My computer died, totally. I had another computer in the house but was clueless as to how to transfer all my date to the other computer. I called TeamLogic IT and explained what happened. They said bring it in we should be able to pull everything from your dead computer to this other one. Capri worked on my computer, he was fantastic !! Very fast and knew what he was doing ! I went in to pick it up the next day, Capri sat with me explained what he did, showed me everything he as able to recover. I left very happy, the next day i couldnt find some files which i knew were there somewhere, i called them, Capri went remote into my computer, found what was missing, did some additional trouble shooting and i am good to go ! Always quick, helpful, and kind. My tech issues are usually solved in under 24hrs if not immediately. Even problems I thought were too obscure they were able to solve (such as a setting in Word that prevented my images from showing up when pasted).
