The Kirby is amazing!!! Ask for Melvin Little in Colorado Springs-very professional, thorough and courteous!

Super awesome Kirby service. The staff here are cordial and professional. Ive never met better sales people in my life. These are the type of people that dont try and sell the Kirby system, they let it sell itself. The only downside would be not being able to purchase at the office; however I wouldve never have known about the Kirby and all it can do if no one came to my home.

100% unprofessional. I expressed my disinterest more than once, but was practically begged to let them in with a guarantee that they could make the carpet spotless. 2 hours (and a BATHROOM TRIP) later, and the carpet looks exactly the same.HOW is this possible? If I could post pictures, I would. Unbelievably terrible company. Will be informing EVERYBODY I CAN via all social media and word of mouth.

I have worked for this company for over 2 years. Always paid on time. They have never lied to me. As long as you work you will make money. All the previous comments seem to be people who didn’t show up for work. My last check was $1577.00. I know I would never make that anywhere else. They have treated me fairly and the owners have never disrespected anyone. Just like any job you have to show up to get paid. The schedule is flexible. And I have received numerous bonus from them. Hopefully this helps anyone else.

What kind of company allows their employees to go into a neighborhood where there is absolutely no soliciting allowed! Plus on top of that at 830 PM? Who does that? How unprofessional! Even if this is a legit company I would never purchase anything due to these reasons! The guys giving out the cards and coming to the doors arent in any uniform or even dressed up professionally so that makes it more sketchy. Maybe you should think about where you send your salesmen since this neighborhood doesnt allow for soliciting.

A salesperson named Matt came to my door late tonight (8pm) and tried to sell me on carpet cleaning. I told him that I didnt appreciate him coming by late and he said he was legally allowed to do so.Very annoying experience and I cant imagine how they get customers this way.

Out knocking on doors at 9:30 at night wearing dark clothing and repeatedly ringing and knocking until someone answers. Had our entire community on edge. This company has no respect. You claim you have people just trying to make a living, but we are people too with children in school. Our entire condo community has no soliciting signs all over it and it is private property also has no trespassing signs. Therefor, it is not illegal and your private contractors are trespassing especially when they knock on doors after 9pm on a Monday night in a multi unit community.

A couple came to our place and practically begged to let them clean the carpet in one room for free. It seemed like a scam from the get go. We repeatedly told them no. Not only were we not interested but it wasnt a good time either. It took 15 mins to get them to understand that no means no.

I would not recommend anyone buy from them I was sold a vacuum dressed up as an assortment of tools. The vacuum abilities are slightly above average, the carpet cleaning abilities are about as good as dumping hot water with soap on the floor and watching it dry I can clean a carpet better with my hands. When I tried to reach them to ask questions about a return policy all I got was an answering machine i had to look up their return policy from the BBB website which they arent even accredited by the BBB so thats another red flag. I was never told the time frame when I could return the product let alone that you even could return it. Now Im stuck with a $1500 slightly better than average vacuum with a bunch of useless attachments and is probably just gonna gather dust cause I rather go by new equipment then have to spend 10 mins just to put all the parts together to shampoo our carpets and another 10 mins to return it to a vacuum, very dissatisfied.

Very displeased with this company. Not only were your employees soliciting on a gated, private property with numerous no trespassing signs, and a no solicitation policy as stated in our leases, they did not stop knocking on my door for 15 minutes after they were asked to leave after being told that we did not want a demonstration. I am not exagerating as I was on the phone with police when your employees finally took the hint and moved on. You really need to retrain your employees properly on when to push and more importantly, when to back off. As I am in the market for a vacuum cleaner, they not only lost a potential sale at this moment in time. They forever lost any likelyhood of a future sale from me, and after I tell people this story, likely hundreds of potential future sales from those people as well. Ive owned a kirby before, a great vacuum. But no matter how good a product is, if the people selling it act as they did at my door today, no one is going to want that product.

The owner of the business is a decent person however I did not like the overall experience of trying to be employed there. It was rather disorganized.

I called this location MULTIPLE times and left 3 messages. I live two hours away from this distributor, and never got a call back. I drove all the way to the office, to not be helped at all. Terrible customer service, and VERY unprofessional to ignore messages, and phone calls all day. I used to work for Kirby, and never have I seen an issue like this answering the phone. I paid $2500 for a machine, and you dont want to answer the phone???

BEWARE!!! I would give them ZERO stars if I could. Salesman come knocking on your door at 7:45 PM! That is absolutely ridiculous and completely unprofessional. Their telephones never work during business hours and you cannot get ahold of anyone. The salesman work as husband and wife and father and son teams to try and sell you. STAY AWAY from this LLC. Should be shut down for their conduct and unethical business tactics. Better Business Bureau should take a look into these clowns

To anonymousI think maybe you were on a contract, that required you to do a certain amount of things in order to get paid. I believe you probably missed work too. Just like any other job if your not there you do not get paid. You also had potential to earn over a 1000.00 in a week but proceeded to miss tons of days. I don’t think you get paid when your not at work. Also everyone who works at this organization is told on several occasions how and when the get paid. The are told in orientation and through out the weeks until there first payday. So posting a bad review for a company, when you are the one that doesn’t show up to work is not the company’s fault.

I have had a great customer service here, more than once with them helping me with my kirby issue.

This company is crooked. They do not follow their employment contract. The contract outlines a deal between an independent contractor and a wholesale distributor; however in reality they do not follow it as such. They force the independent contractor to work their (ACT) chosen hours and in no way is it the same way it is outlined in the employment contract. The contract states that the kirby system is to be wholesaled to the independent contractor and the contractor goes about reselling it at their own leisure and discretion. ACT however forces said contractors to go door to door selling the kirbys directly through ACT and does not accurately keep track of or pay out the agreed comissions. They force their way in to no solicitation areas, they HARASS and INTIMIDATE good natured people. Dispicable company. The kirby is a great product but these people are absolute horrible business people. I would not recommend doing any sort of buisness with them. There will be a class action in court coming soon for breach of contract.Addition 4/22/2019@4:45PM: Replying to Tina and Sean or Owner. You are correct, I myself have not worked for you. I am a third party who has viewed your contract and is in contact with former employees and current. The contract states the following cited paraphrased excerpts for simple example:Section 1: The distributor (thats you guys) shall sell to the dealer (the independent contractor) the kirby system.Section 2: The dealer will pay wholesale price for said kirby system and comission will be based off the difference of wholesale and retail prices to compensate dealer.Section 6: Dealer is to make clear to consumers they are not directly affiliated with, dependent or controlled by the distributor. Dealer will establish their own place to work times to work territory to work and freedom to engage in other commercial activities of their own accord. Dealer is not an agent or employee of the distributor.Section 10: Dealer will keep their own record of sales made for warranty of the kirby system purposes.Section 11: This contract supersedes all other agreements and constitutes the entire agreement of both parties and may only be edited or chaged by written agreement of both parties.Section 14: Local state laws are applicable to this agreement in ColoradoThe ACT company has not followed these contracts. Your independent contractors are not operating as outlined in the contract by direction and in good faith and trust of your company. The dealers are not buying the kirby system from you and reselling them to the consumers on their own terms; rather your company requires them to go door to door and sell the vacuums as middle men for your own profit. You and or your supervisors tell said dealers to let you handle paper work and to keep track of their sales and client info for them. You force them to work unreasonable hours not outlined any such way in the contract. You claim the right to forfeit pay agreed to through base work, commison and bonus which in violation of Colorado laws. There are major breaches in this contract that i will not fully cover publicly. We will not contact you at this point as it is evident you will not answer in private and are only concerned with seeming genuine to the public eye. Thank you

Rude! They came to my door offering to clean a room in my house. I declined, numerous times, saying I had 3 sick children sleeping in my house. They still ran off and got their cleaning guy and forced their way into our house. I had to force them out.

Obnoxiously Insistent Sales Team. Wish I Took A Picture So People Could Be Aware Of This Male & Female Team. So Pushy It Seemed Like It Was A Con To Look Inside The House. If I See Them Again I Will Report Them
