Roy was amazing! Not only was he knowledgeable and helped identify my problems with my furnace, but he was able to walk me through what he did and what to look out for in the future. Hes pretty indispensable, if you ask me, and Ill definitely use him again if needed!

Roy has been amazing to work with and you cant beat the prices of Affordable Air Care. They came in 3K lower than a previous estimate that I received to install a new furnace and AC into my home. They were able to accomplish the work quickly and Roy has even followed up with me several times to make sure everything is working correctly. Incredible customer service and prices! Roy from Affordable Air Care was amazing. He was very accommodating as far as scheduling and budget and worked with me to make sure I was getting the best deal possible. I had received other quotes where companies were trying to overcharge me and quote me for repairs I didnt need and he was able to beat their quotes by more than half. Definitely check here before going to any of the big name companies that will try to take advantage of you and have much more overhead to pay for.

Today is the 4th of July, and my air conditioner broke. Roy -and his incredibly nice wife, Pam- just left after repairing it. Unbelievable- who else would do this without complaining and/or charging a fortune? I have used Affordable Air Care HVAC several times over the years, for both furnace and air conditioning issues. They are great- I trust them, and they are very reasonable.

As a single mom, being a home owner can feel overwhelming, so I have a very high appreciation for being able to trust in a company that will help me make the right decisions for my situation. Not only do I trust their work, but the prices are always very affordable and come with top-quality service. Our furnace quit working in the middle of March on a Thursday, 2 days before we were leaving for a cruise. And we had dog sitter coming in for the time we were gone, so the furnace had to be fixed as fast as possible. (Pilot light had to be relight a couple of times a day and this was the second time it had occurred in 3 months) We contacted Roy and his crew came over in less than an hour that morning and measured and checked everything. That afternoon the furnace was delivered to our house. The next morning they started installation, but had not completed by time we had to leave to catch our flight. They completed the installation, cleaned everything up and were gone before 3:00 PM when our dog sitter arrived. That evening after our flight landed we contacted our dog sitter and asked how the house and heat was. She stated everything was fine. THANK YOU VERY MUCH for the quick turnaround to install the furnace, and giving us the peace of mind that our dog sitter & the dogs would be okay.BTW. Roy and his crew are great with dogs. Our chocolate lab, when he wants to be some ones friend takes them a shoe as a gift. He does not often do this, but within a couple of minutes after Roy and his crew arrived to measure and check everything. Our lab is going to the basement with a shoe in his mouth to give to them. Hey, if the dog likes them that much, they have to good!!!!

We have used this company twice in two different homes. The first home was for a furnace and AC. They were priced well, worked fast and we never had any issues. When we returned to the Springs and needed a furnace in our new home, we did the research to find these guys again. We couldnt remember their names so we went to county records and figured out who pulled the permit at our last house and found them. Once again, NOT disappointed. They gave us a quote the next day and had the new furnace installed in our tiny crawl space within the week! So happy with them.

They installed a new a/c system for us a few years ago and replaced our furnace with a brand new top of the line upgraded Trane. They gave us a great deal and amazing service!Its a small business with Roy and his employee who has worked over 15 years for him. I found them by going to the Pikes Peak Regional Building Department website and looking for HVAC companies whose jobs passed inspections the first time.Also, I recently had them install a bathroom fan and am very impressed by their work! They can get busy so call and send a text with all the info they need. I am so glad I found them!

I called Affordable Air Care to do a routine inspection on my hot water heater and furnace. They scheduled for the next working day (Monday). Both seemed to be working fine, so we werent concerned that something was wrong with either. They found that the furnace had a crack where the flames come out-they should only come out of the top and they were coming out of the bottom as well. Since it was over 30 years old, no replacement parts were available. Roy recommended a new furnace. They were able to install the next day and passed inspection with flying colors.

I was referred to Affordable Air Care by a friend. I needed two ac units for a duplex. Roy came and gave me an estimate right away and I had the work done. Vernon the technician came when he said he would and stayed on the job until it was finished, hes a really hard worker. Roy told me what to expect and and he is a person of his word. Roy came out right away. Was very knowledgeable and thorough. Vernon and Kevin came out and worked very hard all day and installed my new ac in one day. Carl, Adam and Shannon are great electrians and took great care doing thier job and all the work was done correct and was aesthetically pleasing to me. All the guys were polite and took the time to do things right while getting it all done in a timely manner. I would recommend this company to anyone and I already have! Did everything they said they would on time and for a good price!

We are in the process of using this company now. They came out took our a.c apart to test it said they would be back the next day at 9 am. Never came back or called. I called multiple times left messages and nothing. Roy the owner said he will not come back out or put it back together till he has 500 in his hand.remind you he will get the money through our insurance just waiting for them to cut the check. So he knows he will get it.. plus I have 2 little ones. Our insurance company had to put us in a hotel till they get it going.. I would not recommend this company at all. Very unprofessional do not call back and she. They do its late at night and just leave a VM..Do not use them.

I had this company come to my house to fix my furnace and he told me it was completely blown away and I needed to replace it or it could cause a fire, mind you my furnace was only 47 days old. I was origionally looking for a legitimate company to go with and discovered this is not the one. CAUTION....this guy Brian seems very nice and will definitely talk the talk he is a scam artist!
