Honest, reasonable and trustworthy. Was greeted immediately by his mom. Bobby took the time to listen to my concerns. When he had possession of my truck, it was running fine but he didn’t want to give it back till the issue came up. It finally did and he went above and beyond to find the issue. Called me immediately once he did, sent pictures, explained to me what happened, and how much it would be. He fixed the issue within a day and charged me a fair price. I definitely recommend G&G auto service.

He is warm and friendly putting one at ease in discussing your car problems. I have had excellent service from him. I feel that he is cost conscious and has been very fair with me. When a vehicle is picked up, he explains things to be aware of which is helpful to keep my vehicle running.

They were awesome. Went in with an issue of a knocking sound when driving our sienna van. They took it for a test drive, determined it was an issue with front left wheel. When taking off tire they realized lug nuts were loose. Inspected and put wheel back on. Drove perfect back to Iowa and they did not charge a cent. Would definitely recommend.

I bought a oil change off the shopping channel from the radio station at this establishment. My car was running just fine before I took it there I brought my car home parked it got up in the morning went to start my car and it would not continue to run it would turn over but it wouldnt run now its completely dead after putting a computer up to my vehicle its telling me that theres nothing wrong with it but the security is gone off and I have to take it to the dealership to have it real free computerized and I called this place G&G Auto to let them know that they messed up my vehicle and they refuse to accept responsibility for what they did to my car now I have a vehicle that I cannot drive do not go to this establishment do not buy anything from the shopping channel to come to this establishment they will not accept responsibility for what theyve done if I can give it a negative star I would
