Went to Rayz for the 1st time today a little after lunch. They were very friendly and informative about their specials and plans even though they were getting busy. The bed was very nice! It was clean and comfortable. I havent been tanning in years, but with this nice experience at Rayz, Im going to take advantage of the nice atmosphere and friendly staff they have, & get a good base tan for sure. Im having fun tanning again!!

This establishment is always so clean, which is important during these questionable times. The beds are so nice, way nicer than the ones at my gym. I wanted to give Maddie a shout-out. Shes really sweet and helpful, she answered all of my questions. I will definitely be back!

Great prices, nice strong beds. Friendly staff. I hate the waiting area though... super uncomfortable wooden bench and one chair. Other than that, love this place.

I had an amazing experience. I was leery about getting another spray tan, as my first two attempts at two other salons were less than stellar. I was kind of dreading it but have another special occasion coming up and didn’t want to be pasty white. I have to say, it was a great experience. The staff was super friendly and the location very clean. The whole experience was comfortable and I didn’t feel as gross and sticky as I did in my past experiences. I liked that they didn’t spray on a bunch of shimmery stuff that tends to stick to everything once you leave. I told my husband that I’ll probably go more often versus just for special occasions!

Went in for a quick walk in tan last night and was so delighted. Miss Madi was so sweet and helpful. She was very knowledgeable. Very nice beds and product on hand. Will definitely be back!!

Ive been going to Rayz Tanning for a few years. The place is always clean & the girls there are always very friendly. I mainly see Heather when I go, who is awesome. She is very knowledgeable about all the tanning lotions. I go year round & plan on continuing to do so.

So today i went in for my first ever spray tan. My cousin brought me here a couple weeks ago and i just loved the environment and i got really motivated to start tanning and just making myself feel better. Everyone who works here is extremely nice and they give my 8 month old daughter so much attention i love it. My daughter goes with me every where so it makes me feel good that i can bring her here. I had a good experience today. Very professional also make me feel comfortable. I can’t wait to keep coming back. I feel happy with my spray tan. I don’t look orange and look very natural. Can’t wait to see how it looks in the next few days.

I love Rayz! The ladies are so sweet and helpful! The cost is affordable, the beds are always clean, and the bulbs are changed out. There are other places closer to me but tbh I prefer to drive 20 mins to come here, it’s the best in town!

I was only in town for a week and wanted to maintain the tan that I had gotten while in Florida. I visited Rayz and was not disappointed. Customer service was top notch from every staff member that I came in contact with. They were very helpful and friendly. The facility is very inviting, relaxing, and clean. Best of all, the beds are awesome! I will definitely be back next time Im in town.

I was very disappointed in my experience with Rayz this evening. They posted a special on their website that I had planned on taking advantage of last week. Unfortunately, I was unable to make it and checked the website this morning to see if the special was still there. I was happy it was and after work my husband and I met there to sign up. The ladies working didn’t think that it was still good (even though it was still on the website) and stated only a manager could assist. I asked them if they could ask a manager, they text and came back to say it was taken down this morning and I just need to refresh. I refreshed, showed the ladies and asked if they would honor, they said the manger said no and did not offer any alternative. It was disappointing that our business was not worth them honoring what was posted on their website. Integrity is important to me and this experience was lacking. It is currently 7:10 pm, I opened a new browser on my laptop and the special is still posted.

I havent been tanning in years because most places always make me feel uncomfortable and their customer service isnt the best. I walked in here and Heather just gave me the vibe I was looking for. She is awesome!

Heather was fantastic in getting us set up with tanning. I hadnt been in a long time, and my daughter and husband had never been. She helped us with everything we needed to know. Very pleasant experience! Excited to be tanning here!

Most importantly they are really clean and state of the art beds. Different levels to really get that golden tan. We spent two weeks on an island for our honeymoon and I was pasty white beforehand. Needles to say I needed some color for protection to keep me from getting fried. I started tanning several months before and it totally worked! I was sensible and used sunscreen and covered up at times but I never got burnt once! Love this place, the people and love my new golden skin!

I’m going on a cruise and decided to get a little bit of a base tan before going, I felt like the girls and they were extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. They explained the terms of the contract and told me the best way to get acclimated to the beds, they educated me on their tanning moisturizers, the price is really good and I’m looking forward to trying their spray tan as well right before my trip

I go there for tanning they have the best deals n everyone that works there is amazing n absolutely so polite n friendly he helpful. I would never go anywhere else!!!

I dont do a lot of reviews, but I had to comment on the friendliness and kindness of the owners/ managers of Rayz Tanning. The facilities are fantastic, but the openness, honesty, and competence of this husband/wife team really make this business a gem!!! Pop in and check it out. Im certain youll agree.

I decided to get a spray tan for the first time EVER before my wedding. I did a trial with Rayz a month before, then again a few days before the ceremony. The staff at Rayz made me comfortable and educated me fully in what to expect and how to take care of my tan. They listened to what i wanted and I ended up with the low-key natural tan I hoped for.

One of the best tanning salons I’ve been to. They have so many packaging options available and you don’t have to be locked into a contract if you don’t want to. I always get right in and them leaving a candy on the bed..come on that’s awesome!!! Super impressed!!!

I just moved to the springs and was looking for a place to tan and Rayz had the best reviews so I went in and everyone was SUPER helpful and so nice. I could not pass up the great deals as well! i got a 9 month unlimited package for the best beds that they have and i have never found a place for this cheap! i highly recommend them!

Their Stand up bed is fantastic. I got a ton of color in just one session. The bulbs in the stand up are exposed and covered with bars instead of acrylic so you dont miss out on good tanning rays.Staff is super nice. Not pushy at all. They have a lot of really affordable options with or without a contract.

I love Rayz all the ladies there are wonderful friendly and the bathroom is always clean. The beds and floors are always clean. Goggles are clean. They leave you treats to enjoy.

The employees are absolutely wonderful. They knew me by my first name and treated me like a friend. They talked to me about my life and I knew about theirs. Such good people, like good neighbors. One of them even visited me at my work when their partner was looking for a motorcycle. My boyfriend is military so we no longer live in this area and I’ve been trying to find a tanning salon like this ever since I left. Unfortunately I can’t find one. But this one is definitely the best and the beds gave me such a good color I wish I still lived there.

I would not recommend this place at all. I am a student full time, I work, and nanny! I have zero time right now to go in and tan. When I signed up for my contract I was told I could cancel at ANYTIME! I called to try and cancel it and was rudely told I can’t because I signed a contract which I understand completely but when you are told something different it’s frustrating. It’s a waste of my money because I cannot use this membership at all. Customer service was rude over the phone. It’s not my fault your workers told me different. Wouldn’t go here ever again!

I found my tanning salon, finally. No contracts if you dont want one. $10 gets you any level tanning bed (best price so far in the Springs) staff is friendly and helpful answering any tanning related questions. Open for walk-ins everyday of the week! Also, a clean and comfortable salon, sells good products (hemp brand) which Ive used for years.

Rays tanning salon is by far my favorite Ive ever been to! Im really really picky about my lotions and have tattoos and Heather has always helped me find the best one for my skin. They have great choices of lotion. Theyre so clean and cheap (I do yearly contracts and its $10/month.) I highly recommend their salon!

I love this tanning salon. I like to go when I am getting ready for vacations or would like a spray-tan for whatever reason. I have the annual membership but I use it only about 3 months of the year. The reason I keep the annual is because the people that work there deserve it! Locally owned, extremely helpful and friendly employees, no judgement, I never have to wait for a bed, and best of all its AFFORDABLE. I highly recommend!

Ive been tanning at Rayz for a number of years. Yes Ive been to others however they do not compare, Rayz PRICES are easy on the wallet $10 each month! Trish, Heather & Jen are always welcoming, kind and helpful! OH and my tan looks amazing. I even get my husband to tan for vacationing!

Amazing tanning salon it’s absolutely one of the nicest I have been to here in the Springs it’s always so clean and has such a zen like feeling which makes your experience so calming after a hard day :) a few things that a make it an even better experience are the staff who are always so friendly and professional and always dress so nice and neat it’s so refreshing to see when you first walk through the door and when you enter your room to tan they leave a candy there for you to snack on while you get your rayz haha overall it’s a tanning salon that I’m so happy to recommend to people.

It sure beats Tan Your Hide! The workers are not stuck up their nice LOL prices are better to and they have all the up-to-date equipment and they have organic spray tan.
