This place is very good place to go. J, is a very amazing guy and he gives you prices that affordable,which in my opinion gives a sense of relief if something comes up and you need your device fixed. J, does the best he can do everyday and with that he brings a smile. Honestly from my perspective he’s business is somewhere where people go to when all hope is lost. He does what he does with a passion. Right now I was stressed about my broken computer but J was my go to option he gave my hope and relief. He didn’t cause any stress to me or make anything stressful.

Came to get screen repaired. They completely broke my iPhone and took no responsibility forit Suspected they fixed glass and took battery out and replaced it with a damaged one . Outcome was that “my phone did not work when I gave it to him to fix glass”. Well, I know have the fixed phone and but a stop on credit card payment do to fraud. Stay away from this place. Seems unqualified and lack of taking responsibility. .

This dudes a crook,, my wife came to get glass repaired on an iPhone X and ended up leaving with a non working screen and a new battery she didint need, he replaced screen again and it still had problems not to mention he completely reset the phone losing everything she had from the last year saved on phone, he guaranteed that nothing would be lost on the phone, ruined my wife’s phone twice so she just ended up buying a new one, save yourself the hassle and go to a professional I warned you

I got my Iphone 7 Plus fixed today. Screen was not responsive and i could not press any buttons on it. I got mine fix in 20 minutes, and it was only $100. Will come again.

I had serious trouble with my iPhone SE and needed immediate help. J was able to get me in that day. In the end, it turned out that a new battery that was replaced by a different store in Monument was faulty, and the guy who replaced the battery left out 5 major parts to hold all the pieces inside the phone in place, resulting in internal damage and strange problems with the phone. J was able to put back the missing parts, replace the battery with a quality one, replace the damaged circuit board, and the phone is fully operational again. From now on, I am ALWAYS going to drive the extra distance to see J and have him fix my phone. A-1 service all around.

DO NOT BRING YOUR MAC BOOK IN FOR SCREEN REPAIR! It was $400 freaking dollars to get my screen repaired and then 1 week after I got my computer back the screen cracked AGAIN just from my earbud tapping it. No joke. My tiny, squishy earbud tapped my screen and it cracked. Obviously they did a horrible job repairing it. The screen must have been faulty. I went back in and they said the warranty didnt apply and Id have to pay another $400 to fix it. I cant afford that, so now I have no computer. They shouldve repaired it for free the second time.

Worst place ever. Said phone would be ready in four days took 2 weeks. Constantly lied about when it would be ready. Put wrong screen on it. Forget to put chip back in. Wasted gas going back and forth. STAY AWAY. If I could give -6 stars I would.

Let’s his wife work on phone when she doesnt know what she is doing when he doesn’t want to work. She messed around with my phone for 2 hours and broke it completely. Had to get a new one. All he did for me was blame it on using a phone charger that didn’t come with my phone. Gave me a refund and put my old cracked screen on. Waste of time and money.

Got my iPhone 7 screen fixed and the screen is unresponsive and when I scroll down it scrolls and clicks on things I didn’t click on and I can’t do anything and the guy that works there said it’s my software... well i factory reset my phone and the software was updated so it was defiantly the screen so this place isnot worth the 90 bucks I spent

Where do I begin...my husband took our iPad mini 3 in to have a cracked screen repaired. We were told they needed to order the part and it would be a few days. A few days later we called and were told they ordered it for an iPad mini 2 not a three and it would be a few more days. About 3 days later my husband called again and was told the shipment was delayed and it would for sure be ready Tuesday by 3. On Tuesday at 330 my husband went to the store and was told he just finished it and to keep it under something heavy until the glue set (but he had it in a drawer under absolutely nothing) after 24 hours, we pulled out the iPad to see the screen was HORRIBLY placed and the iPad would not turn on as the screen was somehow pushing down the home button. The next day, my husband went back and requested refund. As soon as we received that, we went to another repair shop. After they pulled it apart, we were told that the previous guy used the wrong parts and messed up the fingerprint scanner. We called him back and was told since we received a refund he would not help us. When my husband brought up that the wrong part was used, his response was that he couldnt say anything because he didnt do the repair, although he told us he just finished it when we picked it up. So 220$ later, through a reputable company, we were able to get it fixed (not the fingerprint scanner as he messed that and many other things up beyond repair) now Im not a specialist on this topic by any means, but who knew you could mess up the entire iPad by just repairing just the screen. I definitely DONT recommend this company.
