Seemed friendly and reliable at first until only about 2 weeks in. ONLY 2 weeks in 3 things break in the “reliable” car I got and for some reason they were some of the only things not covered in my parts warranty. On top of that when I went to go get this issues fixed from them they apologized and said “we won’t make you pay because you have had the car for such a short amount of time” but as soon as I went to pick it up they charged me $400 dollars. Also service department is clueless as how to do their job.

I filled out a credit app and Read everything word for word nowhere on there did it say they are doing a hard inquiry. If it had I would of never done an app, not only did they do a hard inquiry the hard inquiry dropped my credit 68 points. When i call to talk to them they said its not there problem they have nothing to do with the app. I asked for the number to corporate or the people who are responsible for the app and was given a number not to eather one of those people and was transferred 5 times and then told to call the car lot back. ( its a scam to not show the price of cars on your lot BIG RED FLAG) . I have never bought a car off a car lot to make payments on and looked around and decided to go with byrider what a big mistake that was .You should be honest with hard working people who are just trusting in you to get a new car .

I had a really bad experience with Mike Maroone and ended up having my car taken from me. JD Byrider assured me that they could help change a negative situation to a positive one and helped me out more than I would have thought! They were easy, patient, and super fun!! The energy is inviting, the smiles are contagious, and it was just an overall great experience. I am proud to refer people, and proud to come again!

Well. The test drive got off to a shaky start. But once I located the car that I wanted, the process went fairly quickly. I cant say enough about the sales person who helped me. Filled app out online, which was followed by a phone call from a salesman asking if I was still in the market for a car. None of the information transferred thru that I filled out so had to spend 45 mins going over and having the sales person type in all the info for the app. And made an appointment for the next day, advising that I would be coming all the way from Loveland and wanted everything to be ran and certified and options available before I made that trip. Now I have a pod off vehicle from byrider from years ago and 6 months ago was almost wrapped up making a deal, but due to a hiccup in verification was told to try again in 3 months. So I get there for my appointment and guess what, all my info from the application dissapearrd, and nothing was verified, and then after telling them about previous repos, for now the 5th time and they were able to find options previously the finance guy who wasn’t even working the last time I had visited, argued with me about where we were in the deal the last time, and just without asking about details surrounding the past issues with my credit, just denied the app. From what I was told by the salesman who was new, almost everyone that was going in because of past credit issues were getting denied. Also was told that they look at a app with a better light when you are honest and upfront with any repos and other bad stuff on credit, that apparently is a lie as well.This place just wants to waist customers time and don’t really care about your situation or how far you traveled to get to them, and not sell the over priced 11+ year old cars that are collecting dust on their lot.Byrider has gone way down hill over the years since I initially did business with them.Would give zero stars if I could. Don’t waist your time unless you just have some to spare. You can find a better car lot just about anywhere!

I have a pretty low credit score because of some personal issues in my past. I make the money, but because of my credit history, banks just dont believe I will give it to them. The guys at JD Byrider gave me a shot. Donnie is the one who helped out and I took the test drive with. Super nice guy. The down payment is a little high, but its to be expected with my credit score...however, they worked with me to where I can pay off that down payment over a couple of months. Ive only had the car for one day as of right now, so I cannot attest to its quality over the long run, but my initial impression is that it is in pretty good shape, and I hope to God I dont have issues with it in the near future, because thats why I wanted a newer car in the first place. Thanks guys... Hopefully this relationship works out. I kind of felt it was a bit early to give a review, but you guys asked me to right away, so here it is. I may update this review in a few months to see where were at.

I had been furloughed due to Covid my job let me know I wouldnt be going back to work this year, so I had to get another job. I had only been to work for 1 month. They work with bad credit and get you into a car.The car I got from Byrider had quite of few things that needed fixed and after about 7 months of dropping it off or having it towed to them, I finally had to pay a different mechanic to fix the car. It wasnt a cheap fix either. It also wasnt a fun 7 months while I dealt with the issues the car had since literally day 1 off the lot. After one day with an outside mechanic the car has run flawlessly for the last 5 months so far.Their finance people got my address wrong which long story short ended with me paying a fine for my temp tags being expired. Byrider said they would refund my fines but never did.All that being said, my previous car died and I needed to get into another right away. I also had limits on how much I could afford for a monthly payment. I also had bad credit from my divorce. Despite my setbacks, they did get me into the car I wanted with a monthly payment I could afford instead of turning me away. I did give them 3K cash as a down if that matters.I got that car from JD Byrider over a year ago. I have a better job now, have been fixing my credit and am in need of a second car now that my teenager is old enough to drive.I havent been inspired to go back to them during my current vehicle search but they were a lifeline when I was backed into a corner a year ago. Minus 1 star for their fabulous 2 year warranty being useless in my case.

They run your credit and crunch your numbers before getting your hopes up about anything. Then give you options in which car they can get you in. They help you get into a car. I give them that. Pretty easy to use, but as the bank they go through. There the worse. Theyll treat you less then dirt. Wanna trade the car in to a different dealer when you still have payments. Good luck. Even with them knowing they still dont care. Theyll try to charge you still afterwards and try to tell you that youve never said anything at all. Tell you its not there problem or youve never told us. Which makes a world of a mess of things.

I didnt want to leave a bad review because I am still paying for a car from them and have to see them but here it goes, It did start great the sales guy was awesome until I took it in for an oil change and then they sent it next door there was damage to my car and both parties say they are not reliable I got over that and moved pasted it because the damage was little I just didnt like the fact that no one told me about it. I havent even had my car for a year and its already as major problems It will not go into reverse or park Im having to use my E brake to make it say in place. They looked at it and told me I needed Ford to look at it because they dont know what is wrong with it so I am having to pay almost $200 just to get my car looked at not even fixed. Ford cant even see it until the 19th!! I have to wait 10 days just to get my car looked at and thats not even waiting for it to be fixed. I will be paying for a car I cant even use. I dont see y they can not look at it and see whats wrong with it and fix the problem. If they dont trust their judgment they should have to pay the $200 for a Ford professional look at it.

It all started off great until I started having issues left and right with the vehicle I purchased. I’ve had the car for almost 3 months and I’ve had to bring it back in for service at least 9 times. Half the time they don’t even address all the issues I’ve brought up to them! Meanwhile I am still driving a car that has a knocking engine and has to add oil twice a month. Definitely got a Lemon.

Unfortunately their accounting department sucks terribly, i have been double charged the last 2 payment periods, then i have to call them everyday until they finally get it together. Now i will have overdraft fees and late bills that they are unwilling to help with. Very disappointing.

My fiance and I were turned down at Car Hop after being pre-approved and a few other places wanted $1k-$3k down which after dumping $800-$900 in repairs on our current cars, we just couldnt afford that much down. We have had really really bad luck with cars and got approved for a 2014 Ford Focus and took her home same day. Though our credit is going up, its still really low but Natascha and Donnie helped us through the process and worked with us big time. Only had to put $300 down and their warranty covers so so much for 2 years and you dont have to pay extra for the warranty any more. I def recommend them. I had went through JD 5-6 yrs ago and lost a car due to an ex and we still got approved!!!!

I got a car two weeks ago with them and they sent me home with the car that has bald tires (basically illegal) so make sure to look closely at everything.

My tip is to research byrider really look them up and read some horror reviews on them.this companyis SUS 🤔this 4.0 rating is SUS🤨 watch out for 22.30 interest rate with a truck as a down-payment. Once u sign good luck with the service. SHOP AROUND !!! WARNING ⚠️ ⚠️ ⚠️ 8 month in i had to change all brakes and rotors .they said to me brakes and rotors will not be more then $150 to $250.....well they called after and said its going to be $343!!!😑Plus now they told me I need to replace the fan and radiator and they quoted that repair over $800.....they have banners saying ....Of course, we only buy cars that have been clean-title verified. And we use a 92-point vehicle inspection process to make sure our vehicles meet our high-quality standards. .......yet now Im a grand in in repairs.🤔 All this in 8 months its to late for me I signed so it is what it is 😉 hope this helps some one.

I initially thought they were great! However, within 2 months of getting my car, I started to have problems with it overheating. I took it time and time again, to the service dept, who only told me that it was a loose radiator cap, or some other such minor fix. It finally took the car overheating and pouring coolant out of it like a waterfall for them to fix it. They had to rebuild the engine. Although the service dept manager is very nice, they clearly dont hire the most knowledgeable mechanics. They sell this great idea of an affordable car to get your credit headed in the right direction and sell this amazing idea of a warranty that covers a lot of repairs. Its all great in theory. However, my experience is, that they really sell you a car that is financed for entirely too much and you can never trade out of it, your so upside down, and a warranty that the mechanics seldom want to make good on when you need repairs. They target desperate car shoppers who have no other options. I understand that I could have researched them further and the car I was buying. But they could also actually uphold their end of the bargain. I get flyers in the mail constantly asking me to recommend my friends and family. It makes me laugh. Id never recommend JD Byrider to any one I actually even liked, let alone people I love.

Well, it was an amazing experience. I went there not thinking about driving away with a car, but I did!! From the moment I walked on to the lot and Jenny came out to say hi, I felt at home. I was given every opportunity to test drive the cars I qualified for and to take my time in choosing the correct one. I bought a car and two days later my transmission went out. I then back out of the deal because I can no longer trust their vehicles and I notice they wrote on the contract that i am exiting my contract because of Nonpayment of Dip(osit). That is some shady business. Side note the car was an 06 fusion kbb 4.5k I was going to be charged 10k at 21% interest damn sharks.

JD Byrider has been great! I got into an suv I love! I have credit issues that I thought would keep me from getting a vehicle but Jason the Finance Manager and Dave the General Manager did everything they could to make it happen. It also included a warranty and they paid for my plates! (which no other dealer ever did when I bought before) The service department has been great with anything i have needed. If you have bad credit and need a car, JD Byrider is definitely the place to go!

I was at the end of my rope, 3 weeks worth of searching and turning in applications just to find someone to lend to me. I walked into J.D.s already in doubt and upset, i feel bad because i gave the only two guys who could help me a lot of friction during the process, i was skeptical and my lease was ending the following two days so if i didnt find anything before then i was SOL with no car .. but to my surprise, Phil and Patrick managed to get me approved and got me rolling out of their dealership in a used civic. I owe them everything for their efforts and due diligence, if youre in doubt like i was, and have been in and out of the shadiest lots there is like i was .. give them a chance, they just might make the difference you need... to Phil and Patrick if youre reading this thank you so much, youve changed everything for me and no words could describe the relief i feel knowing i got it taken care of.

Worst car buying experience in my life. Three transmissions later the car we bought still ran horribly, tick in the engine and constant radiator issues, oil leak from the head gaskets and intake manifold, transmission skipping in and out of gear.... And this was AFTER being serviced...... Go to the federal location in Denver far better service and owner! Ty took amazing care of us and fixed the car to the point it runs better then it did when we bought it. Highly recommend the Federal location.
