Add Staff regarding my resume that I had posted on Indeed. I had been looking off and on for a new job for about 6 months. I was skeptical at first when I was contacted by Trina. But when I went in for my initial interview with her she was very welcoming and explained the process at Add Staff. Emilia at Add Staff helped me change my life. Five years ago I had to leave my housekeeping job unexpectedly and was ready to get a “real” job. I had fast food experience as a manager and housekeeping as well as my high school diploma. I wanted a job where I could put on a business suit, that provided benefits, and help me save for retirement. I wanted to feel good about going to work every day. Great company. Ive worked with staffing agencies in the past who did not seem to try very hard or the clients get lost in the mix. Not so here. Add has been a great experience. My interest was taken seriously and Amanda Stahnke fought to find me the best possible fit for my experience and skills. She negotiated a very aggressive pay rate which exceeded my expectations and gave me the pay I really wanted. Great professional staff committed to helping both business and job seekers alike. They cant help everyone but a staffing firm is ideal for a passive seeker who doesnt have time to search for the perfect job while currently employed or for someone unemployed who is flexible and able to accept a wide variety of work. Good communication is paramount with any staffing firm and Add Staff is no exception

Company does not take their employees into account or treat them correctly. Must work 800 hours to receive holiday pay, must give 2 week notice to current position they placed you in (who does that before they have another job opportunity) before they will consider you for another position- so youre stuck. If you dont, they wont work with you anymore for other positions. Several people had issues with getting paid correctly so keep an eye on your checks/hours. They never check back in with you to see how the position is going or to ask for feedback.

Even while multitasking Roberta made sure I had all the paperwork I needed in a timely fashion. Trina was also very understanding of my situation and sweet to boot. After I completed the easy registration and tests, I was offered multiple job opportunities regularly. There were even fun, side jobs like helping w/ a company 5K on the weekend, and the time sheet/payment website they use is simple. Rebecca Fontecchio was such a fantastic, swift, and considerate staff consultant and I highly recommend her if you work with Add Staff. She listened to every concern, helped me when considering jobs, and worked around my schedule. It was like working with a friend by my side. Add Staff is lucky to have her on their team and she really made my experience wonderful.

When I contacted AddStaff, I was connected with Rick who was great and very easy to work with. He connected me with a job within 1.5 weeks of contacting AddStaff. It was a great position with a great company and anytime I needed anything at all, Rick was quick to reply or call me back. I joined Add Staff after moving to Colorado Springs from out of state. Everyone was very friendly from my first contact. Roberta and Rebecca were great to work with and made me feel so welcome. Rebecca made sure to send out my resume to prospective employers and kept me informed during the entire process. I just completed my assignment and have been asked to stay on permanently but if I ever need an employment agency again I would definitely choose Add Staff.

Very poor communication and follow through. First time ever using a staffing agency and was severely disappointed. Very friendly staff, but they dont follow through or communicate with you about what they are doing with your applications. I met for the first time and didnt hear anything for more than a week later. When I reached out to let Amanda know my experience was not satisfactory or what they made it seem it would be, I never heard anything back. Not even acknowledgement that my concerns were heard or any type of effort to save business and keep me as a client. Would never recommend this agency to someone I know.

About 2 weeks before interviewing with Add Staff, I had already signed on with another agency, had my back ground run, and the day on my Add Staff interview I also went and did my drug screen for this other company. I interviewed with Add Staff on Monday, got a call from them about an interview on Tuesday, had the interview on Wednesday, and was hired Thursday. Meanwhile I had yet to recieve a single call or email about potential job leads from the other agency I was working with. Add Staff is an incredible company with phenominal people that work tirelessly to find you placement, all while caring about you as a HUMAN, not just another paycheck for them. I wont lie, I was a bit hesitant at first, but as soon as I sat down with them for the initial interview, I knew I would never use another agency. And a HUGE shout out to Trina, she is an amazing individual who makes sure that your placement is still going great, and is never more than a phone call away if you need to talk. I love this place and the people within it, and have/will continue to recommend them to anyone and everyone who needs a job and is getting nowhere. Add Staff ROCKS!!!!

Decent job opportunities friendly staff. I was placed on assignment for about five months. I was looking forward to getting pulled over there was talk from my supervisor tim that they asked about my work so far and he stated they wanted to pull me over. Then I get a call about hours that were placed in my name with a schedule I dont work. My schedule was 12hrs overnights Monday through Wednesday and the next week Monday through Thursday yet this time card was for a Tuesday through Friday and had 8hrs for those days. I told them repeatedly that I didnt place the hours and how did it get approved. But because I was paid for those hours I was fired. Even after they gave me employee of the month. Its unfortunate but I see the other comments say things about timecard issues as well. For the whole time I was placed none of my time cards were less than 12hrs increments. Just watch your time

My opinion of this office is that its poorly run. I was told on two occasions that my resume would be sent out to two employers that day, and it was never sent anywhere. Not sure if they were bring deceptive about their intentions, or if they are so disorganized they fogot... Twice.... And for every day in between. My advice, find your own job

Contacted this company, regarding a position as a receptionist, for a medispa, was makeup and clothing had to be impecable. I then revealed to her my past experience consist of national makeup artist, counter manager at a department store here in town for a major cosmetic line. Then she asked me if i volunteered for anything, i also revealed my volunteer experience. Then this career specialist with a snotty attitude told me that i dont have the qualifications to be considered for the position!!!...well i dont normally play this card, with race. Because it is a touchy subject. Thats exactly what it is, just that...being African American, she assumed i didnt know how to dress or put on my makeup.

I had a great experience with the staffing agency.
