The staff is really knowledgeable about the science of tanning & the process. I started just to try & get some vitamin D during a long winter--bc I felt like even fake vitamin D was better than nothing--& now Im hooked. Convenient location, clean, & am usually in & out. Their prices are fair & I am enjoying going a few times a week to soak up some sun.

No problems so far. The staff is nice and the beds are in good shape and clean.

The owner Courtney is AMAZING! She is always making sure her customers are well taken care of and goes the extra mile to make you feel like family. My fiancé and I have been coming to this location for 2 years and won’t go anywhere else! They run great deals a lot as well and their lotion selection is awesome!

Great service! She did my spray tan for my wedding and it was perfection. Im very pale and was leaving for my destination wedding so I had to plan for fading and she was able to help plan for just the right day. She was great.

Update: owner did reach out, which is always appreciated. Told me to shower which removed some of the discoloration, but also made streaking down one leg. Offered to respray for free, but schedule didn’t make that possible.I stood there drying, knowing I’d be spending my Florida vacation in long sleeves. Session started when she dropped the spray tan liquid, splattering me, my clothes, my bag, and literally the entire room. Cool but whatever, accidents happen. She jumped right in without any lotion on the hands, instructions, nothing. In the middle of spraying, multiple times she mentions how poor of lighting it is....cool just keep spraying whatever. I get done and notice I have all these awesome spots all over. She recommends taking some lotion to smooth it out.....just did that and now it’s not just, but lines of smeared tan.

I recently spent a week in Colorado Springs for the birth of my grandson and to help out. Since we are leaving for our annual vacation in Mexico shortly after I return home, I decided to look for a place close to my daughter’s home to have a few sessions in order to avoid burning on my trip. The moment I walked into Sassy Tan, I was confident I made the right choice! I was greeted warmly by owner Courtney, and she gave me a tour of the facility and what is offered there. I purchased a small package for my short time here, and the price was surprisingly low compared to what I expected. Every day I was greeted warmly. They will even supply eyewear if you don’t have your own! The beds were clean and comfortable and with Courtney’s guidance I went back home with a good start on getting some color without any sign of redness! (I am fair skinned and tend to burn if I am not careful)I would DEFINITELY recommend Sassy Tan to ANYONE looking for great service, wonderful facilities and exceptional value!

Clean and friendly atmosphere!! Staff is amazing and the lotion prices are so affordable! Air brush tans are top notch as well as the tanning beds! Theres always some sort of deal going on with already lower prices than the big competitor in town! Would HIGHLY recommend!

I went in to get a light spray tan. Heather helped me, but was distracted the whole time, constantly leaving the room and talking on the phone. I told her I have yellow skin due to bilirubin, she said this wouldnt be a problem. I went home and she sprayed me too dark and I did turn out looking orange. The tan is supposed to last 5 - 10 days, but it didnt even last 2 days before I started getting stretch marks. I went back to get a refund or compensation ($35 for a tan that doesnt last 2 days is not worth it). Heather immediately started yelling at me and blaming me for her poor craftsmanship. This business is unprofessional and they have poor customer service! Nobody seems to know what they are doing. I will not recommend this business to anybody! Go somewhere else!

Be careful who you give your card to. Ive been fighting with them charging my card since April of 2016. I dont even live in Colorado Springs anymore and its been over a year. Cancelled the card multiple times. Finally just closed the account and letting lawyers handle it. Chase said they believe it is something called Visa Verify which allows them to continue to charge you no matter what you try to do. They pay for this premium service and Visa will side with them no matter what. Basically, it was close my account at Chase (and not open another -cuz I tried that and they charged the new account and card too -no shhh) or give these thieves $45/mo for the rest of my life. Everyone at Chase was shocked, they had never seen it before. Buyer beware....
