I had a very good and reassuring visit in regards to my recent visit. The receptionist, assistant and tDr Thurm were very reassuring in my treatment and future visits with the practice.

Dr. Shah is absolutely wonderful, easy going and professional. Definitely the place to go if you have anxiety over dental procedures. I had a root canal done and it was the easiest dental visit Ive ever had. Will be going back for further work and I can finally feel comfortable doing so.

I had a great experience seeing Dr. Shah today. Both Dr. Shah and Maria (my dental hygienist) were both really lovely and easy going. I dont have severe anxiety when I go to the dentist but its generally not an experience I enjoy. I have to say my visit today was the best, most stress free, dental visit Ive ever had. Im really glad I found Dr. Shah and will definitely be back to see him again!

I viciously detest going to the dentist, and have gone through several over the years (due to moving). Dr. Thurm and his team make the experience as bearable as possible. Theyre humane, competent, and organized. Its not fun going, but its as good as a dental experience will get for someone like me.

Dr Thurm and his staff are wonderful. My husband had to have a total knee replacement done and he was willing to do all the required dental work in a timely manner so he could have his surgery done. So very happy we found him

If you have any fear of the dentist, this is the place to go. They do whatever is necessary to help you feel comfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Thurm for dental work. I have had extensive work done by his team: partial bridge, crowns, root canals and fillings.

This was one of the worst experiences of my life at a dentist office. I’m extremely anxious and fearful of the dentist. When I made the appointment, I told them that. When I went to the office as a first time patient, I was made to feel like a child in the way they spoke to me. “I’m not going to fuss and argue with you” was said to me several times as if that’s the reason I went there. I said do you know what it took for me to come!?!? I was humiliated for being afraid. Their advertising is LIES LIES LIES!!! I’m still in disbelief of what happened. They didn’t even try to calm me down. I’m sitting there shaking and crying. The end result was them telling me, with their backs to me, they’d refer me to someone else..ummmm no thanks. I wish I could give them a zero. The only person that was sympathetic was their front desk person. She was very apologetic for my experience.IN RESPONSE TO THE OWNER:To write something from your office “manual” about how many years you’ve treated these types of patients and all the referrals you’ve received is a cop out. Your office is clearly not the place for me but what I experienced was not just a bad fit. It was how I was spoken to and the entire experience of humiliation. BTW after I left your office in tears I went to another dentist and was able to begin the treatment I need, so NO I don’t need to be hospitalized. They left me with my self respect and dignity. It’s all in the delivery.

Dr. Thurm and his staff are awesome. Would highly recommend them for anyone needing dental work. I was absolutely scared of any dentist...now I cant wait to go back and get the rest of my teeth taken care of. Thanks again Dr. Thurm.

My anxious hubby had major work done while he slept through it. He was extremely happy and I was so impressed with Dr. Thurm, the anesthesiologist and all the staff. I would highly recommend anyone with dentalphobia (probably not a word) to see Dr. Thurm for a consultation.

THE best dentist in the area! I have been going to the Thurm Dental Group since my children were in grade school - they now have children of their own. The entire staff is terrific ( a special shout-out to Lisa!). I have had a lot of dental work done and have never experienced ANY discomfort or pain. Was always anxious about going to the dentist prior to my first visit to Thurm Dental. No more anxiety - they are the BEST!!

I love Thurm Dental Group Denistry. I had some bad experiences with dentists when I was young and developed anxiety with needles. But when I came here I loved it and have been going for over 10years. Everyone here is so nice and caring. They do an excellent job and take good care of my teeth! Definitely recommend them!

I have been a patient of Dr Thurm for 29 years. He has an amzing bedside manner, caring and supportive staff, and clean and comfortable office and surroundings. I trust him with my 4 year old son and will continue to see him for all my dental care needs!

The staff was absolutely amazing, as WAS the dentist. I have had a fear of metal in my mouth and the dentist my whole life, and they made the first two experiences i had at their office were amazing. The work, the people, the staff. My husband and I had one question about the payment and the DENTIST went absolutely unprofessional. Everyone remained professional but the DENTIST at this office. DR THURM and I and his staff made a plan of which teeth to work on. We split my payment and visits into two trips. I paid $6500 up front and the DENTIST DR. THURM DID NOT follow the plan. He says he ran out of time, but when I asked for a refund just for that ONE tooth he didnt pull, he said he did other stuff instead....but if you ran out of time...to do the work that was supposed to be done....how did you have time to do stuff you did not say was going to be paid for in THAT round. I was not going to write this review until now it is a month later and ALLLL of the fillings and ALL of the work he has done is ruined and not because of me. I even quit smoking. My front filling is gone, when I asked him to pull the tooth he said I can save it...well 400 bucks later...the tooths filling is GONE. I brush in am and pm, also floss now. I take care of my flipper and its chipping more than it should because I DO NOT eat with it, it should last a bit longer. DO NOT GO TO THURM DENTAL CARE. The staff is great, especially finance! But DR THURM, treated my husband and I verrrrry UNPROFESSIONALLY and all my work he did is falling out.

Cant say enough about Dr. Thurm and Lisa, my hygenist. I am a former dental phobic. As long as I have the Thurm Dental Group, I will be fine.

After spending over 8 hours in the chair of another dentist who had a REALLY hard time getting me numb...then developing an abscess in the same tooth...I was ready to do anything EXCEPT visit another dentist. When I started to research sedation dentistry, Dr. Thurm seemed to be the best, and he WAS! At this point I was in tears just thinking about going to another dentist, let alone sitting in their chair. But Dr. Thurm was very calming and gentle. He explained everything that he wanted to do, and even why the other dentist couldnt seem to numb me. He said that he was confident he could fix my tooth, with absolutely no pain on my part. He did, and 5 years later I still have no problems and travel over an hour, just to get my teeth cleaned by his gentle and competent staff. If you have an anxiety about dentists, go see Dr. Thurm, you wont regret it!

After my heart transplant, I developed a series of neck and jaw problems, and had a lot of trouble with traditional dentists. Ever since coming here, Ive had amazing experiences, and learned that I could walk out of a dental procedure in a good mood. They do a fantastic job, and they are always good to everyone who walks in the door. I cannot endorse them highly enough.A couple years later, I had a crown from a previous dentist fall out. I called Dr. Thurms office, they made an emergency appointment for me. I came in, they were able to get everything fixed fast, and got me out super fast. I feel like myself again!

Dr. Thurm and his group are very professional and friendly people. I was hesitant when it came to going to the dentist. But no longer have that problem since I started going to Thurm Dental.
