I have been coming to this shop for a few years for good work at fair prices—he has relocated to 225 S. Academy, and that is not reflected with his online info.Sadly, a pair of light denim jeans I took to him straight from Gap Cherry Creek has stain markings that did not exist prior to his tailor work.He lied to me and said the marks were there prior...I have not even worn the jeans, and saw them each time I tried them on at all angles. As I have been going for years, I recall seeing children on-site from time to time.If a coloring project ended up happening on top of my jeans, he could have just offered a markdown on the work to compensate.Rather, he tried to brush it off and started complimenting the jacket I’d also had him tailor. I give two stars because it’s been straightforward service, otherwise—but I’ll be damned if I bring any higher-priced items to him to be marred and lied to about.Good work, but not the most honest or reputable customer service.
Cesar came highly recommended by a trusted friend. I dropped off a service coat with a quick hem on the sleeves and officers braid on the cuff (very quick work, a 1-2 day item on-base). I returned a week later on the agreed-upon date which he verified on the receipt, but he had not even started the job. He asked if I could pick up the item the next afternoon, but this was for a ceremony that next day. We went back and forth on the time. The item was done by the next day just before the ceremony and I was charged the full price. Absolutely will not be returning and neither will the friend that suggested Cesar in the first place.
He does amazing work. I needed to have 3 suits altered in just a few days. He stayed open late to get all the measurements done, helped with some questions about fit and size, and was able to get them done in a few days. This is by far the best work and best quality Ive seen done on my clothes. Many other places claim to have a tailor, but they really have a seamstress. At Mens Warehouse, I had to send pants back 4 times before they got them right. Cezars work looked perfect the first time. This man knows mens clothing, and will highly recommend him to anyone needing a good, professional, fun tailor.
Cesar was amazing! Honest and prompt.
Fantastic and for reasonable prices. Never been less than absolutely satisfied with everything he’s done. Great with a professional wardrobe and even an expensive sheet I needed patched. He’s not a drive-thru alterations shop. It’s done well the first time, and that requires time.
Pricing is fair . But you won’t be called to let you know your items are ready. Oh and when you call after a week of him having it, he sounded like he hadn’t even started and asked for two more hours. The amount of times he took my name and number is hilarious, and for what? He never even called!
I have been going to Arroyo for years. Arroyo does fantastic work. You will be hard pressed to find someone that can do it better. His timelines are fluid so I have learned not to bring anything in that needs to be done fast. He has missed times that he has quoted but the quality of his work is worth it to me.
I just needed a hem and taper. I took an example in, got a quote, and was told to be back in a week. Went back and he forgot to do the taper, verified the quoted price again. Went back two days later and was charged $30 more than first quoted even after not doing my pants right the first time. He was insistant that I pay the $30 more. Will not be going back.
Got my tux pants hemmed, good, fast work and inexpensive
One of the most unprofessional shops I have seen. Does not honor timeline quotes, & will not even give you a courtesy call to tell you he is running behind. Once completed garments are done according to our agreement.
Affordable price and satisfactory work. Will go back in the future.
Very Expensive. 9days to take in less than 1/4 in on the sleeves of 2 jackets.
$35 for a zipper is crazy. Wont be going here ever again. Way to pricey!
Cezar really cares about the quality of his work.
Awesome work and very fast
