Looking for a computer tower? This is the place! My husband and I spent hours down in the springs. Mind you we live in the mountains. The springs are a 2 hour drive for us. We spent hours finding a place that sold computer towers, NOT labtops! I decided to call this place and Im happy I did. This place is incredible, knowledgeable and fairly priced. If youre looking for spanking new its gonna be 1300 plus. But they have refurbished ones for 700 or so. My husband loves his new computer and very pleased. Its able to do everything we need it to do with our web series. I will be coming back for sure.

I came in today for a simple 8 pin power cable to a readily available brand they had on the shelf. He tried to sell the idea that all PSU cables are proprietary, but failed to mention that there are only a few bulk manufacturers, so the rest is casing, lights and stickers. It was a far fetched upset for the 8.99 8pin to 2x 2+6pin gpu cable. Maybe he was a new guy? You sell corsair. They only brand the psu with a case and stickers and now flashy lights, so how proprietary are the cables really?

Only place in the springs that I can feel confident leaving my machine. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help. They’re willing to work with you and explain any repair in depth.As life becomes more hectic, and I find less time to work on my own stuff, I will be bringing all of my breakdowns directly to them.

Good people! went in with some questions on transferring data on an ssd, they offered me an adapter which woulda solved my problems. Luckily they wanted to test compatibility first and unfortunately my drive wasn’t. But they saved me the hassle and gave me suggestions on how what I need to look into to get my transfer done. Going to be back with them for sure.

Took my laptop in to see why it wasnt charging properly. Diagnostics were run right in front of me. Turned out the cord was bad and the person helping me immediately went to the back and dug through all the cords they had to find me a refurbished one. Cant beat the price and the quick service.

Honesty. That is how I will subscribe PC brokers.I took my laptop there a couple weeks ago. because it keep blanking out every time I opened a web page. They kept the laptop for a couple days and did a diagnosis on it. fix it and didnt charge me a dime.

Went in to purchase a monitor today. Had a gentleman help us for a good amount of time, and could not have been more helpful. Excellent advice and costumer service. Ended up purchasing a monitor and will be glad to return when Im in need of more parts for my computer.

Very friendly staff, no upsale. I started a new computer build and needed some parts, a power supply and a CPU cooler. They had both in stock but.... their prices are through the roof! Average prices for what I needed were 235.00 shopping online, Amazon, Best Buy ect.. I paid 310+ tax. NO MILITARY discount. If you need it now, great. If not, you would be better off ordering online. Cant comment on services.

Its a go-to when we want something a few steps up from fast food, but doesnt break the budget. I love their calzones and Italian nachoes, though Ive never had anything less than good meal, and usually better, from there. I dont believe they deliver, but they do have pickup service and work with Grubhub and other delivery services.

These guys are amazing. Helped with 2 laptops with issues. Had to order parts for my primary laptop. Backup, I was asking too much of. Too many windows and tabs in the windows. Prices are reasonable. Didnt charge for diagnostics or advice. Ill be happy to spend my money with them when repairs are completed.CANT RECOMMEND ENTHUSIASTICALLY ENOUGH.

I was looking to purchase a new computer and PC Brokers was recommended as a shop that also accepted trade ins. This is how I ended up there and I was more than happy with my experience there. I was given a very fair price for the laptop I traded in and after customization, the pc I purchased was very reasonably priced. I was not sold anything I didnt need and after experiencing a problem with the pc a couple weeks later. I was able to bring it right in and the service was no charge. I ended up having another small problem and the tech was able to take care of my problem over the phone. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff and I would highly recommend them for any of your computer needs.

Paid $172 for a psu that retails for $65. Im all about keeping my money local but come on. Unfortunately I will not be shopping here in the future. Too bad there arent many options locally. Looks like Ill be buying all my parts for a new gaming rig online.

Alright for the area I guess, wanted to charge me $65 to upgrade my bios with their CPU. It was a week out apt and described as pretty intensive. Not sure I would describe putting a cpu in and plugging a usb drive in as intensive, especially when I bring it in with no cpu in it already. But to be fair this is the only store in the area that even knew what I was talking about hardly or one other that did, sent me to these guys because they didnt have a processor on hand. Seems like were out here in no mans land. Cant comment on their ability but wasnt impressed with the pricing. AMD will send you one in the mail for free in about the same time frame and I just bought an actual processor on amazon for $100 delivered next day for free. So for $35 more I get to keep a processor and its done quicker. If youre over the age of 50 and got a virus this might be your spot, if you know about computers it doesnt seem like its the place to go. 4 stars for even knowing what I was talking about.

I stopped in to get a Ryzen 3900X tested. Josh helped me out and was able to confirm that my CPU was toast. Everyone seemed really friendly. Insurance paperwork is $35 which seemed a little pricey since all I needed was something that said Its broke but I understand you have to make money. Overall, great store.

PC Brokers is the best computer parts dealer in the Springs. Unlike the big box stores, PCB is truly a store for the PC hobbyist or PC gamer. The staff are highly knowledgeable and helpful with PC builds, and PCB often has items the big box stores dont have, especially cables and adapters.

I went to PC Brokers to get my new tower build checked out because it wouldn’t post. They took it in and diagnosed several issues all for free. They then tested the new motherboard I was going to buy to make sure that worked too, all for free. These guys are great and I will be back whenever I need anything PC related.

I brought in my older model Wacom Cintiq 21UX to have it hooked up to my computer.I was somewhat skeptic, considering this device was the first of its kind to be brought into this shop.But those guys at the shop have always been good to us in the past, whenever we bring our computers in.Nonetheless to say they prevailed in getting an old HID device to function with my computer. It works like a dream!I definitely recommend those guys.The employees are patient and very friendly.Theyre good at what they do, and enjoy a challenge, it seems!Go, and bring your computers with you, and let those guys work their magic! :)

Found this place after Best Buy delayed my order of RAM up to two whole weeks! Walked in, they had the RAM I wanted, and I was in and out in under five minutes.Definitely will shop here again!

Service is extraordinary, friendly people, but most of all service on our computers is always spot on. Virus issues, upgrades, and some how does this work stuff is answered immediately.

Very rude and treated me like I don’t know what I’m doing. I’ve built my own pc with out their help and know what everything is. They also over price everything because “their a small shop and won’t make a profit if they sell it for retail.” Be less judging of your customers and maybe your rating will go up to a 5 star.

Awesome folks work here!We had a brown out in Rural El Paso County today and my son woke up to find his desktop PC not powering on. I called a PC repair shop I had used in the past and was told to drop it of within a one hour window and wait days for a response.So I called PC Brokers hoping it was the PSU that got fried and not the MOBO. I was told to bring it by for a free diagnostic check (wow!) James figured out it was the PSU within 3 minutes (thank God.) He had one in stock (the other guy said COVID had them on back order) and put it in within 10 minutes. Did me a solid and blew out the dust. He also had an APC battery back-up surge protector on hand which I bought to prevent future issues. Hint: have one of these, I have one on my gaming rig and it was spared.I am handy with computers, but sometimes you need a professional and these guys are it. I will use them in the future. I dont have Facebook, so here is my positive review on Google.

I had an older PC with a two year old motherboard and fairly new Intel P7 processor. I originally went in to get a new PC with a four monitor setup. After some discussion I bought a new PC chassis, power supply and video card, upgraded the memory on the two year old motherboard and bought four new monitors. I now have the setup I wanted and I saved $1,500. Yes!!! These guys are great. I like them all, but especially Mike.

My husband purchased an x570 Aorus Ultra as well as a computer case from PC Brokers. It was priced at $399.00. We like to shop local whenever we can and support small businesses in the community (we used to own our own computer store so we get it) but we will never return to this place. When he returned home, my husband had to look up something online that was not included in the manual for the motherboard and found to his surprise that these motherboards were priced at $300 one year ago upon their release. They are now priced at all other computer stores for $289.00. For grins he looked up the case he purchased as well and found that it was overpriced by $40.00. When he called PC Brokers he intended to give them the benefit of the doubt thinking they were just mispriced. Instead, the person on the phone told him that he could just return the items - they would rather lose him as a customer then rectify the overcharging. My husband is on his way back to return the items and we will never ever shop this ripoff place again.

Incredibly nice people with an incredibly fair price. Each time I’ve come in (for separate devices) the service was as fast as they could humanly handle while still being of high quality.This last time I came in with a chromebook that wouldn’t charge, and after popping the back open, plugged in one single cable that had fallen out. They deemed a job like that too small to even charge for and wouldn’t accept payment. Really honest guys.

Had to take my PC back a couple of times and they fixed my gaming desktop PC and saved me from having further trouble! First issue being that I got a CPU fan error and the second issue was the CPU pins got bent. Both of them got re-solved and now it is running stable with no problems so far!

Great experience! My computer was making a weird scratchy noise and with some diagnostic testing, we realized it was the sound board inside my laptop. Josh (employee) helped me with a cheaper work around for the problem so I didnt have to spend a fortune. Would highly recommend.

I had a stripped screw on my laptop(prior repair left it stripped) I had replaced the battery and needed the screw fixed. I went into PC Brokers and they got the stripped screw out. No charge and great friendly service. I know where Ill be going when I need a PC repair in the future.
