The gentleman that came out to help me went ABOVE and BEYOND what was expected to make sure I could drive the car that day!!! The most unprofessional ratchet customer service anyone could receive. I honestly do not know how they legally stay in business. This place needs to be shut down if not sold to a more professional, reliable, higher quality personnel.

Called the company to use their service for one of our fleet trucks that got stuck. The said that they would call our driver and head out to the site. The company never called our driver. When our driver called the company back, they said that they were too busy to assist, but did not mention the fact that they left us hanging in wait for some time. The company should have called back and said that there were delays and that they would not be able to assist.

Absolutely awful business establishment. I called to inquire about my car that they towed, Mr Tribble was beyond unprofessional and rude. Do not use his services. He even hung up the phone during our conversation. This is not how you treat customers. There are plenty of other professional establishments to utilize that value their customers.

I broke down driving through on hwy 6 just north of Bryan not only did they respond and tow my car the driver then helped me get my luggage out of the car and drove me to a hotel helped me withy bags again and waited to be sure the hotel did have a room available. Service above and beyond!👍😁

This place is the worst. They towed my car from a CVS parking lot (717 University Dr #101, College Station, TX 77840) and severely dented and scratched it. When I stopped by to pick it up and noticed the damage they refused to provide their insurance information and would not release the car without paying for the tow fee. When I told them I would report them to the Better Business Bureau they just laughed in my face. I had to call the cops to get a report and release my vehicle without having to sign a waiver for the damage.

They are or were very kind and very helpful with helping me get pics of my SUV and the things of my out the suv. And answering my questions about my SUV to the best of their ability.

It’s posting under Landon but this is his mom. This company was very nice and professional. Misty was super nice and helped us so much. My college freshman broke down on the side of busy hwy 6 while driving home from College Station. They came out quickly and took care of everything. Thank you so much! I did not get the young man’s name but he was knowledgeable and moved the truck to safer location to load it up.

I received damages to my car two separate occasions by this towing company. When trying to ask for their insurance because of the damage done the employee refused to until the police were called. Plus the first time they were over an hour late to the set time agreed on.

Ive worked for tribble n sons for 13 years and all I hear is people complaining about getting towed but if n when they break down who is the first person they call, a tow truck right so who fault is it that they attend great colleges and still cant read a single tow sign at each entrance of the establishment of where they park. So please stop herassing this company n do more research about how this company donates to good causes and have get out of their bed at wei hours of the night because ur darling son r daughter is broke down on the side of the road. I was trying to merge on highway 6 and there was a Tribble and Sons truck not allowing me to enter. The more i sped up the more he sped up, to the point i had to slam on my breaks because he refused to allow me to merge. As i slammed on my breaks he got into the far lane but it was to late. If anyone ask me for a towing company, i know who NOT to call now.

I cannot express how sincere I am when I say that I will never call another tow company unless under duress or out of state. See, I was in a real pickle. Picture it, my truck in a water soaked ditch, middle of the night, middle of no where (okay, really just outside Navasota), had called 4 other companies over a 3 hour period, only to be put off with excuses (my favorite was, yes were 24/7 but couldnt you like call back in the morning, like later morning?- really? smh). Finally I get a friendly voice that stayed in contact, making sure they could find me and that I was ok. They got my truck out with a little elbow grease and it cost half of what I was expecting to be charged. Hands down great service, even better people, and one hell of a happy customer.

This is the most unprofessional towing company I have ever experienced. They are supposedly open 24 hours but don’t have anyone here during their office hours and when confronted about it are extremely rude. The dispatch lady was so incredibly disrespectful to me when I asked her why no one was here. She should be fired for her lack of customer service and amount of disrespect. I am repulsed by this company and no one should EVER go through them. If I could give them -5 stars I would!

Bought an old 47 Chevy that had been parked for several years in a field. The sons were exceptionally nice and professional. They got the car out of a rough spot and got it to our home in the same condition it was in when the car was bought. Will do business with them again. Charges were reasonable, as well.

DONT USE THIS COMPANY! Very unprofessional staff. If I could give no stars I would. My all wheel drive SUV was towed and but only by 2 wheels, it was drug over 100 yards before he realized it. He then put the dollies on the car. I called the owner and explained the situation and he said he would give me a comp tow..... every time I called they said they would come and no one would show. Finally I get on the phone again and they say nothing is wrong we never promised anything to you and hung up the phone.

*Do not go retrieve your car from this place alone!!* This company is incredibly unprofessional. The owner was disrespectful on the phone and even cussed me out when I asked for clarification on how to retrieve my car. The lady on the phone was also very rude and neither of them properly answered the phone or provided me with clear information. When I was finally able to get my car the owner opens his gun to make sure it was loaded directly in front of me! I was concerned for my safety. These people do not know how to run a company or interact with clients.

What a terrible company. Got towed almost immediately for visiting my friend, had to pay $30 for an Uber because I don’t have a car, and I get here and there’s no one running the office, nowhere to sit, nowhere to wait except outside on the curb. Awful, awful place. Been waiting here for 30 minutes, called their number, and they then told me that I have to call an hour in advance to get my car back. Seriously? You can wait in parking lots all day to take cars but you can’t run your own office?

Most unprofessional towing company. I can see many people have had a bad experience with them under the reviews. I wish I looked at these before i decided to use this company to tow my car. TRUST THE REVIEWS WORST COMPANY. FROM THE TOW TRUCK DRIVER TO THE TWO HORRIBLE MEAN LADIES IN THE OFFICE TO THE OWNER. THE OWNER CALLED ME AFTER MY BAD EXPERIENCE AND TOLD ME TO BAD AND CUSSED AT ME. I COULD NOT BELIEVE MY EARS.

Vehicle clearly properly displaying disabled veteran license plates was towed while it was parked in a designated handicap parking stall. Drivers excuse was he was so tired he didnt even realize that it had disabled veteran plates...we had to go to the tow yard to complete release forms to get it out. This is all well after arguing with the company about the legality of what they did. Took us 2 hours to get our car back.

I wish there was a way to give less than one star. They prey upon people who might make a 5 minute parking error. Then charge an extremely over priced fee. If you look them up you will see that they are always in trouble with the Texas Towing compliance.

Terrible staff. From out of town, parked at a local gas station. Then bam towed. $298.00 bucks to get it out. Very unprofessional, rude staff...

The comments on the towing from Dominos potbellies and Starbucks in n gate, Im sorry if u think we did something wrong but the sign all say employee parking only!!!! There r meters in the street to park at ! When u park there employee dont have anywhere to park so they cant make a living to support themselves! And the comments to Texas tow compliance the guy that runs that sight is a child molester and he is the one that was throwing rock off bridges in Austin he has been arrested and charge with those crime.his name is Pat Johnson look him up ! Sorry for the inconveniences but the employee have to have a place to park !

Would like to give one piece of one point of one star to this company! They should be ashamed. Taking advantage of young college students to make a buck! My grandaughter was visiting a friend at a dorm and parked her car at a gas station, not thinking anything about it, for a short period of time. She is from a small town and just didnt know. She did not see any towing signs when she parked. Comes out to no car. Calls the towing company and the guy is very hateful and mean to her...she was beyond upset, out of town with no money with her to get her car. $300 bucks! In reading all other reviews on this company, seems common practice to thrive off of making their living like this. All I can say is I am a firm believer in karma and theirs is coming!! I hope they have all their is dotted and ts crossed!! Will pursue!

I have been volunteering in Houston with the floods. They stole my Truck They lied, They stole my plates to try to charge me more money, To get my truck . I just ran into other volunteer down here that THE same company did the same thing to them. WHAT A COINCIDENCE THERE PLATES WENT MISSING AFTER THE COMPANY TOWED THERE CAR TOO. IM CALLING THE NEWS THIS COMPANY HAS TO BE STOPPED.

Fast response time great customer service friendly staff

Very unprofessional. When you get to the location, the door will most likely be locked. When on the phone with them they told me I had to wait 1 hour for someone to get here, and that I wouldnt be notified when the person was here. So if I wasnt here when they pulled up to the building then Id have to call and put in another 1hr notice, and start all over. This is not quality service.

Had a problem with a driver but the main boss called me and made sure that we had a very fair and reasonable solution, i will definitely be using them again.

Zero Stars experience! Do not use this service for any reason. Our rental car was towed and they would not release the car even though we had the key and rental confirmation number. Rude, unprofessional and complete robbery on the amount for college students!
