This is only the second time Ive complained about a business since I joined Google a decade ago. I am not happy with WaterWorks car wash. I asked the man point blank at check in if the package I bought included vacuuming. They didnt vacuum under the chairs. I dropped something and had to move them and it wasnt even touched with the vacuum. As I was checking out, they told me they removed my magnets from the back of my car and put them on my backseat because they didnt want them damaged. what they didnt tell me was that they broke some of my car magnets along the way and put the broken pieces in my backseat. I would recommend people clean their cars themselves than pay for the shoddy job I received.I called the number and told the lady who answered who basically said I drove it away so it was done. I debated going back and asking for a refund or better service but the fact someone broke my property, neglected to tell me, and then tried to pass it off as protection of my magnets has me very angry. Yes, its a magnet but it had sentimental value and the part I cared more about was the deceit.

Great car wash, they do a wonderful job with friendly service. They do such a good job it definitely warrants a tip. As they work hard to complete the work fast, I recommend a double check To ensure that all Of your cleaning needs were met (Windshield streaks, rear view mirror, door jams, etc.)

Waited a bit before an attendant came to take order. But, used time to pick up trash...all good. Great from there. Cashier friendly. Not long before car came out of wash. Thorough dry and interior cleaning. Friendly and professional cleaner. Told me about rainy day policy and a couple of other things Ive since forgotten. Only $20! Worth it.

I had an amazing experience at this car wash. The workers were very professional and nice and they did a great job on my car. The manager even came to greet me and the cashier informed me about how their services work. I will definitely be back here for another car wash. They have membership you can be a part of and receive discounts on washes. This is the best car wash I have been to.

Barney the manager works as hard as the few employees that are working at this car wash. Sure could use more people. The folks there do a great job.

I want to give a huge thank you to the manager & his staff who stayed past 6pm on Wednesday, 7/7/2021. I had my car detailed that morning & late afternoon my daughter was driving when a truck swerved to avoid a can of paint then swerved back into the lane. Unfortunately she could not avoid the paint which splattered all over the car. A frantic call to the office said if I got there by 6:05 pm they could help remove the paint. I think my husband got there at 6:03 & they were ready & waiting for him. They worked right away & did a beautiful job cleaning the car. I sincerely appreciate this location & its staff. Thank you again for all you did & not closing at 6. Ill miss the friendliest staff.Sorry for the long post but they deserve to be complimented.

As an out of town visitor I found this car wash based on reviews and was delighted to find they performed even better than expected. They darn near detailed my car inside and out for the price of a full service wash, I wouldve paid at least $50 for the services that I received here.

Service is usually good but occasionally something is overlooked...this happened with my Volkswagen and the manager Barney helped correct the mistake made by the other workers. We brought in our Toyota Highlander for a wash also and Barney was working. He is not only a manager but he does a good bit of the work himself too. He did the interior of the Toyota and it looked great. This guy is a hard worker and a good employee. Very respectful & courteous too.-Joey

My husband got a membership for me at this place. I didnt have a problem with this place until today. I went into the other lane to see if the car in front of me was parked. Then I noticed vacuum cleaners next to me and thought maybe I was able to use them. An employee by the name of Mike yelled at me like crazy person under the impression that I was trying to cut people off. Which I wasnt. He should have never approached me the way he did. He could have been more professional and asked if I needed help with something before assuming I was trying to cut people off. I told him he didnt need to yell at me and he replied with saying, dont give him an attitude. I canceled our membership before I refuse to stand behind a company who has employees like Mike work for them. I will say the gal who was working the cashier was super friendly and helpful. I appreciate how she tried to help make things better. She should train Mike on improving his customer service skills.

The beginning of the service was great, but when it came time for the drying and cleaning part they dropped the ball. They just have people standing around talking or taking their sweet time while several people are waiting. I have been to other water works locations and this one is not up to par like the other ones. I waited over 30 mins and a car that came 20 mins after I did was serviced and on its way before me. They have more time to chit chat and look at their apple watches then focus on the tasks.

$20 exterior wash with all windows cleaned and floor mats. Was not finished in the promised (and advertised) 25 minutes die to the volume of vehicles at the same time so the management gave everyone a coupon for a free way. Great job on all of it save one minor problem which is why I knocked off 2 stars: my passenger front seat trim hardware is now broken with parts missing and I will now have to find a mechanic to fix it.

The service is good, but spotty when its busy. Location has struggled with retaining labor as of mid-summer, but is constantly improving... put your trust in them long-term; they will pay off in terms of preventing rust damage, stains/smells, and overall deterioration that comes with cars that remain unclean for months or years at a time.

Had the car wash and interior cleaned. They did a great job. It took a bit over an hour but did a great job! I was in a hurry so didnt get any photos. Would do again when needed. Thanks!

I just went here for the first time and was blown away by a man named Barney. He was incredibly helpful and answered all my questions. He was funny and very professional at the same time. He made my experience at water works unforgettable and I will be back on a regular basis. Thanks for the great service and wash!

Was not very happy. I went back because of a bad job done. Was told is you get the supreme works there is no wiping done things? They do a better job done with the plan packet 19.99$. So Ill be looking elsewhere for a new car wash

I went to Waterworks for the first and probably last time today. There were two girls who were supposed to clean the inside of the cabinet of the car and when I got in it there was still dust all over the dash fingerprints and dirt on the inside of the windshield. I have no idea what theyre doing for 10 minutes.8/8/21 tried to contact the Car Was via email. but have not heard back from them.

I use this place regularly for car washes, which are great.I had a bad detailing experience at this location, but the company reached out and wanted to make it right. This was no easy task as I had the vehicle recleaned by another detailer. But Water Works worked with me. I gave them another shot for detailing of a separate vehicle, at a different location - and it turned out phenomenal. I still use the north academy location for car washes, and have no doubt about their abilities. I would recommend their car washes and detailing, and know that the ownership stands behind the services. Thanks!

I have been using Water Works Car wash for over 30 years. They do a great job. Not everyone is perfect but if its not done right they will make it right. Give them a try and judge for yourself what we already know. Best car wash in town!

I’ve been using this car wash for nearly thirty years and have always been satisfied. Today was no exception. They were busy, but were exceptionally efficient and serviced my car in an outstanding manner. Staff was polite and hard working.

Arrived at 12:20 on the 27 of Feb- very quick to get in and to the point to get my car washed. Will update once car is complete...UPDATE: I brought two cars and both were sub-standard cleaned with water/dirt all over the front grill (one was a free review wash and other paid)on my other car one side of the car wasn’t even vacuumed (passenger side). I took pictures and I’ll post them as soon as I figure out how!

I like WW a lot -- over many years, theyve done a consistently good job. If it wasnt perfect, they always made it right. Once they cracked my windshield, and happily replaced it. Always rewashed if it didnt come clean the first time. Its a tough business, and theyve figured out how to do it.

We just bought a monthly membership and loved this place until today. Around 4:30pm today it was crazy busy which is fine, but when its crazy busy and the guys and gals at the drying and cleaning the inside parts of vehicles are taking there glacial time and NOT doing the best clean job is a little frustrating. I paid extra today to have my mats cleaned and when they told me my car was ready I saw that the mats have not been cleaned and when I brought it to the young guys attention he seemed like it was a huge inconvenience to him. We pay for 2 vehicles a month to come here but todays service made me want to start going somewhere else.

I called ahead for what I needed confirmed it with staff. Drive 30 minutes just to be told it is not there possible. All they could offer were excuses. Terrible customer service.

Today I had to constantly remind the Quality Control on things that needed to be done to my vehicles. Did not ask what air freshener scent I wanted. Paid for extra vaccuum and had to remind them. Then had to ask if they did my wheels. Had to ck receipt and then they cleaned them. I know they had trainees but thought they should know what they missed. Overall both of my cars look great after they finished.

They did a full service plus wax, and did a great job for me.

The girl at the counter was rude and improper. And I have come to this car wash on numerous occasions. Usually 45 minutes to detail my car this time I was there for an hour and a half and thats never happened before. They didnt let me know how long Id be there and when I asked they gave me an attitude telling me I should have known how long it was going to take. The car over all looked good but they were very inconsiderate and I brought this to their attention they didnt do anything to make it right by me. I did however meet a nice gentlemen named Lee and he is always very professional and kind unlike everyone else I encountered on my visit.

Im from WI and wondered if there were any car washes that was more than auto wash or self service in the Springs. I was happy to find Water Works. They did a great job, and made sure we were satisfied. They were friendly and personable. We liked it so well we bought a packet of washes.

Jan22 530 pm. The first employee you see just stairs at you and is dead eyed. They left trash in the car witch is against the whole point of going there. Lady inside is super nice.

It is very disheartening that a business like this is still able to operate. Unfortunately, Waterworks participates in extremely unethical business practices, so I highly recommend that you stay away from here. If you do go here then please do not ever sign a contract. They are making customers go into the store to cancel their contracts, and this is during a pandemic when it is extremely dangerous to do so. I am a local guide, because I leave a lot of reviews. Please feel free to look at my other reviews and you will see that I almost never give a negative review. I much prefer to leave a positive review or no review. So, not only will this business damage your vehicle, they will treat you with complete disrespect and disregard. During drying your car, they will lean on your vehicle. After washing, youll find damage that wasnt there before. Fortunately, there are plenty of other car wash vendors in the area. Now, I know they will respond to this message with a facade of kindness, but please do not fall for this ploy. They think the public is stupid and will disregard this review, just because they gave a half-hearted apology or ask me to contact them. Well suprise, I have attempted to rectify the issue in store. I was given an email for a manager. I have emailed the manger and recieved no response. This just shows how little they care for their customers. I really hope that this review prevents others from going through what I experienced. Stay safe Colorado!

When you have to wash your car when you get home after leaving the car wash because theres caked dust and dirt still on it, its a bad car wash place. What a joke. (Tap to see edit).....Edited to say I emailed the address that was commented the very hour I got the notification for the reply, and heard nothing since. Its just a way to appear good on reviews and make it seem like the company cares but I havent been reached out to by an actual person. Like I said, its a joke!

I’ve been here a few times and haven’t had the best experience. Thought I’d give them one more try, unfortunately that will be the last time I visit them. Workers act like they never know what their doing half of the time and are rude.

Pay less than the other style car wash and get someone else to vacuum inside, wipe down dash and doors, and clean all glass inside and out. Best deal in the springs.

Two guys at the end finish the process.. might be a good idea to bring a tip.

They did an amazing job. For $100 my car looks brand new. Got the crushed chips out of the cupholder. Got the dirt under the seat. Really took it to task. Very impressed

Car wash was good, but dont ask for chip repair!

I chose this car wash because my first choice was having issues with their card reader but I wont ever go anywhere else now. I only did the outside but it left my car looking absolutely beautiful. I was really impressed with the towel dry at the end and additionally with how well it was protected that night when the wind started kicking up dirt and leaves. I was so impressed and I cant wait to get a fill detail on it because I think these guys are hands down the best!!!

Make sure your car is done right, and you will be ok

Its okay, the South one was better. They took a long time here and did a so so job. Probably wont go back. It would be cheaper to do it myself and get it right and end up with better results.

This place is about as good as any other car wash. I paid only for the exterior wash/wax (not carnuba), and it cost only $8.00, so no gouging here. Im not familiar with restroom facilities, or whether or not entrance and interior is wheelchair friendly. When my car came out of the machine, a tech was right there to dry my car and windows.

The staff is always friendly. They do a great job on the cars my husband and I love this place.

So-so cleaning inside the car. Dashboard wasnt even wiped down. Back of seats still have dirt on them from kids shoes.

I get it, there is more car wash competition than in the past but most dont offer Full Service. I used to come here because I wanted my wheels cleaned and I wanted my windows cleaned inside. I wanted FULL SERVICE done timely. Unfortunately, it appears water works answer is to lower their standards... over promise and under deliver if you will. Today after paying for the Ultra wash and getting thorough the wash, my car sat outside while two workers worked on one car. Since I was number 6 in line I realized after about 10 min that I would be there over an hour. After I stewed for 15 min or so I just got in my truck and left. To be clear, I dont blame the workers, they are doing their best! How does management not staff the place better? Unlikely that Ill be back. Ill use the competitors and do my own windows and wheels.

Best carwash in town in my opinion. Usually not a long wait and they hand dry your car after the exterior wash so you dont have to go speed to dry the company car off.

This full service car wash in Colorado Springs is an excellent choice for having your car cleaned inside and out in a timely manner. The staff at this location inside and outside, was exceptionally friendly and quick. During one visit a few months ago, they were backed up with a 15-minute wait (which wasnt an issue) but the assistant manager or supervisor on duty, passed out free return tickets due to their wait time. It was unexpected, but very much appreciated. It also caused me to return as a paying customer long after I used the one time free wash coupon. I highly recommend Waterworks Car Wash in Colorado Springs at this specific location.

I love using the quick exterior wash for $8.00. My car is sprayed down at the beginning and then wiped down at the end. This is far better than the brush or laser drive thru. And the staff is always friendly and professional. I always return to waterworks!

Very cheap for a detail. That said, it wasnt the best job either. The windows were still very smudged, there were several spots missed on the dash and console. Overall, however, they earned four stars due to the price, convenience and speed. My vehicle was in and out in about 20 minutes and it looked pretty good. Another bonus is that there was no damage to my vehicle, cannot beat that at an automatic car wash.

Fantastic Full Service Car Wash!!!The interior and exterior services are great and super-affordable. The wash techs are thorough and detail oriented. My Suburban came out looking awesome after a full service cleaning, and there wasn’t even an up charge for an oversized vehicle. I’m definitely going to make Water Works a regular weekend destination!

Items missing from my vehicle, and they managed to pop the spring out of the door. I had to drive back and ask for it when I noticed it was missing. We were also shorted the air freshener promises with our service. For what its worth I would rather wash my own car next time.

Went to have a car wash, was told they could do an express detailing inside my car, it would take about an hour. Their website says it’ll take about 30 minutes after the wash, so an hour didn’t seem crazy. I came back an hour and a half later and was told it would be another 2 hours. I had other things to do with my car, but I was SOL because they already took my money. The staff seemed overwhelmed and didn’t really know what was going on. I will never use their detailing service again, and I’m questioning using them for even their basic wash.

I requested a basic fill service car wash which includes a wash and dry on the outside, glass cleaning, and vacuuming. I also paid extra for mats to be cleaned.The outside wash and dry was very good, as was the glass cleaning. The indoor vacuuming however was low-effort, with clearly visible debris that had not been vacuumed. The rubber mats were half-heartedly cleaned and the floor underneath them had not been vacuumed.The wash itself was quality, but the basic services for the inside of the car were very subpar. Ill try another place before coming back.

I came in with quite a bit of loose hay inside my vehicle. The crew worked hard to get as much of it out as possible. Only critique is that they didnt do a great job of cleaning the inside of the windshield.

Wish they did a better job of towel drying, I have to spend an extra 5 minutes using my own towel and dry it myself.

It was such a relief to have someone else wash my car - and Water Works Car Wash did a wonderful job. The windows are so clean they look like theyre not there. The car is gleaming. I would never be able to get it this clean myself. Thank you Water Works.

The first time I went through my windows werent cleaned right. However after I told them that my windows werent clean properly they said they would make it right. I was given a voucher for another car wash and today I went to redeem it. They did a fantastic job cleaning my car and were very courteous and yes they did a great job on my windows!

Weve been going here for a few years. I dont do a lot of ratings but felt I should for these guys. I have never had any issues with this company. Theyve always done a fantastic job on my cars. Very professional and courteous staff from my view. Most recent job was yesterday and they did a great job. Taking my other car in today. Keep up the good work guys.

I have gone here for years. They are my neighborhood car wash. They are very attentive and always get the job done right

I had them do an Upholstery shampoo on my cloth seats. It cost $55 and they only worked for 12 mins. They didnt even clean all the upholstery. I had to ask them to finish the upholstery and when I got home I noticed they they hadnt done the cloth arm rests either. Now the entire car is absolutely soaking wet and their only advice was to leave the windows down.

Used to be the best carwash, now there are multiple places that they missed on both mine and my wifes vehicles. The smell they offered was extremely strong but barely lasted a few blocks.

I go to this car wash when my car is filthy. They always get it clean.They have a frequent buyer option. I believe it is a monthly program that can save you money. I dont use that becuase I dont go often enough.There was one time my car had been egged and the wash did extra long power spraying to get all the egg of and save the paint job on my car.They are fast, even on the busy days.I will keep bringing my very dirty car to them becuase they are up for the challenge and a worth the money.

We found this place via google....wed been trying to find a good carwash within a reasonable distance of the LES - and since we were in that part of Brooklyn yesterday, we were very glad to find this place. For only *$10.50*, the car was washed (including cleaning the mats/etc. carefully) - and all of the workers were very friendly.

I took my truck in the waterworks today. I paid for the ultra clear coat as well as the mat cleaning. I’ve used their services several times in the past and I’ve always been somewhat happy. I think today is the last day that I will use her services due to the poor quality of work they do. They did not clean the mats that I paid A additional five dollars to have done they simply took them out of the truck and shuck them and put them back in. They also did not wipe down the interior or clean the inside of the windows. They did not clean the car so now I am going to the car wash to spend more money to do this myself. I would advise anybody that values their time and money to do this job and selves before taking it to waterworks. They obviously have no pride in their performance.

The prices looked great, called ahead to make sure I could come in early since I have to go to work all the time. Showed up when I said I would and no one was there. Don’t say you’ll be open at 8 if you aren’t going to be?

Let me start off by saying I have a premium monthly subscription to this car wash. Over half the times I have been to any of the locations, I have left disappointed for one reason or another.The driers often times rush through the process and leave many wet spots.Unless you go at around 5pm it is hit or miss whether or not there will even be someone there to dry the car. Additionally, Ive waited upwards of 10 minutes for an attendant to come out and start the wash.The location off of Academy and Galley is so unmonitored by the staff that you will likely have to wait to use their vacuums because random people pull up and use the vacuums even though they clearly did not wash their car.There is a sign saying you must show the receipt to a manager. I have not once been asked to provide my receipt in order to use the vacuums.What set me off to write this review was when recently I came to the Academy and Montebello location for a car wash. All went well during the wash until my dog began to vomit up her breakfast. By the end of the wash she was finished and there was vomit all over the front seat of the car. I asked an associate if I may use their vacuum and he said he didn’t see why not. I pull up to their vacuum and was quickly told the opposite. I understand that the vacuums aren’t public, but really?Pretty disappointing experience overall.

I was eager to have gotten a car wash here as it was my first time getting my new car washed! I had an overall decent experience and since I’d purchased the $89 wax and wash I was expecting a little more than I’d gotten.While the staff was incredibly courteous and nice - after I’d driven off I rolled down my window only to find a thin layer of dirt on the window from where it had not been rolled down and wiped...In getting an $89 car wash I would expect that the windows would have at least been wiped. I also found some sections that had not been wiped within the car. While a full interior detail was not expected, I would have at least preferred the basics. Middle console, gear shift, the open pocket in front of the gear shift... Again I paid for a top wash and felt I only got a mediocre one. I may visit this company again, but perhaps not this particular location.

Decent wash. Ultimate wash is $13 and next best is $10. Ultimate claims a hand dry which lasted about 20 sec and they definitely left some spots of water throughout the car surface. All you can monthly wash is $19 or $29.

I came in for full service, meaning dash would be cleaned and my car vacuumed. An up-sale was offered: full service wash plus a monthly service, I asked for that and paid for a car wash. Once inside, I was asked to write down my credit card info on a piece of paper which would be filed. I didnt want to have my info exposed and asked if she could simply swipe my card. She said no. I declined to write my CC info and asked if I needed to pay more for the interior cleaning. She said no youve paid for a car wash. Then my car rolls out and this lady walks past me, over to the finishing team and tells him not to finish off my car. She caught a bad attitude because I didnt choose to write my CC info on her xeroxed paper. The finish guy came over to me looking embarrassed and said that he was told not to clean the inside of my car. As a consumer, I have every right to be protective of my credit card information and should not have to encounter a bad attitude and poor service as a punishment. I find the cc collection process here out dated. This is not good business. I wanted my interior cleaned and tried to pay for it. I will not be back to this location as I do not want to deal with petty attitudes and poor customer service. Because my white car was not even wiped down, there was continuous dirty line across the back trunk from the drip. I tipped the finish guy a few dollars because he intended to do the work and I had not seen the line of dripped dirt. I recommend the cashier be made aware that her shenanigans lost this customer permanently.

Took my car in to get the $70 detail. Waited about 45 minutes and got a call telling me they were finished. Took a look and the first thing I noticed was that the back seats weren’t wiped down or cleaned at all. Made a comment, and the girl cleaning it told me the $70 detail didn’t come with cleaning the back seat... hmmm, I guess I missed that in the fine print. Moved on to the trunk and noticed it was in the same condition as when I arrived. They didn’t even open the trunk... maybe I missed that in the fine print as well. For $70, I didn’t leave until they at least did their job and finished the trunk. These guys must obviously try to pull fast ones on their customers. I would not recommend Water Works for any detailing work.

Not sure why I continue to visit this place. I havent had a good car wash here in years. Staff is never the same, seem to stand around a lot, terrible job on both my vehicles, and I end up doing more work on my own when I get back home. We need a new car wash on the north side of town, this place is just a money pit of terrible service.
