Not sure what else to say. I’ve had several plumbers to my house in the last 2 years. Jimmy and his son are the best. They’re honest, fair, on time, and transparent about what they’re doing. I had a very bad sewer pipe leak in my basement and jimmy came to the rescue and discovered other problems along the way (and fixed them). His price never changed. He does things the right way. Will recommend to everyone I know as well as strangers. I never leave reviews. They were worth it.

Jimmy and his son are the only plumbers that we would call. He is prompt, knowledgeable, personable and his prices are fair. He shares his knowledge and helps you make the best, most economical decision to accomplish your goal or fix your problem. After a conversation with him you feel that you have learned something useful. He explains matters clearly, lays out the options and doesnt hard sell or up sell solutions. He gave us great advice about our water source pipe that saved us a lot of money.

I called Jim and he came out the very next day for a non-emergency plumbing job. He was prompt and explained what needed to be done. He completed the work in a timely fashion and works perfectly. I would highly recommend using them.

We are excited to review Classic Plumbing as the workmanship and knowledge is exceptional. We had a huge issue in our older home and needed experience and expertise. We got both. No job is to big or small. We won’t be using anyone else for our plumbing needs and highly recommend them.

Jimmy and his son, Chris, have done wonderful work on my parents home for a number of years. Today, he went above and beyond. He was speaking with my father and found out that both of them had served in the Navy Seabees. My father served during the Vietnam War. Jimmy just stopped by to give my father a Navy Seabee Vietnam Veteran hat that he purchased himself. It was such a kind and touching moment.

Jim was very responsive and helpful. Called one late evening and by next morning we had water heater installed. They are honest and hard working. They really know what they are doing and I have complete trust in them and their work.

Called them out to check a leak. Gave specific instructions not to discuss anything with tenant before reporting to me. He stated he understood he was only supposed to find the leak and report to me the cost for repair. Instead told the tenant a bunch of lie because he wanted a bigger job.

Jimmy helped me out of a jam my family had a couple weeks back where I had accidentally shut off our house’s main water valve without being able to get it back on. ( that should teach me to DIY a little less) It turned out our valves were pretty antiquated. Even though it was obviously very short notice, Jimmy prioritized our problem and worked very hard to get it all fixed in a timely fashion. He did not overcharge me for the trouble. We’re very thankful for the work Jimmy and his son did to get us our water back on.
