We have used this car wash for over 6 years. Normally very reliable. It looks like the second stall from the far left, so the second automated car wash, has a new automated nerve center. When I went there today, I centered the car between the equipment on either side and prepared for the normal wash. When the right arm came around it rotated to a 90-degree position to spray and promptly snapped my passenger side mirror and housing the way it is not supposed to go. Now I have to replace the entire passenger mirror assembly. There should be something in place, so this does not happen. Now I am out the cost of a new passenger side mirror assembly, which is expensive, all from a $9 car wash.

Avoid. May be closed down. Used to be a great place to wash your car, but in the past several months nothing seems to work. Not the automated bays or the hand wash bays. Cant seem to activate the washes. This is not a one time thing. Ive tried on several occasions and find other drivers attempting various bays only to drive away too. If you go here, be prepared to drive away disappointed.

Were new to the area and decided to try this car wash since it is convenient to my childrens schools and to our house. I paid for the automatic drive through wash and my car looks no cleaner than when I drove in! This is not stuck on dirt, it is simple dust. (Please see the attached photos.) An utter waste of my money that I should be refunded. Ill drive further away for a much better car wash for the same price and get free vacuums as well.

Nice car wash in the Rockrimmon area. Has additional cleaning options not normally available at a self-service like special pre-soak and tire cleaner that use a different wand.It was $2 to start and $4 easily cleaned my boxy Scion to include pre-soak, power wash, power rinse, clear coat and spot-free rinse.The bays accept $5 & $1 bills and quarters. Also credit/debit cards, $2 minimum charge.One of the vacuums is broken is why I dont give it a 5 star rating

I have to go one star for this place and will now stop using it. I have used the CC machine and pressed stop each time as instructed. I still get charged $15 each time. Tried for the last time today...made sure to hit stop. The light changed and the water quit flowing. Get home to check the staement...$15. From the other comments here its obvious that they will make you eat it. Too bad...its a nice place and really convenient. See ya!

The car wash did not clean our truck. Did not get the soap off. Did not dry the truck.

I decided to try this car wash today, only to realize that I was charged a total of $30 for my 5 minute car wash. I attempted to call the owner to receive a refund but voicemail box is full. I would like to get this resolved and get my money back. I was only supposed to be charged $8.

STAY AWAY! Nothing works except the payment machine. Will take your money, but the wash bays dont work. Called the phone number on the window, of course it is an invalid number.

Great car wash in an area where there are limited options. Everything works as it should and Ive never really had any issues in the year that Ive been going here. My favorite thing is that Ive never had to wait for a bay to open up. I also appreciate that the vacuums are after the wash so Im not stuck waiting for an empty bay while someone vacuums.Only things I would change are minor: Not a fan of the 90* fittings between the hose and the brush, that angle makes it harder to prevent the hose from slapping my car as I scrub. Ive also never been able to use the small treatment gun (pre wash soak and conditioner maybe?) because the pressure and volume are painfully low...like theres a lot of air in the system or something just for those products.Other than those two things, this place does the trick and Ill continue to use it for quick and convenient cleans. Thank you!

I was at the automated wash this weekend and put cash in the machine. The car wash stopped working for the car in front of me. I’ve called 3 times and left messages and can’t get anyone to call me back.Crooks! They provide a number but won’t return your calls.I’ve learned the hard way not to use them again!

Tried here three different days/times. The credit card machine never works. Big waste of my time coming here.

My credit card was charged for an automatic carwash, but the car wash did not work. I call the number on the kiosk, reached the voicemail, left a message and never heard back. Frequently the automatic washers are down. Moving on to an attended carwash at a gas station or car wash business.

I took my car for a car wash here and whatever is in the pre soak foam ate away my paint! Theres splotches everywhere my car looks like trash and I think the only way Im going to be able to fix it is by buffing the whole car! This should NEVER happen DO NOT GO HERE

Put my card in to pay for the upgraded service. Water started and then shut down no other equipment started, no prompts to move up, no action happened.Tried the transaction again, same result.My card was charged for both failures,, my bank is handling the reimbursement.I try to give this company a chance bc it is close and convenient many times, 80% there is a problem

Edit: Right auto wash the under sprayer has a massive leak so all the water goes to the left wallConvenient location and the prices are decent. Never really to busy except maybe the weekends during summer which is nice. Four self serve spots with two automatic washers that can be hit or miss at times. (Usually its a broken part but the owners are on top of maintenance)

Had trouble with the debit card machine. It didnt want to work, but still charged me $10.00 two days later. Bring cash, if you want to wash your car here.

First time I go to this car wash and was charged 15 dollars for a five minute car wash. On the sign it said I should have only been charged 6 dollars. I called the owner multiple times and tried to leave a voicemail but mail box was full. This is not right and would like to have this issue resolved.

Went to this car wash a couple days ago chose the self wash. Was just going to rinse my car off with water. I swiped my card and it didnt work so I swiped again and it worked. I checked my bank account and it charges me $15.00 to rinse my car with water. Thats it. It was just water. $15.00 for water? Really? Do not come here.

I use this car wash often. Vaccuums work great. Not usually busy. Car wash is not over priced like other car washes in town. I come here often.

I have been to this car wash many times. The price is great and the services are superb. Not ever crowded, though they should be. Other washes around the area are more expensive with less options and busier, I dont get it.I usually spend about 5 or 6 bucks washing my car. I noticed on my last credit card statement that I was charged 15 dollars when I know I was not there that long. I contacted the business to figure it out. I received a response within a day about the issue. Turns out I didnt push the stop button this time, so it was my fault. That didnt matter. I was still refunded the 10 dollar difference even though I made the mistake.This is customer service at its finest. I recommend this car wash to everyone I know who cares for quality service at a great price.

By far my favorite carwash! Its conveniently located. Great selection of products to use at the manual wash bays. The automatic wash is great for when im in a hurry. The vacuums are never clogged, and the trash bins are never too full. Prices cannot be beat!

Nice little car wash. They have a self cleaning station and vacuums. They also have a machine that will give you change in dollar coins.

My experience here is less than average at a car wash. I chose a self wash, and put in two dollars. I think this machine was broken because it gave me two minutes. While trying to wash my car, its soap was low so almost nothing was going onto my car. My time ran out, what seemed sooner than 2 minutes as I had only gotten one door washed at this point, just struggling with the soap to come out. The water pressure was also very low and I had a hard time rinsing. I put my card in after the initial time was up, and it charged my card but told me to still enter payment. I tried this several times not thinking it was charging each time, but my bank stated otherwise. I eventually gave up and went to get the trash from my car. There was broken glass allover the ground. I wont return to this location.

Horrible car wash, it is 2019 get working card readers no one has quarters anymore, one of the vacuums were broken into and was in pieces on the ground. I had to go to safeway come back to find out the change machine was out of order. I left and went to a better business that wanted my money .

Great car wash!! Had an issue with payment and the owner called me promptly to explain! Fyi, when you wash your car here it will show that its pulling $15 but it will actually only pull for the time used. Have been using this wash for years and will continue to use this car wash! Best in town!!

Great car wash easy and convenient. I did have a $15 charge on cc. But after talking with the owner, I learned it was my fault for not pushing the stop button after I was finished with my wash. She was very gracious and reimbursed me the charge. I will definitely go back. Nice and clean!!!

Premier Car Wash is the best self service car wash in the area. Always clean and well-managed. I lost $2 in the machine recently and Tonya gave me a prompt refund. Great customer service!

Went to the manual bay and used my credit card, washed for a couple minutes and hit the stop button after wash. Looked at my statement the next day and it showed $15 charge/pending. Called owner to get correction, went to voice mail...... The Owner called me back after I posted a 1 star review, she explained the card will show pending $15, then a few days latter it should show the correct amount processed. It did so I adjusted the stars. Mechanically the wash was good, still do not like the pending $15 preauthorization method, but what else can they do?

I was there earlier today (1/26/17). I had spent some time thoroughly cleaning out the inside of my car before I was going to wash and then vacuum. A white BMW crept past the bay entrance, and then suddenly blocked the exit to the wash bay. I thought it was a guy needing directions, it was the owner. He proceeded to yell at me for throwing a bag of garbage in the dumpster, just like any car wash customer does. He went psychotic, ballistic and, scared me. As I got in my car and tried to reverse out of the bay (because he had pinned me in), I couldnt drive off fast enough. He, THE OWNER, then tried to stuff the garbage bag through a four inch opening in my passenger window. I didnt try to drive away, for fear that I may run him over. He managed to break the bag into my window and dump garbage all over my front seat! I felt terrorized and assaulted by him, to the point where I called 911 and met with local police to file a report.Maybe he was having a bad day. Maybe he thought I was just loitering at his business. If he hadnt been psycho, I had planned to wash and vacuum my car.This man is psychotic. DO NOT GIVE HIM YOUR BUSINESS!!! I doubt that this was his first time being verbally and physically violent to someone. He was so quick to anger and infantile behavior that it seemed like a regular thing for him.Here is the public photo that he and his wife have published on another public review site. I also thought it was telling that she (co-owner/wife) reviewed their business on yelp or yahoo. She (Tonya) gave it 5 stars, commenting that there was great service. If great service means being attacked by the owner, maybe try spending your money at a place that has bad service.I will not ever go back, and I hope that you think twice about going to Premiere Car Wash. If you decide to go, make sure you dont throw any garbage away, you may end up with all of it dumped in your front seat. There is another self wash about a mile from Premiere, at Rockrimmon and Delmonico. Its not flashy, but at least you dont leave traumatized. What a ridiculous nightmare this guy was. The officer that came to take my report equally agreed.

A lot of soap, yes. Clock seems faster than normal and spotless rinse created more spots. Trash everywhere. Maybe good when new but definitely not now.

Prices are competitive but the quality of the soap is sub-par. My car was still left looking dirty afterwards when normally it looks clean. That is the purpose after all.

This car wash is SO convenient since it takes credit cards and only charges you for time used. The trick with that is to make sure you hit the STOP button on the CREDIT CARD swiper thing, not just turning the car wash knob to stop! The owner is very friendly and will refund your card if you forget - just give her a call!

I believe this is the biggest and fanciest car wash in Pueblo so if you have a car that is not just a beat up Celica you might like to go here compared to other places.

I was charged twice once at 3:19 pm for 15.00. This charge was valid and I made sure to press the stop button when I was done. I received a second charge at 3:53 pm for 12.79. I dont know why. All charges occurred on the same day 06/03/14 I tried to contact the owner Tonya. But never heard anything back. I do not recommend anyone giving a careless owner business.

Bought the middle wash for $8.00. Yhe price was fine, but the car was still dirty when done. The dust was still all over the sides and the bumpers. The tires werent washed (paid for that). No person there or number to call to discuss the troubles.

25 cents gets you about 20 seconds of time.. Where Im from its 50 seconds.. Ive been washing vehicles for 18 years and it shouldnt cost me $15 to soap, rinse, and spot free a pickup. Wont be returning.

Great, clean car wash that never fails to give plenty of soap near the Safeway at Vindicator & Rockrimmon. The automatic wash does a great job on cars. Those people who complained about the $15 charge did not push the STOP button as the signs tell you to do. Owners are very nice when theres an issue-number is posted in the bays if you have a problem-they give great customer service. ps-(Im the owner and strive to handle every issue that comes up. I tried going to the automatic car wash and not the self wash. I selected the $8 wash, swiped my car, and I didnt know what my next step was. The instruction was not straight forward like most car wash. Then I realized it asked for a code and I was just scratching my head as to what the code was and I wasnt sure if that was for my pin number or a coupon code? I called for customer service for help and no one answered. I backed out and decided to leave. No wonder no one comes to this place. Im going back to the other car wash where it makes sense and I very much prefer the kind of car wash where you pay and pull forward then it automatically pulls your car in a treadmill style. You guys are in due for an upgrade. The pay machines look like it is 10+ years old. Get a touch screen or something like that. And the command prompt was almost impossible to read in broad daylight. Cant read a dang word! Sorry to say this but this was my worst experience yet.

The prices for the self serve are horrible ! Ive never spent so much to wash my car. The soap doesnt rince off so youve got to keep feeding the machine quarter after quarter. Dont get it on your skin or itll stain. After this experience I dont think Ill ever use a self serve car wash again.
