If I could give zero stars I would…Their main office is located in Collingswood, NJ. I just called in an attempt to schedule a plumber consult and was told that their company will not service or come to Camden, NJ although it is literally 5 minutes away. Apparently it is outside of their service area. 100% discriminatory, once asked what my zip code was even the secretary voice instantly changed. I will certainly take my money & requested service else where.No one wants to do business with a business who racially profiles based off a zip code and home address..

Contacted Drew Who referred me to his office and was scheduled quickly. Anthony came to our commercial site on time, and made what was a bad experience a total pleasure. He was professional, thorough, kind, easy-going, and handled everything while allowing me to get back to work. He explained everything he was doing and saved us quite a bit of money by going the extra mile. I will now use this company for all of our plumbing needs at home and at the office.

They were very helpful answered phone in person on a Saturday came very quickly and fixed both my shut off valves And troubleshoot the faucet that was defective, tech was quick professional and explained and answered all my questions I couldn’t have had better service, would definitely recommend!!

Hired these guys to remove concrete from my basement floor to fix some pipes. Out of 5 different places. D Burgo was the only one that actually wanted to do the work. Owner was friendly and fair. Price was good. The work was done in one day and I chatted with the workers most of the time while they worked. Super friendly. After they were done they cleaned up nicely. I also didn’t have my checkbook after they were done so I couldn’t pay them in time. Owner understood me and allowed me to pay when I could so I could avoid a credit card fee. D Burgo is professional, polite and good at their trade. I, on the other hand, Am a bad customer. Lol. Thanks d Burgo.

Definitely recommend these guys. They got in touch within 20 minutes of me leaving my initial message, communicated really well before coming out about what to expect in terms of price and service. Anthony fixed the issue in about 15 minutes - a pretty small shower problem thats out of my limited set of skills - and explained future maintenance issues we should watch out for. Also wore a mask and made sure the dog is out of the way before coming in the house, which I appreciated!

Drew runs a great plumbing company and his crew is friendly, clean, and fast. They plumbed a new gas line to the cook top, supply and drain lines the kitchen, laundry room and coffee bar. Great work - we always refer them.

The men from Burgo were courteous and professional and informative as well. I was quoted a fair price for the work and it was done in a timely and efficient manner. We went with the recommended toilets and we are pleased with what we got.

It was on a Friday night. Guy came out fast. Get a good job. Very neat. But the price was outrageous. 625.00 for three valve replacement. I know it’s a Friday night but that’s crazy. I had to do it because I was having a dinner on Saturday and need my kitchen sink

Had issues with a water heater on a Friday night and Brian got in contact with me in less than half an hour. Arranged for a Monday install and by noon on Monday we had a new hot water heater installed. He walked me through the new installation and how he went about installing the new water heater. Highly recommend these guys! Will def use them in the future if we have any issues.

I havent hired this company, so I can not speak to their services. Responded quickly to my message regarding service for a clogged bathroom sink & broken (leaking) outdoor faucet. Representative, Brian, arrived within scheduled time frame. He was very efficient and friendly (easy to talk with). Job well done! Definitely call if you need top rated plumbing services!

Drew was very nice and professional when I talked with him on the phone about replacing a faulty pump (under utility sink). He had me send him pictures of the existing pump so he could give me an estimate. We live in a very old house which is full of surprises so I’m always nervous when he have to have any work done...especially plumbing! The estimate was reasonable and the final cost was only slightly higher due to an unforeseen situation. Still very reasonable. The plumber who came to do the work, Anthony, was also very friendly professional and informative. All correspondence was done in a timely manner. They came at a time that was convenient for our schedule and arrived on time. Our new pump has been working great...happy to be able to do laundry again! The whole experience was very positive. I would recommend D Burgo plumbing and would use them again.

We had a recurring issue with our main sewer line in our new home. After using another plumbing company for the initial fix we were referred to D Burgo by neighbors of ours when it was determined we would have to replace the sewer line. Drew talked me through the process for replacing the line, and was able to provide me a quote same day. The price was much lower than what we were quoted by the first [larger] plumbing company we worked with, and Drew took the weight of permits and gas/electric company contact off our hands as well.The day of the work, Drew and his team arrived early in the morning and were extremely efficient with digging the 6-foot trench, replacing the sewer line, and re-filling the trench. All in, it took about about 6-7 hours! The final price was exactly what Drew had quoted me, and was very fair considering the work done. Overall, Drew and his team were professional, prompt, and great to work with - we definitely plan to use them for any future plumbing/heating needs!

Jeremy from Burgo accurately diagnosed water leak problems in my old house, and how to fix them. Another company had told me I needed a whole new water main because I had old galvanized pipe coming into the house. Jeremy was the only one who took a few minutes to scrape the surface of the pipe to discover that its actually copper. Saved me thousands of dollars. Fixed my basement leak and bathroom leaks promptly. Excellent work. Cleaned up thoroughly when done. Very personable and respectful, especially now during the Covid crisis. Masks and hand washing the whole time they were here.

I received great service from Drew. Called on a Saturday afternoon with a clogged main waste line. He arrived in an hour and fixed it promptly for a reasonable price. Professional, both in service and demeanor. I highly recommend.

Good and bad experience with D. Burgo Plumbing & Heating. Emergency repair to drain line service was excellent, back in 2019. Tried to have them help with a plumbing vent issue in 2020 and it took multiple calls to get to come out, overcharged me in my opinion, and never actually fixed or quoted me the work I was looking for. Prior to writing this, I contacted them again asking for follow up but received no response.

I never have a complaint or concern about the work. They are always prompt, professional and erlfficient.

Cannot speak more highly of the workmanship and responsiveness of Drew Burgo and his team. They were polite, knowledgeable, gave an honest assessment of the current system, and worked with us to accommodate our schedule to do the work. Even other plumbers and professionals commented on Drew’s work. It really does look like a piece of artwork sculpture.

Absolutely a pleasant experience having a member of Drew Burgo’s team come to my home especially so soon after the holiday season. The tech that was sent was punctual and straightforward about what needed to be done. I was throughly impressed with the speed to get the repairs done and the fact that the bathroom was left clean and tidy after the repairs were done. Considering how many plumbers I’ve had in my home since purchasing it, the extra mile just made my day. Installed water powered back up to our sump pump. Had 3 plumbers over to review job. 2 said it was too invasive and would require a lot of drywall repair that they wouwouldl not be responsible for. D. Burgo reviewed and came up with a great plan that would require minimal damage. They were careful, clean, punctual and friendly. Water power system installed and it doesnt even look like anyone was here. Would go to them again with any plumbing needs. They are that good!

I needed a second bathroom installed at my office. I called several plumbers, but decided to go with D. Burgo for many reasons. The first was Drew gave me a specific plan and was the first to tell me exactly how he would make the bathroom and even offered me advice to save money. Not only did he and his team do an amazing job, they finished earlier than he originally quoted and he was honest, fair, and overall just easy to work with. It is VERY difficult to find reliable service these days and I am so thrilled with the work D. Burgo did and I am a customer for life. I highly recommend their services.

We had a huge sewage pipe that needed to to replaced and took two full days of work. His crew was professional and did an excellent job with what was a major project. We are very happy we went with D Burgo.

We appreciated their explanation of what needed to be done and why. Plumbing is always expensive but they seemed reasonable compared to others weve used. We intend to use them for additional work in the near future.

Quick service, tech explained the origin of the problem and how to fix in the future. He was also patient with my pup, who was eager to oversee the project.

Used them twice for larger jobs and was charged $95 for service call and inspection. The 3rd time they increased their service call fee by 100% and charged $205 and did not perform any work. I called another plumbing service out who completed the job for the same amount with NO service call charge. $205 is a rip off to come to a home and perform no work especially for repeat customers.

First time I used D.Burgo plumbing services, I was extremely satisfied. Technicians are knowledgeable and fast. They explained the cause of my plumbing problems and offered reasonable solutions.

I hired D. Burgo from a friends recommendation. Drew came our right away and assessed my issue with a leaking tub. I had 3 other companies tell me they didnt want to get involved. Drew looked at the issue and told me his plan with confidence. less than an hour he had a gasket replace, a access panel installed and the whole area cleaned up. I was amazed! Lets just say Drew is my guy from now on. Five starts is not enough in my opinion

I called D. Burgo plumbing yesterday in a panic. They sent plumber Dan M. out to my home to repair damage from my shower that was causing a leak through my entryway ceiling. He arrived promptly and fixed the problem, explaining all he did along the way. He made great suggestions for a future upgrade of my old faucet and later discovered that the main water pipe in my basement was corroded and leaky. He came back this morning to replace it and again explained all that he did along the way. He also interacted so nicely with my young daughter and wary dog- even giving her a treat.I would not hesitate to call again for future service and recommend Dan highly.

They were busy and unable to schedule my job as needed but they were honest about their availability instead of leaving me hanging like most of the other plumbers I called.
