I called to make an appointment, and it really seemed like they did not want my business. On the actual day of my appointment, my GPS took me to the wrong address on a completely different side of town and I called and the person I talked to showed no sympathy, and made it sound like this has happened to others before. If it has happened in the past, maybe you should tell someone when they make the appointment so they end up at the right place. I ultimately decided to go somewhere else because the customer service I received just during the 3 phone calls was not good

Laurie did an awesome job on two of my coats replacing a slider on one and a replacing a garbage plastic zipper on the other coat with a new metal one. Cheap and fast. Obviously very experienced. Doesnt have many reviews because she just went out on her own.

Laurie does absolutely incredible work. She worked on my wedding dress and it is absolutely beautiful. She is quick and thorough and more than willing to make adjustments to make it just what I wanted. Highly recommend!

Laurie went above and beyond to alter my floor length formal gown last minute. I needed the gown hemmed and taken in and Laurie did amazing, seamless work (pun intended 😋) all in four hours. I will be using her services again in the near future!
