Pictures dont do their work justice. Took my moms 2018 vehicle in to be detailed. Interior and exterior and have a few door dings taken care of. Looked about as close to brand new as I could imagine! Fantastic work, great people and I could really tell they took pride in their work. A thorough walk around and explanation of everything they addressed. As a bonus, they are close by which made it really convenient. Great job!

Really apprehensive about going here. My regular place is closed until further notice, so based off the reviews I thought Id give it a try. Dominic got me in the door quick & Im pleased to say our technician Shay did a really fantastic job! Since this was a birthday gift for the wife, it was really important. And I couldnt be happier! Interior & Exterior look great & the engine bay lookes better than when I bought it! Good people, good quality, good workmanship. This is now our go to place and Miss Shay our go to tech!

Cannot make higher review due to inconvenience, but it speaks well of the organization to make this right.Car in for interior/exterior detail. Noticed two scratches on car exterior upon return home. Called office to inquire about correcting scratches. Reply without looking at car was I dont think we scratched your car. Thats that. Took car in for detail and it was returned with new damage. Seems like it would be pretty easy for an appearance center to buff out some scratches, but blanket denial instead.

Both Shea and D were amazingly professional and receptive as to our needs with our car detailing on the inside and out. Since this was a birthday gift to my husband, it meant EVERYTHING to me for this job to be so thorough. I would highly recommend this service if you would like your car to look like it just rolled off the showroom floor. Thank you to both D and Shea!! Youre amazing!

I was introduced to McCloskey Appearance Center by Jason. Jason has tinted my windows since high school and I will never go to anyone else. He always does an amazing job and never disappoints. Through dropping my car off and picking it up, I was able to interact with other members of the staff and they are absolutely awesome as well. I’m surprised I didn’t know this place was here but am glad you now have the best window tinter in the springs (Jason) and a whole other range of services I’ll be able to use!

Jason did a superb job detailing the entire car and removing some paint dullness around the door handles. Its a longer wait than usual for a full detail but its well worth it. They also reduced the original quote so I paid even less for the detail and minor paint repair. Thanks for a great service!

I bought my vehicle later in the day and the sales rep said I should come back and get it detailed. So I arranged a time and got there early at the Appearance Center. I called the manager Dominic as I was confused on where it was and he sent one of the crew to meet me. I want to give my highest praises to Dominic, Shay, Tristian, & Jon for thoroughly cleaning my car! I let them know it had a faint smell of cigarettes and as Im an asthmatic it was bothering me. Im not exactly sure of what they did, but it worked and when I got into the car there was no hint of smell. I had to wait for the car as I didnt have a ride home, but the crew made me feel welcome and checked on me periodically to see if I needed anything. My car was so shiny when it was done and smelled so good! What a great group of detail techs and they really know what theyre doing!! I highly recommend them to everyone!!!

We recently purchased a 2007 Ford Escape and it was in great need of an interior and exterior detail. The headlamps were also so fogged over they could barely be seen! From our initial contact with Ian and the pick-up with Kirby, the customer service was friendly, informative, and thorough. Although there was a near blizzard while our car was in for service, they worked diligently to complete the work and to provide updates. We were absolutely delighted with the services they performed! The car looked nearly new again and the headlamps were crystal clear!!! They even took the time to bump out a small dent in the passenger front fender. The mitigation of rust on the roof was exactly what we were looking for. We will soon be bringing another one of our vehicles to them to have the same services performed. You can imagine what our SUV looked like after a cross country trip with 4 kids and a dog! Connor made it sparkle like new. He and Kirby were professional and treated us like family. I’m so pleased with my car!!

Connor gave us great customer service from start to finish. There is nothing more annoying than trying to do business with people that dont have time to answer questions about pricing and availability. I had that experience with two other shops that I called before McCloskey. One shop told ME to call them back because they had another customer instead of taking down my number and calling me back. That is not customer service. I did not call them back. Not only was my initial conversation with Connor great customer service, my car looks and smells new! We trust in the quality and honesty of McCloskey Appearance Center. We had our older Toyota detailed and it looks like a new car. Ian R. took care in explaining the entire process and doing a lot of the work himself. In addition while detailing our second car a small blemish was made a little larger in trying to repair it (could have been the quality of paint or just a disguised larger blemish) but they told us about it and made it right. This is the kind of business I want to work with long term. We will continue to bring our cars here as long as we are in Colorado Springs.

Just had my car detailed at McCloskey. They did an excellent job. Ian, the manager, was very helpful in setting up the appointment and explaining the differences between the Premier and Executive detail packages. (If youre going to sell the car, pay the $30 more to do the Executive package -- its well worth it!) Daniel Quick, the technician, did a very professional job on both the interior and exterior. All in all, top-notch, 5-star work by McCloskey!

We bought a used vehicle and wanted the new car feeling. AJ (Albert) did an absolute phenomenal job inside and out to remove dog hare, smells and dust from the car. I would highly recommend McCloskey Appearance Center to anyone.

I had a significant bend in the corner of my door that I thought I could get hammered back into place at a dent/scratch shop. It was going to require much more work than just that, so I was recommended McCloskey’s. Upon arrival, Kirby was extremely friendly and offered me a very fair quote. He got me scheduled in within a couple of days and got the work done very fast. I couldn’t be happier, and he even touched up some other scratches near the location of the door bend. I will tell any of my friends to check with Kirby first before they go anywhere else for body work. The staff deserves every bit of 5 stars!

First time user of the detailing and was blown away with the quality and customer service. I have 5 kids and they trash the upholstery of our vehicles. McCloskey detailed it to like new condition. I’ve had it detailed four times before and the other places I’ve used charged more and couldn’t get all the stains out. My techs were Connor and Courtney and they did a fantastic job. Recently purchased a used truck from Patrick at McClosky truck town. Patrick noticed something on the truck that needed to be addressed by the Appearance Center the day that I picked the truck up. He told me to come back the following day and speak with Ian. While this was simply reattaching a piece of door moulding with some new double sided tape it speaks volumes to the type of salesperson he is, upfront and honest. I came back the following day and Ian got me fixed up in a matter of minutes. His keen eye and attention to detail along with the pride in his work was evident. Overall all positive experience!

Incredibly impressed by the detailing services here. We brought in our disgusting 4Runner which had never been detailed in the entire time that weve owned it. They made it look brand new, thanks to technician Connor. I was so jealous of my husbands clean car that I made an appointment the following week for them to detail my minivan. When they showed me the end result, I almost hugged the technician, Daniel. Ive never seen my van so clean. They got every ornery dog hair out, kid vomit, food particles... They conditioned the seats so that they are like 6 shades brighter. Customers for life. Thank you McCloskey!!!

I have had my cars cleaned/detailed at the McCloskey Appearance Center and all the people there are friendly and kind. They do good quality work and have great attitudes. I also see them doing paint touch up and headlight restorations and have watched these process and the cars always come out looking great. I will only use these guys for my cleanings and when touch up or headlight attention is needed I will also use them. Way to go guysUpdate. Ive been back at least 4x since my last review and today I had the pleasure of dealing with Shaun Moore. His smiling face is a breath of fresh air. Took my car in to get a quarter panel dent repaired. Looks like it was never there. I have a rare red color car and I know it typically is hard to match the paint but Kirby did an excellent job! Quick service too!

They did a wonderful job on my vehicle. It looked brand new when they were done with it, inside and out. The headlight restoration was amazing! Shaun and Kirby were great!!

I brought my husbands bmw and my mini van here. The car was pretty easy, but the van was some work. Before I left, we looked at the car to make sure that we were on the same page in terms of what was going to happen. When I picked up the van yesterday I was very happy that it was clean with no dog hair or kid stains!

I was very displeased with the full detail I got for my wifes car. Rather than actually clean the interior of the car they just sprayed dressing on everything in an attempt to make it look clean and shiny. Insides of the doors were not cleaned at all and the interior was over soaked when shampooing the seats. Overall a very poor job.

My 15 year old car with 182K miles looks BRAND NEW thanks to Ramons detail and Shauns beautiful work on my scratchy old black Lexus... wish I could show you the photos - its AMAZING! I just had my 2008 silver ford escape detailed today and i am so pleased!!! My car hasnt looked this great in ever!!! The wheels are Shining! And the seats?! I tried for years getting water stains out with home products that just made the stains bigger but they are spotless now!!! The dashboard and floors are spotless!! All the dog fur, gone!!! Im so happy! $180 well spent!!! Will recommend again and again! I will be back thank you so much!!
