My entire family uses Brads Auto. We are always pleased and satisfied with their service. They are honest and reliable and they dont overcharge you for service/repairs. Our car repairs are always done to our satisfaction. I highly recommend.

Brad was so helpful, honest and experienced! Unfortunately needed a whole new motor, he made the experience as manageable as possible. Was supportive, gave me the help and information needed to pursue the auto maker. Heather kept me well informed on the status and next steps. Great shop! I had a problem a few other mechanics laughed at & one shop had already failed - I tow my car to Brads auto & he has the job done the same day, in a few hours! He treats your car as his own, has a wealth of knowledge and gives a good price!

Wow just wow. Brad is absolutely amazing and he is a true down to earth person. They took my truck and did a complete front end rebuild and 4 in lift and had it dont by the next morning. The price was the best. He told me what to expect and he got it done. I will bring my turck to him from now on and not these price gouging shops. They treat you fair and treat you like you would want to be treated. The customer service was great. Thanks Brad and Heather for fixing my truck and making it awesome.

What a crook. Due diligence is something this business lacks. My husband had a large amount of tools stolen from his vehicle and his issues still exist after payment. The owner will not take accountability for any of his mistakes. My good friend had her car returned from Brad and nearly broke down in the middle of an intersection in the last week as well. Avoid at all cost.

I thought this was a good shop for the value.. but know I wonder if they even work on your car still have the same problem and had 1500 $ in tools stole out of my truck.

This is the worst place I hav ever been. They don’t know anything about cars. Their customer service sucks. My car was here 3 times. They won’t call me or return calls. They cussed me out when they did finally answer the phone. They “fixed” the transmission but I have had to take it back 3 times and still doesn’t work correctly. The claim they have a 12 month warranty on their work but have told me I can’t bring it back if it doesn’t work right this time. They lied every chance they got and tried talking to me like I don’t know what I am talking about. I am in the automotive field and understand that sometimes parts break but this is not the case here. Their workmanship is the problem here. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE IT WONT BE FIXED CORRECTLY AND YOU WILL BE TREATED HORRIBLY !!!!

This place is a joke. If they only knew anything about transmissions or engines they might actually be an auto repair shop. Not only do they ignore your calls while they have your car. They get on the phone and use foul language. I am sure after getting my vehicle I am going to have the same problem within a week. Does anyone in that shop have any ASE certifications? I seriously doubt in considering they think transmission fluid comes out of the rear main. Guys you should probably think about another profession. I hear Alorica is hiring, wait cant do that because you guys have no customer services skills. Maybe beg on the corner for money. I would not recommend this place to anyone. If your thinking of bringing your car here I would honestly look elsewhere, unless you like being treated like you dont know anything. I will gladly post pictures of there sub-par work if anyone is interested.

I go to Brad for ALL my auto needs and have been for years now. I have never had a problem with their work or customer service. He is my go to mechanic for sure.

Brad is the only one I know in the state of Colorado that will get the job done and do the job right and will not screw you over!

Worst place ever had to go in 4 times for the same problem with the tranmission he put a 10 dollar rebuild in there then cussed me out when I confronted him about the problem wanted to fight me outside of his shop when I came in the 4th time for the trans.

They cussed me out over the phone didn’t answer me after I called no communication whatsoever. please do not go here
