I work for a company based in Southern Oregon, and we were put in touch with Andrew and Matthew at Rain Tech because of some issues weve been having for the past 7 months. They spent a great deal of time talking with me and our IT guys trying to help us through the issue merely because they had had a similar issue with one of their clients, and they wanted to help us out if they could. They even checked in with me the next day to see how things were going. I dont know yet if theyve managed to fix the problem, but their dedication and willingness to help us out spoke wonders to me. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone who was even slightly considering them. Theyre very quick to respond to phone calls and emails, and theyre incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and very dedicated.
