Of all the Brakes Plus locations in town, this one is my favorite. Staff are very friendly and professional. The office is nice and clean with wifi and refreshments.They get you in on short notice and fix the vehicle on the spot. I’ve been taking my car and my truck there for over six years now and never had an issue. All their technicians are great and Rich is the best one. Very knowledgeable and experienced. Highly recommend this place.

Mike was very helpful. I was super confused on how things work as far as getting labor done on my car, but Mike was very calm and understanding. I definitely recommend everyone to go to Brakes Plus to get service on on their vehicles. The customer service is great. ☺️

In Colorado for the first time for a family vacation and had RV brakes issues. Stopped at advanced auto parts next door and needed additional assistance. Husband went into Brakes Plus and a gentleman by the name of Mike came out and was extremely helpful! Mike helped removed a part on the brakes and also assisted with brake fluid. We appreciate Mike very much for all he did to assist us to get back on the road.

If I can give more than 5 stars I would! I went in to replace my brakes. They got me in so quickly I didn’t think they would be able to get me in on the same day and get everything done ON THE SAME DAY. They showed me what was wrong and what an estimate would be after. They stayed a little longer for me and I appreciate that! These guys are the best and I’ll definitely be back!

I would highly recommend to use this business to everybody!!Very friendly team. I personally needed an oil change; my cars oil was at 7% when I checked on the digital dash. Definitely needed an opening and someone to change it THAT day. I called Chevy dealership because my car is a chevy but they didnt have an opening and could schedule me for the next week. That was not convenient for me at all. I googled oil changes and called Brakes Plus (glad it was the first on the list).Someone answered the phone quickly and I explained I needed an oil change if I could be seen that day. He told me to bring in my car and they would service it and get it done! BEST news I could hear that day! They made my day forsure! Thank you to the team for being fast, friendly and available for my time of need. I will be going back to them for next services forsure!

Will be taking my cars here from now on. They don’t do any unnecessary repairs. First visit was for a popping noise in the front end they found to be a bad engine mount. Second visit is where they stood out the most. Brought the car in for a sloshing noise. We was think the struts was going out. But they came back and said it’s just gas sloshing in the fuel tank and you are hearing due to the fuel tank under the back seat. They diagnosed free of charge. Knowing how shops are I truly believe if I was to bring it to another ship they would’ve said something was out. I really appreciate this location. If you ever go here talk to Nic or Mike.

The customer service was amazing. The crew there are great people. But execution was terrible. Wheel Alignment was done fine, Oil change done fine, but I get home and next day I’m leaking oil everywhere. I take it back... all of a sudden it’s a $1500 fix? I don’t mind the price. But how was this not noticed on my 1st visit? Super sketchy and I was not happy. On my 1st visit I left with the impression that my car was in good condition, but apparently they missed a huge issue the day after I leave?

In Colorado on family vacation from Oklahoma and the brakes on our Ford F-150 started squealing. We had gone to two other places earlier in the day and they had no time for us. We by chance drove by Brakes Plus and pulled in at about 3pm on a Saturday and they got us right in and we were out by 4:15. Mike showed my husband what was wrong and got it taken care of. Everyone was friendly and knew what they were doing. If we lived here, this world be our place. Thank you guys!!

Great Shop, Dont judge this shop by other Brakes Plus, or past visits to Brakes Plus. For the last 3 years Mike, Nic, and TJ have been nothing but helpful, often going above and beyond what I expect. Ive used some other shops closer to home and have regretted it. I end up here every time and they fix all my auto needs!

I was traveling with a RV and had brake problems. I went to advanced auto next door to buy a brake caliper and a brake line. My brother in-law and I had problems getting the brake line off, so I ask Mike about a special way or a specific tool to take it off. Mike took the time to come out and walk us through how to remove the brake line clip. Going above and beyond providing us with a drop pan to use. This is service above and beyond that we would NOT receive back home in Kansas. Our hats off to Mike for his above and beyond service!

Amazing service. I had gotten a flat tire which had really messed my alignment up but it was fixed in no time here. Very reasonable cost too. Great customer service and TJ especially was very helpful and made the experience easy and stress free for me. Will be coming back here from now on for any services my car needs!

This is an amazing place, Ive gone to a lot of brakes pluss But this one by far is one of the best I have ever been to. Me and my friend both go to this place, I will definitely recommend hundreds of people to come here. Good and honest work is definitely hard to come by nowadays in the fact that I can go there and you know get a price thrown at me straight forward instead of beating around the bush or trying to make me pay more than what other people will. The place was clean and everyone was wearing a mask. I blew a brake line on my way to work. I called and someone (Nick) answered before they were even technically open. Got my truck over there before work and it was all fixed and ready before I was off work. Same day turn over!! Nick and the guys did awesome..... not to mention it was actually super affordable compared to what I know some places charge. I have had excellent service at this Brakes Plus. I am particularly impressed with Nic, the Service Adviser. He explained, fully, the work my vehicle needed. His customer service skills are so impressive that I will not hesitate to return.

Paid $1,900 to get water pump and shocks replaced. Next day my car wouldnt even start and said it was a coincidence. All my electrical was messed up, I was told to go to the GMC dealership because the windshields fluid was leaking on my electrical. I had a mechanic I trust from Michigan fix everything and no there isnt anything leaking on my electrical. As soon as the crank sensor and coolant sensor that they put in were replaced, my car has no problems.The crank sensor they put in was damaged and the coolant sensor was a faulty. Wasted so much money on a shop that doesnt know what theyre doing.

Mike Scott is an amazing manager at this location. After one interaction, he has earned my long-term business for all my car servicing needs. And thats a pretty big statement. I called three different local shops, inquired about pricing, asked some questions to educate me more on the maintenance of my vehicle. There was simply no comparison. Mike was the most personable, most honest, most trustworthy person I talked to. I immediately felt like I was being taken care of. I called and talked to 2 other employees there and both were just as kind and accommodating. One transaction at this location of Brakes Plus, and I am already scheduling future service there. They have earned a long-term customer through their outstanding service.

I was passing through town on a road trip and thought I needed to urgently have my U joint replaced, Mike helped me out big time telling me that it was not an urgent issue which I needed to spend money on immediately but that I’d make it to my destination safely, and he gave me all the info needed to have it replaced at a more convenient time in the future. He also turned down my offer to give him $20 for graciously giving me his time. Excellent experience, excellent service, an excellent guy who saved me from spending money unnecessarily.Thanks, Mike.

When you schedule an appointment, show up and they can’t find you then search their records for 10 mins as if I’ve never been to their location for your last 5 oils changes. Then have the audacity to say “we’re trying to help you out” uh no sir I’m helping you out. There are 100 other location I could go to service my vehicle. I get it you’re all men but learn some custom service. You get what you give. ~Karen!

Having been told by a Dealership that my front brakes needed replaced and my brake fluid was discoloured, I inspected the brakes myself and thought they were fine. To be sure, I ran by Brakes Plus to check on the brakes and change out the Brake Fluid. They discovered the issue, and it was not the brakes (90% & 80% Good), it was the Lower Control Arms that were making the brakes feel weird. I appreciate their honesty, integrity and communication throughout the whole process. You have earned my trust!

Mike and his team are always there for me. Whichever finely aged motor vehicle I have ever brought in, they have been more than sufficient every time. Decent human beings. The best Brakes Plus and mechanic shop in town.

Brakes Plus service is good but not outstanding. They dont pay attention to detail and left my car unsafe. I took my car there for a brake inspection. They looked at it and recommended replacement all the way around. They wanted $900+ to fix it. I couldnt afford it and left. The next day I took my car to a mechanic who had worked on the car before. Hes been a mechanic in Colorado Springs for 55 years and knows his business very well. He inspected the car and told me that the nuts on my tires were only hand tight and that was extremely unsafe. He also told me there was absolutely nothing wrong with my brakes. Hmmm......that made me wonder if Brakes Plus was trying to rip me off. So my brakes were good but my lugs were not correctly tightened. Not a good way to do business. Cant say I would recommend Brakes Plus to anyone ever again.

Great Team of Folks with General Manager, Mike Scott at the Helm. Service advisor Nic a wonderful soul. I can Not say enough of him stepping up to help me. My Brakes on my 327K Subaru are the Smoothest and the Best I have had on this Car ---> Fact.With High Milage my car axles were causing addition driving problems, I was aware of this before I went in, it had just escalated to a point it was best to deal with. So I gave them another repair shot on a area I feel important on vehicles, my axles. Keeping it Short... Superb, really what else could it be, New axles put on right. feels Like Shes New again. HaGreat Job by Brakes Plus Technician, Outstanding.Now unknown to all in the shop, I also been having electrical issues. Within 24 hrs of my axles being done my Key Lock cylinder which is electrical went out on my car, it was getting bad. I was Stranded til the Morning which I had already made a Call to Nic, who once again jumped on a Variety of things to answer so that the Following morning he could KEEP ME IN THE GAME...The Car arrived and soon after I did Nic made sure He understood what had happened & what we needed to be worked out. Shortly after sitting in the waiting room my hat was in my car which was still outside, as I go out visually I could see a Tech was working on the car outside, Rich ? as I walked up I said can I assist you do you need & the Car Fires Up.... I laugh and was Like Dude... He corrected some of my electrical rigging and had it all solved. Key Cylinders on Cars are Very Tricky and Yes it can take the Car completely down. Now Blown away at how quick he had it all diagnosed, he just need to fine tune, make the Mechanical & Electric work Together again and Viola....Don is another who is very Personable. Honest all the way Around folks, Women who feel uncomfortable with Auto Repairs can feel these guys will Respect their Unknown Territory without being taken advantage of.Just a Wonderful Group of Professional Auto Folks, I highly recommend.

These guys are honest and I would highly recommend! Clean shop, professional, and they solved a problem in few minutes that the dealer wandered to charge hundreds just to look at. Couldn’t be happier with the service.

Almost gave them 4-stars but cant think of why not 5-stars. Its not the 4-Seasons of brake service, but who is? These folks greeted me at the door with no appointment, talked about what I wanted, went to work right away, did a great job of keeping me updated while I waited. When the pretty involved 2-hour job was completed I got a run-down of what they found and what to watch for in the first couple days. No surprises and brakes on my Toyota Tundra that I use almost all time for towing 5K pound+ loads work better than new! Great work, Ill be back!

Les Schwab quoted me $1250.00 for strut repairs on my Jeep Compass, since I got my tires from them, then went for a estimate to Brakes Plus and they came in at 900.00. I am very loyal and always happy with their service. I dont feel like i am being taken advantage from them. spoke to Mike and Nick they were very helpful. I recommend them to everyone.

I was limited on time for my oil change when I walked in and TJ and his crew were super helpful and efficient, they were so polite and accommodating, it was the best experience I have had at an auto repair shop in a long time. I will return for my services as well as any repairs and book with TJ due to his friendliness and knowledge, he always asks me about things related to my service that I seem to always forget, I am sure it saves me money in the long run due to doing the maintenance instead of waiting until things break. My son and I were on a road trip from Raleigh, NC when we noticed our truck making a noise while stopping. We immediately brought it to Brakes Plus thinking the worst. However George and Mike went out of their way to easy my mind and help us. They texted pictures of the issue (as I crazily requested), fixed the brake pin, inspected all the brakes, and didnt charge a thing for their time. I was so worried but things worked out perfectly. TJ at this Brakes Plus location is a boss and did a great job helping me out. Im a female DIYer, still learning a lot about my car, and had been working on my bearings at home. I couldnt get the inner races out of my rotors to save my life and I went to Advance Auto Parts to see if they had a specialty tool or advice. I was told to call brake shops and machine shops to see if anyone with a press would press them out for me.It took a few calls, but TJ told me to come on in and hed see what he could do because all cars are different. I brought my rotors down and he and crew got both of my stuck races out and seated my new inner and outer ones in for me. This guy was honest on the phone when he wasnt sure if he could do it, kind and didnt talk down to me at all, and squeezed this in during the last half hour of the work day.I know were all looking for reliable and honest car shops to go to, so I have to recommend this one! Even though I like to do things on my own, there are limits to what I can accomplish in my garage and its nice to have a group of professionals to back me up (and save me when Im stuck!) Obviously Im takimg my car back here next week for an alignment once I get my wheels back on.Thanks a lot, TJ, and everyone else there today, too!

Mike Scott helped replace my radiator hose after my daughter and I were almost stranded on our way home to Denver. Everyone there was friendly and helpful and there prices are affordable! I am very thankful for their services being that I almost got taken advantage of by the AAA Auto Tech Plaza down the street from them.

Mike, the GM, was very professional and very fair. I had a very illusive noise problem that he helped identify with a manufacturer service bulletin. His expertise really helped narrow it down. He test drove and further troubleshot the issue without any charge. After the repair, he test drove it to ensure it fixed the problem. It did.... where I was impressed the most though was when he called me back this morning to ask how the ride home was and if the problem was resolved. That showed me that he really cared. This is the kind of place you want to take your car for repair. Its not just business, its pride in their work. I highly recommend these guys! Thank you Mike! Went here cuz my car kept stalling out. The figured out the problem quick and thankfully it was simple. Before hand. Mike the guys who was helping me out laid out my options. Nice simple and no bs or you need this and this. It was a simple cleaning of my mass air flow sensor. Mike and staff are amazing. They made a new customet for life!!!! Their prices are fair and cheap for outstanding work.

Went in for an alignment, completely empty shop, first greeted by a gentleman who looked like he didnt want me to be there that early, takes them 30 mind to put car on rack (again not busy) just to tell me they will need 200.00 in repairs first. I was able to get it aligned with no problems at another shop. No customer service at all. Personalities of fly paper, doubt Ill ever be back unless Im desperate, really desperate.

Mike with Brakes Plus was so helpful! I had to get my headlight replaced on my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude and if you have a Jeep, you already know how difficult it is to replace them. I met Mike in the shop and he came right out to my Jeep and knew exactly what to do! This was my first time in to brakes plus. I was nervous it was going to be a rotor because of the sound it was making. The manager here is amazing, he could tell I was stressed for cost and printed out three possible ways to get my car fixed and running again. He was kind and attentive and his whole team stayed past closing to get our car done for us the same day within less than 3 hours since we walked in. He even told us other repairs that would need to be done on the car to get it into better shape, that weren’t brakes plus related. Very nice manger and very nice work!!!

Walk in customer for an alignment. They were friendly and able to get me in right away. After diagnosing my truck, Mike came and sat down by me to walk through the situation. He is a friendly clear communicator who was willing to clarify any questions I had. First impression, they are honest. In my book, thats the most important quality for a mechanic to have.

My car came in in pretty terrible condition. My breaks were shot and driving wasn’t safe at all. I was scrambling to find the money to get them fixed, as I rely on my car for income, it was essential to get it fixed ASAP. I’m overwhelmed with gratitude for what these guys did for me. Mike was the main person to help in resolving this and took the cost down significantly, they were all very friendly and I was in and out in less than two hours, without an appointment.
