The staff go above and beyond to inform, educate and make sure everything is in excellent condition with your vehicle. The free car was is a nice perk also. I went through the wash with a really dirty truck and the Gri didn’t all come off, so they let me go through 2 mire times to get it perfect. Very friendly staff!

They added additional charges to my receipt that weren’t justified for an oil change. The manager didn’t care which is fine they lost future business. This is the first and last time I take any of my vehicles here again and I will be filling a compliant through the BBB and through El Paso County as well.

The crew here does everything right. It isnt the cheapest. Its the best. The waiting area is clean & always has fresh coffee and soft drinks for customers.No, they dont do tune-ups or check your A.C. for you. They do fluid changes. They do it right & they do it fast.The customer service is outstanding at the Dublin @ Austin Bluffs. I had a very bad experience with the Academy location. It goes without saying that I only visit this location.

The dudes are here today we’re awesome. They cleaned the trash out of my car which was embarrassing haha. They made sure I knew everything they were doing to my car and got me the prices before hand. Trustworthy and kind.

I recently went to this location for an oil change and tire rotation and was told it could be done. After the service was completed they advised me tires were not rotated due to lift being unable to hold weight of vehicle, also my steering wheel and door handles were greasy. Ive recieved oil change and services from the grease monkey on academy and Dublin in the past and it was great. This location dis not check anything extra and did not place the protective stuff inside the vehicle during servicing. Also missing two valve stem covers from my vehicle now from them checking the tire pressure. Unhappy with the Dublin and Austin bluffs location.

The guys here are super friendly! They do a great job and super affordable especially since I’m a college student. They even cleaned my windows and gave me a free car wash! Definitely going back to them!

Im revising this review because of the one star I left before because of homeless people camping in the Safeway parking lot. It takes the people in our communities and our purchasing powers to get others involved in the quality of life we work so hard for. Camping is not allowed in our neighborhoods, and today we rose together to keep vagrants off our streets and away from our schools. Help is out there. Grease Monkey, thank you.

I really enjoy supporting local business as this builds the economy in Colorado Springs rather than some big conglomerate who lives out of state.Big shout out to these guys. They explained everything and went thru my whole car 2011 black Ford Fusion. When I left I was really impressed how they vacuumed the car out as well as the seats! They cleaned my dirty windows as well as cleaned the inside of my windows! No streaks. Great job team!They hustle and had me in and out in like 17min!You have earned a customer for life. Just stopped in for an oil change on my wifes Rav4. Excellent customer service. Not merely good service, the employees were genuinely friendly and worked fast. (Note: Opposite of the Toyota dealership) The coupon for a free car wash brings the effective cost down. This is my new place for oil changes.

I used to go to Valvoline quick change, but they were very unprofessional. I gave Grease Monkey a chance and I was very surprised, I brought in my Audi Q5 with my own oil and they did a great job. They changed my oil, vacuumed, washed windows and filled all fluids, tires, I might be forgotten something. But surprised because my service light was on and they reset it. Thanks a bunch and I also got a free carwash as well. I will definitely bring my BMW there as well. 5 star for sure.

Great friendly service at a great price. James was able to multitask two other cars infront of me and take care of my care all under 40 minutes. I was amazed with the speed of service. Not like your normal oil change which takes up half your day. Thank you James!

I was happy to come to this location based on the reviews they had but my end result was not the same. When I got home by backseat floor mats were not there. I called to check on it because forgetting to put thumbtack is not a big deal. They said that there were no floor mats in my backseat which is not true. Either they were too lazy to look and see if they just didnt get put back after the interior vacuuming or they didnt want to fess up to them taking them (no idea why someone would take them). I wont be going back because of this dishonesty.

We have always had good experiences with Grease Monkey, and this was my first time at this location and I will absolutely be going back. The oil change took maybe 10min and I was out the door. They also have a promo right now, get a free car was when you get an oil change.

A little expensive for their best oil service but not surprising. They take excellent care of my car and they are my #1 preference for oil changes.

Took my car in to get the alignment done and it was there for 8 hours just to have nothing done to it and the wrong vehicle diagnosis.

Dont go to the attached car wash! The automated part that takes your money is so old you cant read it, I selected the $10 wash and had to pay cash because it doesnt take credit cards. Then while it was going around my car it was spitting out water, it was OUT of soap! My car was dirtier than when I entered.

1st time going here. Price is a little steeper 70$, but I have a high mileage car. They vacuumed my floor mats and provide a free car wash. Gave me recommendations to look at for my car. Very friendly staff. Offer free tire pressure check and a free fluid top off between oil changes. Told me 15 minutes, was done within the time frame. Will use again.
