They answered the phone right away and explained the process in a matter of a few minutes. Dawn was really flexible and had me meet her at their office downtown later that afternoon because I had work. We got the paperwork done super fast and she ran off to the jail and a couple hours later he was released! They have been a breeze to work with Im glad i chose them!

One guy Jimmy said hed accept title to vehicle but when I went to main office nobody was there and the lady on the phone said it was policy that they dont accept titles.

So far they have been absolutely wonderful and professional in my dealings with them. Dawn listened to my dilemma and provided an outstanding solution to what was needed. Jordan also provided information into the overall bond solution needed. As this was my first time bonding someone out, it was an amazingly easy process through Advanced to accomplish it.This is a late follow-up update. Original posted in June 2020. Then my friend flaked in July 2020 on the bond. A brief overview: I needed to post a cash bond for a friend but had to impose some restrictions. When the person failed to meet the minimum requirements of the bond, Advanceds team of professional Bond Enforcement officers went into action, did what was required in a minimal fashion, preserving the dignity of all involved.Also, the owner, Jimmie was extremely professional and helpful in this one-off arrangement. He took every step possible to preserve the personal funds put forth in good faith to assist this person out of jail. When all was said and done, he provided the funds back, once everything cleared the courts. It was a fairly short time period in my estimation. Jimmys team did an outstanding job in each and every step of this process and I would not go elsewhere in the Springs for this type of business.

Service was great but cost was too high. No money is returned to you upon completion of the bond even though they get all of theirs back but keep your 20%. Price shop better than i did and ask about return.

This bonding company is really a sad excuse of a company the lady named Lisa out of covington will quote one thing and then she will completely flip modes and renig on that price and tell you one a lot higher. Dont know if anybody is aware of this but your bail bonds lady, Dawn Propernick can trick you into coming in to her office to sign some papers to change your court date to then turning on you and calling the cops to turn you in and arrest you. That snake of a lady did this to me. Not only i trusted her with bailing me out the last time and gave her my hard earn money, but she was hungry to get some more out of me by turning on me and getting me arrested because i had a warrant out for my arrest. I was in no way trying to resist arrest or run away from the cops, just trying to fix my wrong doing for missing court. but i definitely would not recommend somone who cares nothing more but money and will turn her back on you for more money. Untrustworthy, unprofessional and money hungry. Seek a way better bail bondsman than Dawn Propernick and advanced bail bonds! You have been warned!!

Made an appointment to fill out the paperwork through Jimmy for 5:15. No one was at their office. I waited until 5:45, knocked, called, rang the doorbell. I took my business elsewhere and saved money as well. Not real impressed with the lack of professionalism.
