Paid for the full detailing, will never come back as there is still gravel on my carpet, surfaces weren’t cleaned, windshield wasn’t cleaned, and my carpet still had a coffee on it which is the whole reason it was detailed. I could have done a better job with an armorall wipe on my interior. It is very clear this place just wants to take money and has no attention to detail.

I come here quite often. The folks are nice and they care about their work. I would give it 5 stars, but sometimes when they get busy, they fall further behind then they should. I know it’s hard to find good help right now. So I get it. So, ok. 4.5 stars. :) I still use them every time I am on this side of town!

Good grief...could a car wash get any better? I think not. Great job on my car but when I got in I noticed the drivers floor had not been vacuumed. I checked the rest of the car and they did a good job. I had to rush to an appointment. After the appointment, I went back, went in the bldg to tell them. I barely got the issue explained when Mike, the Manager walked out of his office. He was so apologetic. I told him I felt it was simply an oversight and I wasnt the least bit upset. I think maybe, my reaction was a surprise to him. He brought my car around back, finished up and brought my car back. Then he touched up the inside front seat to perfection. We ended up talking and had the best conversation. An amazing man. I like his work ethic. Hes been working there for 19 years. That has to say something about his character and the business. This is now my car wash go to. Its not as close as another car wash place, but its worth going somewhere I know I can trust.Thank you Mike!

Great service for my vehicle! My 2001 Toyota Camry has been in my family for nearly 2 decades ; I grew up in the backseat!! You can imagine what dirt, coffee, and soda spill built up in that time. Now that it is my car, I wanted to deep clean the interior before embarking on a summer road trip. I remember my parents taking to Waterworks before and being enamored by watching the cars pass through the wash.I brought my car by and explained what I wanted. The gentleman who greeted me was very helpful and sold me on a package that would meet all my needs. The time to wait took less than that the guesstimate given me, and the waiting area was cool and comfortable. I was able to check-in on my vehicle.The highlight had to be afterwards when the Detail Manager, Angel, generously offered for me to come back soon for her and the team to go over my vehicle carpet again to redo the deep set stains. Im happy to say after a second trip, the deep stains from my childhood are faint!! My car smells and looks new!

Second time there. Person did not pressure wash under fenders. To big of hurry, started wash before he could do it. Person at end of line nice. Stated to go back around. Did not have time was on lunch break.

I got a Ceramic wash ($29) plus the ceramic wheel ($4). I pulled in and the guy doing the check in was nice and tried to up sell everything. No big deal. He told me he was going to vacuum the whole inside and get everything cleaned. Gave me the ticket went inside. Front desk staff was nice and explained the process and what I paid for to me when I asked to double check it was the right wash.Now the car is finished, a lady with a attitude walked over and yelled “Honda” it was a hot day so I bypassed the attitude and realize they are in the sun all day. No big deal. I handed her my ticket and she said “Have a nice day”. Usually they stick around the make sure everything is satisfactory.I opened my driver side door and noticed the inside was NOT vacuumed. The floor mats were flipped over but did not even get touched by the vacuum. I looked up to alert staff and NOONE was outside to tell. Walked around the car, crumbs on the seat, all the floor mats dirty, dirt mark on the door and side where you get in. Water spots on the doors, trunk and hood where they didn’t dry it.I stood outside for a few minutes and no one came out. So I decided to leave as I did not feel like going back in and waiting in line again.I usually go to the academy location, last time I went here, I again had a bad experience with the way they cleaned the car. “Just ask” was the motto but no one was there to ask. I paid $33 for a cash wash and got no where near the money worth or what they advertised.

This place is legendary! Legendary services! Dedicated customer service! Top of the line quality and the best in the industry in my opinion!

I specifically asked them to turn the brushed off so it would not tear up my front license plate, they didnt. Some manager came out and bent it kind of back to place, but now the frame and the license plate and mount are all slightly bent. out of shape. going for a $14 car Wash come out with a bill for a $20 license plate frame of $20 license plate Mount and a $10 license plate replacement fee. Manager offered me a free wash but Im not going to let them touch my car again.

The positive is that Lori and the front desk woman are really wonderful people and one of the reasons I hesitate to write a review. However I spent over 165 dollars there for deep interior clean. Unfortunately they did not do some of the basics like getting the dirt from the speedometer and really cleaning around the vents and shifting stick. I also had them steam the seats and unfortunately they also looked over several spots on the seat that had a dusty residue and dirt. For the price I paid any person I had look over the job was not impressed. Lesson learned but would highly suggest keeping an eye out for these things and knowing before you decide to use this specific location.

Not worth money spent then charged me for another month vip even after left messages and sent pics that day. Told me have car detailed in hr almost 2 hrs. Was late for apt had to reschedule. When all had to do was tell me couldnt be done. Not worth it!... Update got email oct 5 asking for my tag number so can look at my account... Well have heard nothing since... Not a we received your tag info, which by way, can see in the pics. Then get the flyer pic of details under 30 mins. Hell had my car for almost 2 yrs for a detail and wash. Asked while there if was place for me and 90 yr old to eat yes right next door. After pushing her in wheelchair nextdoor only doing drive Thur... Well thats awesome send us nextdoor without a vechile so have to push her back and no food! Yes very mad about this lack of customer concern and service.

Great job, great price, and fast! We live outside of town [50+ miles], so getting the car clean is always an adventure. Too hot, too windy, too cold, Colorado dust is in the air and lands on the car right after the final rinse. So, getting the job done - including wash, rinse, wax, wheel cleaning, vacuuming, and drying - in just a few minutes while were in town is great. We mostly go during the week, and usually in the morning, so we never have to wait for the automatic wash or the vacuums.Weve had two cars detailed here before we sold them - and got full asking price! Coincidence? I think not.Well definitely be back!

Start with the pros: Angel was amazing with us. She was kind and remained professional. The cashier lady. She was kind, never once was rude during our ordeal. Good customer service on both their ends.Cons: poor detail!! Skipped a door completely, didn’t vacuum correctly (like they claim they do), the detail team seems lazy and I don’t even know what took them 3hrs to do when I see only a shampoo was done (we paid for the package that was suppose to be more than a shampoo).The manager is what really got me. He tried rushing us. He was only polite until we asked for a refund. He didn’t take anything seriously. The whole thing was a joke. Minute we asked for a refund (politely at that) he said whatever and literally rushed away and threw a fit. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!! I pray this business gets a new detailing team who will actually do their jobs and a new manager for the place. I can’t believe how rude that was. He claimed over the phone that they spent hours on the vehicle..where??Angel was literally the one higher up person there that felt terrible and she honestly did her very best. I do respect her for that and appreciate the help.

My kids and I LOVE coming here!! Its an awesome car wash show, excellent monthly price for membership and best of all - free vacuums!! Having 3 littles - this place is worth its weight in gold!! The staff are incredibly hard workers, fast, thorough and even hand dry your vehicle!! They are always so polite too!!

Seems like great people 😜 work there. The other day it was raining and I decided to go underneath the tree across the street and start doing the rain dance or something like that and stay dry at the same time while I was kind of waiting for it to pass and waiting for my friend and they were across the street and even though I was being a goofball they didnt seem to notice; great job I say. Im going to fly a 🦆 sign for them. 😏☺️😳

Completely disappointed! Was quoted $39 to clean inside (vacuum, windows, dash) plus wash/shine up outside. My wife got there and was upsold to a $60 package and when she got to the car, windows hadn’t been done, dash hadn’t been cleaned - NOTHING! Then everyone acts like they do t know what happened but for $11 MORE they can clean the inside now. Horrible!

I highly recommend this car wash! The staff are always friendly and helpful! My car always looks great when I leave! Well if you like spending $30 for basic exterior wash, carpet vacuum (front only) dashboard wipe (no seats/doors/jambs) streaky windows from using damp cloths, and poor service, this is your place. Enjoy.

I paid for the entire interior to be cleaned (shampoo, vacuum, deodorize, polish etc) for $150 and was told it would take two hours. I was also told there were some spots that would not be able to be removed which I understood because my car had never been detailed before. Almost 3 hours later I was told my car was done and to inspect it; I found and mentioned and few things to the person who cleaned my car and his supervisor; they only focused on one of the doors that I pointed out. I figured the other things were minor and could be done by myself. When I got home and took out my mats from the hatch to dry I noticed it appeared to not be vacuumed/ cleaned at all. As I inspected the car more I found more and more problems. I filled out the feedback card that was given to me and reported all the problems I found the same day and never heard back for their “satisfaction guarantee”. I ended up calling a mobile detailer who was able to clean the seats and remove all of the “unremovable stains” and did an excellent job of cleaning the doors and vacuuming.

Great service, my car was cover in bugs, Texas dirt and highway grind. After the car wash my car was shiny and new!!! 👌👌 Time to explore Colorado springs⛽⛽

Great carwash. Nowhere near a detail center. Interior was cleaned but not detailed. Air vents and crevices dirty. Jams left dirty. Carpet shampooing barely done. Carpets still mostly dry. Backs of seats not touched. Still lots of dirty plastic panels. On the exterior, the employee doing the delivery had to spend 20 minutes getting oveesprayed wax off the black plastic trim/wheel moulding. Paild $250 for at most a $75 service. Would not recommend. Very disappointed.

This place had the best customer service I’ve ever received. Not just from car washes, but any business I’ve ever used. Everyone was so kind and helpful and they really were just great all around. Let me shout you pictures, please. The only part that isn’t dirty is the outside. Where humans weren’t involved. First time customer and last time customer. Oh, and I asked for not scent. I got something that smelled like a means latrine.

Worse car wash I ever had. They were supposed to vacuum the floors on the inside of my car but instead they flipped the floor mats to make it seem like the inside was clean. Do not suggest this place for anyone.

Outside of truck was ok, inside was done by someone with poor eyesight. Got the full package and couldve paid my teen $20 for the same quality. Streaky windows, spotty armor all and they obviously didnt even touch the floor mats?? Never again

My husband and I went to wash my car this weekend there, after they washed my car I noticed that a piece was missing on my windshield wiper I let the manager know what happened and he told me how do I know if it was already like that . It was an insult I was not asking for my money I just wanted them to fix the part that was broke. An older gentleman before us was missing something on his car as well. They were very unprofessional I would not go there if I were you guys.

Brought car for ultimate full service carwash, car was not vacuumed, lousy wire down job. I would definitely say this was not worth the money! would not recommend to anyone!!

If I’m going to pay 30 bucks to get my car cleaned inside an out I feel I should have to go over their work. They rush to vacuum the inside, dirt still was in my seats, an the wash alone wasn’t that good. For what they did i couldn’t of saved that money an went to a drive through car wash an vacuumed it myself

Car sat there for close to 2 hours before anyone started on it. Probably would have been longer if I would have not said anything. There were several things that needed reassessed when they were complete.

Finally happy to find a hands on carwash/detail. I drove up, picked my detail and was done in an hour. When I saw my car and pointed out a few bugs left on the front they immediately took care of it. My car hasnt looked this good in a while. Will definitely be bringing my cars back for care. They also have a membership free of charge!

I came here to try to get someone to clean about 4 quarts of motor oil of of my mini coopers floorboard. The detail manager didnt know how well the job could be done and I dont blame him. It was the biggest mess Id had in my vehicle and honestly ever seen. Without hesitation he asked me to bring my mini into the garage and started assesing the situation. In about 45 min I came back and the whole floorboard looked brand new. It was a black carpet so that was lucky for me I cant say that youd get the same outcome with another color. However if you bring your car here to be detailed they will do everything to make sure you get the best possible result. I also was able to get a car wash and im very impressed. Im very happy with the way the crew helped me and especially happy with the work. Definitely an unexpected surprise! 5 stars through and through. Great work gentlemen! Also I was turned down by many others due to the fact that the job was too much for them.. Accidents happen but now I know who I will go to to get my vehicle looking spotless.

Got an amazing wash. One of the best washes that I have ever had top to bottom, with the hand dry at the end. Was very quick. Loved the price. They did not try to get me to buy the most expensive thing. Instead, they recommended what would be best for my car based on the make, model, and how new it was. Because the manager was so honorable and respectful with my sons used car I will definately be going back with our new Tesla.

My dog had an accident in my forester and they got in me in the same day before closing. They did a fantastic job and the customer service has been great so far.Car doesnt smell anymore unless you really get close to the seat and I have leather heated seats...

I was willing to buy their membership. I tried it several times. I decided that it would be better for me to go to a touch less car wash. Because after using their car wash a metal piece fell off of my car. And other pieces seem to be loose. I asked for a refund. They told me that I would be charged. Even though the first charge was not due for 30 days. I’ve worked in customer service for over 20 years. The way that I was treated is unacceptable. I will be discussing this with my credit card company. To make sure I receive a full refund.

You get what you pay for. Its a cheap detail with even cheaper results.

I’ve been coming to this location exclusively since 2015/2016 when we moved back. I didn’t let anyone else work on “Red” & now I have “Pearl” & I won’t let anyone else touch her. They leave my car flawless. Don’t come in here trying to pay $50 bucks for a full detail cause you’re outta luck. Expect to pay $130 + for a flawless interior/exterior detail worth every penny. Ms.Vicki detail manager is a darling, she’s truly passionate about the work & it shows. I visit every 2/3 months & it’s honestly something I look forward to. Like I said they leave “Pearl” spotless ✨& looking brand new. She’s 3 but looks brand new thanks to frequent visits to Water Works on Nevada.

SUPERB COMPANY Ive been a customer since they first opened waaaaay back in the early 1980s. The employees here are always professional, fast, and extremely courteous. I have never had a bad experience, and my vehicles have always been immaculate after going through their service. No matter what I have asked (including a deep clean that involved removing a disgusting stench!) WW have always delivered. Definitely WW is the best in town!

Ive been struggling trying to find a good car wash that cleans my car completely and after weeks of searching, I came up on this place and finally my searching was over. They have EXCELLENT service and they are FAST and GREAT at their job, they even get the door jams. I highly recommend this place!!!

They were efficient and kind. Im a teacher and they gave me a free cleaning. Im very grateful.

Used to work here if you treat the attendance fairly you never asked for a better place to go and have your car taken care of and you dont have to worry about anything ever getting taken

First time there. They put my car by the end of the driveway. So it was ignored after I spoke with management for the long wait he said he would personally take care of it. So I waited and when my vehicle was finally ready the windows were not done the back was not vacuumed. I will not be returning for sure...😠

Dont ask them to clean a dirty car! I brought a well used car to them and I expressed that I wanted it detailed like it was going on the car lot.I was assured that this was no problem. First lie. Then when they were done, I wasnt satisfied. Second try, still filthy.Well, its a very dirty car.No, REALLY? WHY do you think I brought it to a CAR WASH, AND paid for a detail? I asked for a refund. No refund. Well give you a free wash. They kept my $. Almost $200.00! I havent been back.

I worked here for two days wasnt working out so I got a new job waiting to get my check wensday 9/9/2020 wasnt there so I waited until today the 10th still no check when all day waiting for the phone call to figure out what happen I get the call 9 minutes before they close to well I cant make a 20 minute drive in 9 so now I have to wait another day to get a paycheck I should have gotten already they are slimy people who lie right to your face ran by a bunch of children i have never worked for a more dishonest place in my life.

I had my car washed and detailed, very professional, paid amazing attention to detail. The establishment was clean and management did a great job of sorting stuff out when someone stole the machine outside. Will definitely be going back often.

Made my car look and smell like it was brand new, the service toon an extra 2.5 hours though and I had to call right before closing to get it back. Other than that hiccup great service.

These guys rock !!😃 All the 7 washes Ive brought my car into full service wash they do such a fantastic job on Windows the exterior detail and vacuuming of my car which i use for work as zTrip taxi the service writer Jèsus knows me after only a handful of washes he already knows what I want done the detail team that takes care of the car after the wash they are the best the best experience Ive ever received since signing up for the gold card membership that another zTrip driver told me about and its worth it plus it saves money coming in several times a week and I could come in anytime theyre open for a wash they do such a fantastic job on my vehicle Im recommending this location to everyone I canKEEP UP THE GOOD WORK GUYS‼️ 😁

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!! Tried this place out for the first time. Got done with the detail and went home, I ended up having to vacuum out the car myself because you could run your hands over the seat an gave particles easily fly off. We also upgraded the regular wash to the rim and wax package for $10 more, paid almost $30 and still had dirt on the rims, an water spots on the car, no ‘lemon smell” inside either and dirt still on the dash. I’m so disappointed and would not recommend to go.

Been going here for awhile, have a membership as well. Every time I go there are always spots left with the express wash. So always have to go home and wipe it down again. I go back thinking maybe it will get better. Well today is the last straw. Upgraded to a detail, and looks like they barely vacuumed and wiped everything down. Rims are still dirty, spots every where. What am I paying for? Don’t waist your time or money . I have given them several chances.

The only full-service car wash in SW Colorado Springs. They do both exterior and interior. $19 without any adders. I started going there when it was $9 for the same thing. Great job ridiculously expensive

I was not Impressed at all.. $160 detail and they didnt even touch my windshields, windows, or floor mats. Very disappointed!

Highly unimpressed. When they finished with my car they handed me a comment card and walked away. I almost drove off when I realized that my passenger rear window was down. I went to roll it up and it wouldnt roll up. I got out of my car and there wasnt an employee to be found. I waited a few minutes before finding someone to bring me a manager.Had the manager come out right away and asked me what was wrong the conversation wouldve been very short. It appears that someone rolled my window down and for whatever reason was unable to get it back up. Next time I would appreciate it if your staff would bring this to my attention vs. saying nothing and walking away. Obviously there is something wrong with my window motor but there was still a teaching moment in there for a young staff member. I would not have been upset at all had someone told me about it.HOWEVER, what instead happened is that I waited over 15 minutes for the manager to appear. So I decided to go inside to find him myself. When he finally appeared he immediately started defending his staff saying that they probably didnt know. I find it hard to believe that someone rolled down my window and didnt know that it wouldnt go back up. How often do they return clean vehicles with one rear window rolled down? Someone knew they hit the button. The managers final statement was, I dont know what you want me to do. Obviously something is wrong with your car.I drive a very nice but older vehicle. Im good with the fact that something is probably wrong with the window motor. I will go get it fixed. I do not appreciate the extra time taken out of my day to deal with a manager who handles issues such as these so poorly. A simple apology and a promise to discuss the scenario with staff would have been more than sufficient. But instead everyone was trying to ignore and cover it up which only makes it seem like they may have been at fault. Further more, when someone has a complaint and they want to speak with a manager, making the customer wait only shows that you are uninterested in their concern. If you are truly tied up send out another staff member to apologize and explain that you, the company or the manager, respects the customers time and the manager will be out as soon as he possibly can.Perhaps some management and customer service training are in order?
