Service sucks, keep getting hung up on, shameful thing, if they dont want to work, quit the job.

Call on Saturday at 8 pm since they advertise 24/7 and nobody is there. Hours are not 24/7. Not open on Sundays either. Why advertise 24/7 when nobody is available in office or even customer service. Need to change their information and name. Very disappointed.
