Nice place and nice staff. The car wash i bought was 20.00 it washed most of my car but left a little dirty on. They have free vaccums but the first on i tried didnt work right. 2nd on worked fine. They also sell addtional items like air fresher and one time use cleaners.

I have membership services with this location for first one, and now two vehicles. The wash is pretty good, I like that its a hot wash and leaves your car very shiny! But I do notice that sometimes it seems like the wash is much faster than normal or that it doesnt run through the full services, not sure if its a time of day issue, or just an occasional issue, but overall I am happy with the cleaning of my vehicles. I would recommend asking the staff to pause before loading a new car so you are not breathing down the back of another vehicle and worried about what happens if they stall and you hit them. I have used the vacuums twice and they seem very low powered, I actually pay to go elsewhere to vacuum my cars.

Its 20 dollars for the best car wash they have but yet you dont spend a lot of time in the wash. Then you use the vacuums that lack suction. If you want to buy the monthly pass its 37.99 a month too rich my my blood.It wasnt really worth the 20 dollars to try them.

This place is great! I love the hot water used to wash the car. I will definitely keep using this place! And they have a great monthly membership. the cost of a monthly membership is paid for by two washes. Who cares if it rains?

My third trip to this car wash left scratches all over my 2020 Nissan Maxima, I talked to a staff member and they asked me to fill out a report so I did and then the manager came and said I will look into our cameras and then will call you to tell you whether the scratches were done by our carwash or if they were originally on there before. (hint: I bought my car straight from a dealership in excellent condition just 10 days before this incident and it had no scratches on it as whatsoever, its been 2 weeks since this incident happened and the manager has yet to call me and inform who was at fault, I have called them back a couple times but still couldnt get a hold of the manager. If you care about your vehicle then DO NOT take it to this carwash. Terrible car wash and even worst than that is the management. See pictures of my car.

This is the best car wash in town! Not only to you get an amazing wash, they have free vacuums that WORK!!! The customer service though is what makes it the best. They do everything they can to make sure you’re 100% satisfied before you drive off the lot.

Best bumper removal and front license plate destruction in Town! Also have enjoyed the double charges on the membership and unrinsed wax service left on my car consistently. Leaves a nice matte finish on the paint it hasnt already scratched. Most enjoyable part of my visit today was the attendant who walked away and left me standing there with my own front bumper in my hand and had nothing further to say. 10/10 in the zero F***S given department!

Jared and Masson were such awesome helpers. I accidentally threw my friends clothes away in The trash and they helped me dig through the trash just to find her clothes. Awesome service, Great help and amazing customer service. The lady at the office when entering was super nice and sweet. Everyone is absolutely wonderful out this car wash I superbly recommend it

20 dollar wash with quality of a 7 dollar touch less gas station wash. When I called to express my concerns, was told management wasn’t there and left my number for a call back. Sent an email over a week ago and still nothing. Never will go there again. Terrible wash for the money and not enough vacuums.

5 stars! I wish I would of taken a before picture. I took my truck camping and thoroughly impressed with this car wash. Im always concerned with car washes because of the black paint, but my truck came out looking polished. I didnt even need to dry my truck and the free vacuums are clutch. Will definitely come here again.

Some of the vacuums dont pick up very well. Also why is the nozzle so big? Hard time to fit in those small places where everything ends up going.

Ive been a monthly member since it opened and have been happy with the service. Every employee has always been kind and professional. The general manager came up and introduced himself and was very friendly. I would recommend the monthly membership or any onetime wash. The vacuums work well, and the track system the carwash has accommodate the large aftermarket wheels on my car without me having to worry about them getting scratched.

This car wash is the best in town! Friendly, professional employees! Thay also have a mat washing machine! It doesnt just shake your car mats, it washes them with water!!

Its a quick way to get your car nice and clean on the inside and outside when you use the vacuums and the floor mat washers.

Great place for a car wash! Near gas station, Walmart, and Sam’s. I wish the water pressure was a little better to get every nook and cranny clean on the outside of the car, but still decent for the $. Vacuums were great when they first opened, but the suction isn’t that great anymore.

Had their top monthly membership for a year. Military friendly discount !This was a clean facility and did a good job of cleaning my car. Strong vacuums and wide parking spots. Just hope they can spray down the soap with more water at the end. Had quite a bit of soap still on my car as the dryer blew it all over.

Reasonable prices. Car looked great after going through cycle. Not a fan of the scrubbers they use. I prefer no touch washers but their scrubbers did a good job on my Nissan Rouge. Free vacuums aftrr wash was a bonus.

Apparently if you have ANY dirt on your car, this place cant wash it. Maybe their system just doesnt work that well?I went by today with the intention of washing my car... now my car has a thin layer of dirt on it, but you can literally see the paint underneath, so it isnt that much dirt. And there are no clumps of mud anywhere. Nevertheless, the employee came out and told me that I would have to go somewhere else first and wash my car before using their car wash. Seriously?!?!So again, if your car has any, literally any dirt on it, you will need to take it to a different car wash first and pay money to wash it there. Only then, once you already have a clean car, can you bring it here to wash it. Because this car wash simply cannot, under any circumstances, handle a dirty car!

Decent wash for taking the majority of the dirt off. Would be way better if they would actually hand power-wash all sides of the car. Why bother spraying one side only and a little of the front and back? Could use a better drying system too although it is better than average. The vacuums are powerful and included in the price!

Went to there because it’s military owned and friendly not true, went there for $10 wash came out with scratches all over hood reported to staff and there claiming not there fault we keep our car in garage didn’t have Any previous damage our car is just over a year old manger was not friendly has no integrity says cameras all over claiming scratch were there already and not his problem In fact dirt was still there I don’t know who owns this place but he really should check his staffing issues we have never been so disrespected this place is all about the money not the customers will never go there again will not recommend the place don’t bothering going there they are all about money and not integrity

I have a monthly subscription to them for my other 3 vehicles but was unable to vacum the truck I just bought at their free vacuums cause I was not buying a car wash when I pay monthly for 3 vehicles. I will not use again due to false advertising. I will bring my money elsewhere Free should be free I am there many times a week for a car wash and wont be going again there is nothing convenient about them advertising free vacuums when I cant use it on my truck

Disappointing...The machine cleans very poorly and the staff do not want to let you go back in if it doesnt clean your vehicle properly. Vacuums have very poor suction. Not at all worth the price.

Fast and reasonably priced. I unfortunately waxed my car the day prior, which went poorly due to temperature drops here in Colorado. The wash got all of the settled wax off and an even and clean coat added. Very appreciative!

I had an awesome experience! Honestly THE best car wash I have ever been to! Jared, the GM, was so kind and helpful. When I arrived I didn’t have my wallet on me and he gave me a free wash, when he didn’t have to. He also showed me how to properly clean my car mats in their mat cleaner. I highly recommend!

I have been a member since grand opening week. Although it is not the closest car wash to me, it has been convenient when I am in that area shopping and running errands. I have enjoyed the ease of the whole experience minus frustration when a hose is messed up and will not vacuum properly.Last week, I drove up to the window (instead of driving through the far right side and have my sticker scanned) to ask the employee if I had to get a wash and if it was ok to just vacuum this day. I explained that I had a piece from my hood come off and didn’t want to get a wash until we had it fixed but that I would like to still get a vacuum since I was in the area.The employee explained that of course it was ok since I was a member and that I could go through and just continue to the vacuum side and opt out of the wash. So, that is what I did.While I am vacuuming I hear, “You clearly didn’t go through my car wash” spoken loudly from a man as he was walking up to me in a black beanie, black sweater (no logo, name tag, etc), jeans, and tan shoes, Instead of introducing himself as the manager or owner or whatever he is.It caught me off guard, and had to explain why I opted out of a wash. Instead of asking his employee who clearly let me through, he approached me rudely and unprofessionally. He did not bother to ask me why I opted out of a wash, or introduce himself. It wasn’t like I went a back way, or ran through the gate. I had to be let in by the employee and my sticker that is on my window that validates my membership let me through.As a small business owner myself, and having been in management in the past for a big box store, I have never spoken to customer/guest that way and hope that I don’t in the future.I canceled my membership and will finish out the remainder of the month that I have already paid for. After that, I will be signing up for a new membership at a closer location.I would not suggest or recommend this car wash to anyone moving forward

This car wash is the ONLY car wash in the springs that will accept dually pickup trucks. It does an excellent job and is reasonably priced with free vacuums to boot. Just a heads up though with customers with dually. Try to square up on your own before you enter the wash. As you enter it gets tight with these large red balls.

Its an alright place to wash your car, I paid for the ultimate wash and wasnt impressed. Also, the vaccums dont work very well and you have to push the button every couple minutes to start them.

I like the fact that they have two vacuums for each car but the fact that you pay $16 for a tire shine and you dont really see the tire shine other car washes only charge 12 bucks and the tires really shine.

I really like having my truck washed here. Monthly membership is decently priced. The cashier window lady I met tonight was really friendly and very pretty. They do a really good job on the pre-rinse. IT IS NOT A TOUCHLESS CARWASH so be mindful of mirrors, light bars, and antennas! The vacuums always Have really strong suction no matter which one I go to. The place is clean and well kept and Jared the GM is super friendly and always willing to help out with whatever problem you may have. Super place!

Fast and great value. The lines always move quick and the vacuum’s, trash cans, and mat machines are free and quality. You can’t beat it for the price. Most car wash places are the same price as this one for the wash, but vacuum’s and mat machines cost money and you only get limited time! I went to the Fort Carson wash before I found this place outside gate 4. This is far superior in all aspects.The manager even came out to greet me and showed me how to use the mat machine properly when I was obviously doing it wrong.

$7 basic wash did its job but, they have no towels or air lines to finish drying your vehicle. The air dryers in the car wash do not fully dry the vehicle.

Great customer service, and brand new wash usually gets everything so very little left over to detail while you vacuum out the interior. FREE vacuums too cant go wrong with that. All and all happy with my membership here!

Great wash. Everytime. Went to the vaccum one day and the owner allowed me to vaccum even tho I didnt buy a wash. Simply for the fact that he was eager to plz a customer that has been there and will keep being there. The customer is always right is a real moto of his. I was very appreciative. My truck was filthy. Lol. I highly recommend this place.

Paid for high end 16.00 wash. The rinse didnt rinse all the soap off our new tundra. Also it left bugs all over the front of the bumper and grill. There was orange dots on our hood that did not even come off with the 2nd free wash. We were told a chemical guy is currently working on it. Well if its an issue they should be closing it until its fixed. Then they stated they dont guarentee bugs come off. Then what did I just pay for? Also the vacuum is a waste of time if you have dogs, the suction is weak for a central vacuum. Next time Ill go back to pueblo west or pueblo. We have never had a problem here. We always hit this while at Sams Club, but after today they lost my service. I would not go there if you value your vehicle.

A friend of mind recommended this place for me, and I decided to give it a try, wasnt disappointed at all, very good customer service and the attendants are so professional. Washes great with no scratches caused by the wash cloth. You should definitely give it a try.👍🏽

By far, THE WORST customer service I have experienced in a car wash. The people who work in the office have been nothing but rude. Also, the manager refused to provide a refund even though the entire month was already paid in advance which is not right. Go somewhere where you are treated respectfully! P.S. The vacuums are terrible.

One of the better places to go wash your car. There is a bit if left over soap after the automatic wash is done so make sure to bring a towl or something to wipe down the left over droplets.

This car wash offers 3 memberships & I purchased the cheapest for $19.99. Since a normal wash here would be $10, I will have made my money back after 2 washes. The membership means i can get unlimited washes for 30 days, & vacuuming is free. 🐸

Not sure if under new management or not but the Gentleman that was there today was really helpful and noticed our vehicle did not get all the way clean due to how dirty it was offered to run it thru a second time no charge. By no means am I saying that the car wash was broke and not working properly. Our vehicle was a complete mess before we washed it so I would have paid for a second wash if it was not offered. Staff was nice and faculty was clean.

I have been looking for a good car wash near me. Today was my first time trying this one. I read the reviews and basically 50% liked and disliked. The prices are great and I chose the $16 wash and I was disappointed in the wash. It did not shine like the other car washes I have gone through. So I came home and sprayed more tire shine and my bumpers. I would go again but only for the cheap wash and when I do waxes Ill just go to the one Ive been going to.
